The house is beautiful, with a nice garden, pool and jacuzzi. However, there were several details that affected our experience: throughout the stay there was a construction right next door and the host did not inform us in advance, despite knowing that we were going with 2 babies. In addition, there were not enough pool towels for all the guests and although we hired extra cleaning for 4 nights, they did not wash the towels. At the end of the trip, the host wrote to me in an annoying way on my personal phone to make a complaint about a melon stain on an outdoor chair, caused by the babies, and did so before even trying to clean it. This left a bad taste in my mouth and makes me think that the house is not suitable for traveling with children. Although the property is well maintained, the host seems more concerned with the furniture than with providing a comfortable and empathetic experience for her guests.
