Highly recommended. The location is perfect in downtown Cuernavaca, especially if you have an event at Las Mañanitas. Both the hosts and the house staff provided incredible service at all times. The house is comfortable, nice, and the service is exceptional. We will definitely be back.

This place was *incredible*! We were a bunch of grad school friends in town for a wedding at Las Mañanitas and this location could not have been better - like 2 minute walk. The space was also *gorgeous* - the pictures do not do it justice, and it was so lovely to all be at the same location. Monica (the housekeeper/cook) was always there to let us in (even at 2 am!) and cooked up incredible breakfasts for us, especially welcome after staying out late at the wedding. The pool was clean and the gardens were beautiful. Finally, they were also incredibly helpful when one of our party forgot something at the Airbnb and helped us get it back safely and quickly. We said multiple times that we'd come back to Cuernavaca just to stay here!

Absolutely magical place, an oasis in the middle of Cuernavaca. Mercedes and Monica where incredibly easy to communicate throughout and super helpful. Our family LOVED this place, we are planning future vacations around getting back here!

I have no words to describe how much we loved this beautiful home. This was flat out the best AirBnB I ever stayed at. The house, furniture, and greenery were absolutely beautiful. What a unique experience this was. Mercedes was very helpful in making sure this was a special weekend for my family and me. She was very responsive and going above and beyond. And Monica and her family were absolutely incredible. I cannot find the words to express how appreciative I am of them. They worked tirelessly to ensure we were comfortable the entire weekend. From preparing food for us, going shopping for us, and ensuring we were comfortable 24/7. I am eternally grateful for her service during an unforgettable weekend for my family, my fiancé, and myself. My family had an amazing time, the facilities are very comfortable and beautiful, they felt at home with everyone's treatment and attention. It was also the ideal location to be in downtown Cuernavaca. We were very happy to have chosen this place for our stay.

This was an absolutely beautiful place to spend the holidays with family. Monica and Carlos take care of everything and are wonderful. The house is at least as beautiful as in the pictures. The location is perfect. Everything is amazing. 100% recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Monica was amazing — always available if we needed anything and such a warm, thoughtful presence throughout our stay. Her cooking was absolutely delicious, and it was such a treat to have meals prepared for us. The location was great too, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. Overall, the place matched the description perfectly and met all of our expectations.

The home was so beautiful! It is large and has everything you need. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Monica was amazing, she was always there if we needed anything. Her cooking is delicious and we were so glad to have food prepared for us rather than going in search of food for every meal. The location was great, with a ton of stuff within walking distance. Our whole group wished we stayed more than 2 nights.

The house is spectacular: very large, beautiful and with well-kept spaces. Everything was spotlessly clean, which made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. In addition, Liz was a great support during the stay, always attentive and willing to help with whatever we needed. It's definitely a place I highly recommend to spend a few days in Cuernavaca.

We had an amazing stay at Mercedes’s house. She kindly let me change dates when I got COVID and it is truly amazingly peaceful when you come off the street. Monica was so attentive and helped us with everything, including standing at the gate to let us know as I made my way a road closure (thanks Google Maps!). All in all 10/10. Would highly recommend.

From the time we booked until we left the property, everyone treated us very well and was always attentive to our needs and made our stay enjoyable. Mrs. Monica, who cooked for us, and her husband, were very attentive and their food was very tasty and ready at the time we asked for it. We loved the place and the service we received, we will be back =)

The place is lovely and very big! We loved everything, you feel like you're in a hacienda away from everything and in peace; the pool is very nice and a very good size and what you pay for the boiler is worth it because the water does heat up, the garden is also large and very well kept. The rooms have everything you need, they are very clean and the fans they have are enough to sleep super comfortably if it is very hot. The living room and dining room are very large and comfortable, and it also has a TV room that serves as a study. But the best part is the attention of the house staff, they go out of their way to do their job and to be great hosts and they succeed, they resolve, they are attentive, and they even help you with your food purchases if you need it. The location is very central and everything is close by in case you forgot to bring something. We would definitely go back to this great place!!

A paradise in Cuernavaca! From Liz's attention, to Monica and Carlos, it's a great place to disconnect and rest. It lends itself well to socializing but also has private spaces. Super centrally located and safe. I highly recommend it and hope to be back soon!

A nice, cozy and comfortable house with incredible service!

Extraordinary, the place is unique, and Monica's attention (who assists the guest along with her family) is truly spectacular! Liz is an excellent host with excellent communication, always very attentive and willing to help. A+ Beautiful gardens, comfortable bedrooms, spacious common areas, if you visit Cuernavaca this is the place for you.

I had an event at the Las Mañanitas restaurant and there is no better place to stay to go there. It's a two-minute walk. The accommodation has support staff who are very friendly, willing to help you with everything and make your stay unbeatable. They can buy food for you and prepare various dishes and snacks, all delicious, during your stay, of course, you pay for them. In the end you will give them a great tip for the excellent service that, as I said, makes your stay wonderful. It is an old house that they have been remodeling and it is very nice, its garden is clean and very pleasant, the decoration is appropriate to the style and beautiful, with a beautiful fireplace that can be lit. It is located very close to downtown Cuernavaca. If you have a weekend off or more, don't miss it!

We loved staying here. The house is very spacious and has many bedrooms. Liz's service was amazing for planning before arriving at the house. We agreed on meals and she always answered my messages quickly and with a great attitude! She offered to go to the supermarket and buy food for Monica, who works at the house, to cook for us. We thought that was excellent because we didn't have to eat out anymore. The food was delicious and the service from Monica and her husband was amazing. Thank you very much, we will definitely be back as soon as we get the chance.

The place is magnificent. We spent a few days with the family enjoying everything the house has, the gardens, the pool with a magnificent temperature. Monica and Carlos, who took care of us during our stay, are excellent people and were always very attentive to the needs of all the people who were there. There were 10 of us and we all felt at home at all times. Great days at this house! We'll be back for sure!

If I could rate it higher than a 10/10, I would. This AirBnB is amazing! From the beginning, it was clear this was going to be a great stay. Liz, the host, was very proactive in reaching out before the trip to make sure everything was in order for the trip. Food, drinks, transportation - everything arranged ahead of time! This pretty much diminished any stress for the trip. Everything about the AirBnB was incredible, especially Monica, the housekeeper/chef. She was kind, attentive, and proactive to all of our needs. Most importantly, her cooking was fantastic, and I would highly recommend to anyone staying here to take advantage of her cooking (the "Cecina" was particularly delicious). Carlos was also great - managing things in the background. A few notable things I have to mention: 1. the pool is fantastic and well worth the heating cost 2. the beds are super comfy 3. bathrooms are very clean and showers are hot with good water pressure Excellent airbnb, especially for a group!

We had a great time staying in this lovely home with great staff and host. We felt right at home from the minute we arrived and were welcomed by Monica and Carlos, who were wonderful throughout the stay. They cooked delicious meals and took care of anything and everything we wanted. We had made a shopping list of snacks and beverages and a meal menu prior to our stay which allowed for immediate comfort. The pool is a great size and offers both shade and sun in a beautiful garden. It is great for groups since the bedroom layout allows for separate areas, with plenty of common areas. The location is close to everything and felt safe. We will definitely be staying again. Mercedes, the host, was quick to reply, answered all of our questions and offered great recommendations. She was very responsive and proactive. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed the family, the house is perfectly clean, the facilities are very spacious, there is a lot for all occasions, for dinners, meals, breakfasts, snacks, cocktails. The service of Monica and her family is impeccable, all the food perfectly prepared and with a lot of willingness to help and support, we are very grateful, it is a super plus to rest and relax in the company of your family, you can even prepare your menu in advance to have everything ready. The pool was at a delicious temperature, very clean, the garden with the spotless grass. We really enjoyed the service and the attention! Highly recommended to enjoy with your family or friends! See you very soon because we do plan to come back! Especially at Christmas and new year!

The house is really big, if your family is large or you want to spend a few days with a large group of friends is ideal! The rooms are very comfortable, everything was clean and tidy, the communication with the host was spectacular, his recommendations are really valuable, the service of Monica 24 hours was second to none, we really passed it luxury, right now in May I do not recommend asking to be heated the pool because the heat is quite strong and this one is more. I definitely recommend and come back

A wonderful oasis in Cuernavaca. Easy walk to the Zocolo and other places of interest. We made arrangements with Mercedes to have some meals prepared at the home and they were all good. The pool was a nice addition and the people who run the home delightful. Not all of the bedrooms had private baths, but there were bathrooms to spare. The beds were comfortable and the linens terrific. Given the size of the home, it is a great place for groups of friends or family.

A great place to stay! I really recommend for big groups and gatherings. The people helping with the service is very nice and helpful.

The whole stay is very pleasant, it is better than what is observed in the photos. The house is very spacious, the pool is very clean and with the boiler service it is excellent for children. All the amenities work very well, and it definitely makes a difference for Monica and her family to provide a quiet, friendly and comfortable stay. It is definitely better than any hotel in the area and the food is very rich and at a lower cost in a good restaurant. In addition, Monica is always very flexible to coordinate and have the food ready and served at the indicated time. So far for our family it is the best service we have ever had at an Airb&b.

Beautiful place! We all enjoyed our stay, Monica and her family were very nice and welcoming, we did not have to leave the place, they have the option to cook for us, great service. Exceptional, exceeded my expectations! The house is very father, the pool at an excellent temperature with the boiler, and the best part of all was Mrs. Monica's attention, who I support us at all times with the service in general and with the food. I felt like the best experiences I've had in renting vacation homes.

Our stay exceeded all expectations! The house was lovely, unique, charming and comfortable for our group. Monica took incredible care of us from dusk to dawn. She was so eager to help us and she made us feel right at home. The food was incredible! Every single meal was memorable. And the location was prime! This place is particularly great if you want to visit Cuernavaca’s city center or if you are coming to a wedding at Las Mañanitas.

I highly recommend this house . Casa Mañanitas is a very central Mexican style house. The spaces are very spacious, the rooms are very rich for sleeping, and clean bathrooms. If you have an event in the mornings this is the house you are looking for , it is literally 100 meters away on foot. We went to a wedding and we did that. Mention apart from the people of the service, they take care of you and help you with everything, they cook, go to the supermarket, they are always aware of anything and the most important thing is very friendly . The pool area is very nice, they have a grill , tables , lounge chairs , etc. All of this made our stay very special , we will surely return .

If you're going to an event at Las Margaritas, this is THE place to stay. It is within walking distance, the service from Monica and Carlos is unbeatable, the food is delicious, the house is clean, and the pool is great for spending a very comfortable afternoon before and after the wedding. I'm definitely staying here again every time I pass through Cuerna. It's on par with the surrounding hotels. Super host!

The attention from the hostess and service staff is first-rate. Always very friendly, always helpful and attentive to any guest needs. We had a very good time, and we thought it was ideal for resting for a weekend and having a good time. The place is very nice and very private.

This is an amazing and beautiful place. In a great location, when you arrive you feel calm as if you were in a secluded retreat. All rooms have comfortable beds, towels, soaps. The common rooms make all the guests gather to play board games or chat around the fireplace. The garden with the pergola is perfect while the kids swim in the pool. I can't help but mention that the people who take care of the house are friendly at all times, they are always willing to help and their breakfasts are delicious. We'll definitely be back soon!

My stay at Casa Mañanitas was amazing, the location of the house, the pool, the super comfortable beds, everything is impeccable. We went to the house, 8 people, and we were really surprised by all its spaces The service provided by the people who work there is unbeatable, they made us feel at home. My stay at the house exceeded my expectations. It's an amazing place to spend a few days and disconnect from the City. The location of the House couldn't be better since it's almost at the entrance to Cuernavaca in the City Center, almost next to the cathedral and 5 minutes from Las Mañanitas where my event was. The house is not only spacious, but its spaces make it a very special house. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, with delicious sheets that are very cozy. Another thing that surprised us is the service of the people who work there, always with all the willingness to serve us and make us feel at home.
