It was a very cozy and pleasant place. My family and I want to go back and enjoy the beautiful terrace, the view, and the delightful breeze.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay, it’s a lot better than the pictures. Very spacious and beautiful. And it’s really easy to get to the beach and I felt very safe! Definitely booking again!

Rodrigo's house is very beautiful. Super helpful at all times... the terrace is amazing... the only drawback was the descent to the beach, since the tide rose a lot during those days, the sand eroded, and it was difficult to go down... otherwise, it was very good 👍

Nice location and beautiful view

We had a very enjoyable family weekend. The location of the residence is perfect, and it is clean and very spacious, just as shown in the photos. It is in a quiet area with restaurants and shops very close by. The host was attentive at all times, very friendly, and always available to answer any questions. Excellent! 5 stars 🌟

Rodrigo's place was lovely with stunning views of the bay, very nicely decorated with all the kitchen utensils you could possibly need and even some spices. Everything was better than the pictures. Me and the group of friends that I traveled with were super comfortable, pool was warm and the terrace has an outdoor bathtub that we didn't get to use. WiFi was excellent. I had a fantastic time. Of the best places to stay and host I've ever had. The accommodation was very nice and cozy, it had several areas depending on how you wanted to relax, but the strong point was definitely the host, any questions we had were resolved immediately and when not, he took the trouble to apologize for taking so long to respond, between those details and the beauty of the house make the experience of renting this airbnb excellent. Left nothing to be desired 10/10 👍🏻👍🏻

amazing house, everything is very nice and clean. Rodrigo is always attentive. The only thing is that the steps (ramp and stairs) to the beach are collapsed, you can go down the dune, although it's more complicated. The roof top palapa is incredible

Second time we've stayed in this house and we like it a lot, everything is clean and tidy and it has all the amenities you can have for a relaxing weekend and a few meters from the beach. I recommend it and I would rent it again

Definitely satisfied! My family and I were getting to know Kino for the first time and more than happy with the stay, a very quiet place to relax and Rodrigo was always attentive to us for anything. My children really enjoyed the sea, the house was very comfortable and very clean and above all the pool was a plus.

We had a wonderful stay!

Location was good, the walk to the beach is a bit steep. You have one side with stairs but the first step is 3 feet high. The other side is sidewalk but again the last step is a big one. Pool was great at temperature but it gets cold at night so ability to use it at night is a bit negative. The pool light also gets annoying in the bottom room, even with blackout curtains. The beds are very nice. They don’t make noise, firm and clean. TVs are all smart and loaded with all streaming apps. I baked a cake in their outside wood oven a bit challenging but did the work. Fully loaded kitchen and mini splits in all areas for comfortably temperatures. There is a jacuzzi on the roof but it did not had water not sure if it works. The view from the roof is amazing and had comfortable chairs to hang up there.

The house had the right spaces, super comfortable. The sheets olian a limp, the bathrooms were also clean, the kitchen is equipped and functional. The beach is very close and the area is very quiet, the plus was the heated pool, small children and enjoyed it. Definitely would love to come back

An amazing house, I doubt there is another in Bahía de Kino with that rooftop view, there were 9 of us and a 7-month-old baby, it was great The pool was not very warm because we went in December, but it was warm enough to get in without a problem. It had many amenities in the kitchen, and excellent internet The host was simply very attentive and super accessible, definitely the best rental value for money!!

Kitchen has everything you need and the grill outside was a really nice addition we enjoyed our carnes asadas.

This is a spectacular rental right by the ocean. We had a great time exploring the beach and felt very safe and at home in this AirBnB. The plunge pool was a great addition, the kids really loved swimming there during the day. It would be helpful to future guests to know that there is no oven, just a stovetop - so plan accordingly and don't bring a bunch of food that needs to be cooked in an oven like we did! We would absolutely stay here agin.

We were fascinated by the place, a very comfortable and elegant house. The amazing pool, terrace or palapa with a spectacular view, is within walking distance of the beach and Rodrigo is always on the lookout and very attentive. Without a doubt, we'll go back 🙌🏾

This property lived up to our expectations. Super clean on arrival. Excellent layout, with good furnishings that comfortably accommodates 8 (we were 7). As others have said, the photos don’t really do it justice. Modern design, & the interior accented with artwork by a Kino artist. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need; plenty of counter space. Garage = secure parking. Patio & pool are the perfect size & very private. Pool was super clean, has beautiful blue tilework, & was a great beach alternative. The house is on a small hill that makes the 360-degree view from the covered rooftop absolutely spectacular with views not just of the ocean & Isla Alcatraz, but also north to Kino Nuevo, south to Kino Viejo, & back east. A breeze made the roof nice, even on the hottest day. The beach is just a few steps away. Best part was the host, Rodrigo, who was super responsive, caring & made our stay wonderful. We didn’t want to leave & look forward to returning again sometime soon.

Very good accommodation and service from the owner, the house is even better than the photos, especially in the pool area. It has a good layout and allows you to enjoy all the spaces, dining room, living room, terrace, pool area. The kitchen comes with everything you need. Very safe and very close to the sea, we will surely return.

AMAZING!!! This home is beautiful and very comfortable. Plenty of room for a family to stay. The Palapa/Palm Tree Hut on the roof was our favorite part of the house. We enjoyed beach sunset views up there while playing our favorite music on the bluetooth speakers installed. The hosts Rodrigo and señora Rosa were very nice and attentive. They assisted immediately with any questions or requests we had. I definitely recommend you stay here if you want to have a great and safe time in Kino!

This house was absolutely beautiful! You can tell the host has invested in making it an incredible place to spend time with the family. All the rooms very comfortable, the kitchen packed with everything you need to cook and prepare food. The upper deck is literally a dream, such a fun area to watch the sunset, great views of the beach. The house is an absolutely a dream and very well decorated, we had such a good time enjoying the paintings throughout the house.

This was our second stay at this house and we got to enjoy the pool and nice views. The house is super modern and right at the entrance so it was easy to find and navigate. Parking is private and we felt very safe. The host Rodrigo was extremely efficient and helpful he answered all our questions right away. He was flexible with our check in which made it wonderful to enjoy the beach longer! We will recommend this stay to everyone we know!

Rodrigo is a super host! The house was exactly as described, probably better, very spacious and comfortable. We had a small issue but Rodrigo was able to solve it very fast!! I would totally recommend this place, we stayed for a week and had a very relaxing time.

We were here for a week over Thanksgiving. We had a great time, and it was a great place for us and our friends to hang out. We used the brick oven outside to make pizzas, and we also did a lot of grilling. The rooftop palapa is amazing, and the views with it. It is a great location, and we will definitely be back again in the future.

The house has plenty of space, gated garage for 2 cars and very close to the beach. We really enjoyed the days we were there. It's in old Kino and feels very safe. The patio area with a pool has a barbecue (not shown in the photos) and a pizza oven. There is a third level with a palapa that has a very nice view of the sea. Although it was not dirty, the cleaning could be improved. Rodrigo was a very good host, he was always very attentive to everything.
