Our stay was just great. The condo is beautiful, very clean and comfortable, with everything you need to relax and enjoy. The pool is perfect for spending the day, and having direct access to the beach makes all the difference: walking out to the sand and the sea is an incredible luxury. The place is quiet, ideal for resting, but also very conveniently located. The common areas are well maintained and the atmosphere is safe and pleasant. From the first moment we felt right at home. We would definitely come back and recommend it 100% for those looking for rest, comfort and an oceanfront experience. 🌊✨

Great place, amazing infinity pool. Very safe. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect location - close to the "T" (center of town). Surfing breaks up and down the beach in front of the complex. Also walking distance to many restaurants. I highly recommend, and we'll be back next year.

Great place to spend a few days with the family at the beach. Everything is very clean and the beach is accessible. The pool is amazing too!

We had an excellent week, the villa is very well located on the beach, with a spectacular infinity pool, the villa is in excellent condition, they have AC in all rooms and all the functional services, on weekdays they do the cleaning daily and all the staff are very friendly. Alison was always in touch and answering all of our questions. Without hesitation I would go back to renting est villa. Thank you very much Alison

Unbeatable place for family rest. The pool is spectacular. We enjoyed it a lot at all times. The beautiful beach for walking 2.7 km total length. Some areas have rocks, you have to walk to the areas where you can swim. Good for surfing. Comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning. The kitchen has everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. We'll definitely be back.

Great place to stay in Troncones. 10 unit condo complex… everyone we met was nice. Pool was great. Open air living space/kitchen. It was different, but no problem for us. A/C in all the bedrooms worked great. Property is gated, we felt safe the entire time. Restaurants in either direction within walking distance. Taxi stand just down the street if you want to venture further. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Everything was great!

We had a really great time at the Villa and would surely recommend it. The place was sparkling clean, linens were in good condition and they provide nice white towels to shower and also pool towels. The cleaning ladies came every day but Sunday and were really helpful and nice. The AC in the bedrooms worked fine which is greatly appreciated at Troncones. The kitchen had all utensils needed to cook our meals, and the cleaning ladies would take out the trash and provide new trash bags every day. The main bedroom has one bathroom en suite and the other bedrooms share the second bathroom outside. The kitchen, dining room and other areas are open to the outdoors, and just steps to the pool and to the beach. Toilet paper and hand liquid soap was provided, so just bring shampoo and shower soap. Great place in general.

Great stay in a great location. Close to town and of course the beach right out front. The space was excellent. Comfortable beds, tons of room for four of us, would easily be good for six, common space would get a little cramped past that. Only little things that'd make it more like a 4.5/5: the shower was a bit abrasive and needs a new head. I'm sure it will be fixed soon. The stove was a bit finicky, but it worked. Would be nice to have cooking oil and salt and pepper available, but that's pretty minor of course. Regarding shared spaces: a few families kind of dominated the pool, had to ask to get a chair sometimes because their stuff was everywhere, but everyone was kind when asked. In general, everyone was quiet and respectful and kept it quiet after dark. We met a few nice folks staying in other villas, too. Reliable AC was a lifesaver in summer heat and worked flawlessly. Internet was just fast enough to do light work/daily check ins with the office, maybe not if you were trying to video conference all day or download big files... but that's not the point of a vacation. Daily maid service was excellent, don't forget to tip them if you stay. Bugs weren't much of an issue even though it was the rain season, a few mosquitoes around sunset but that's about it. As far as Troncones, it's a great, mellow beach town. Basic amenities and restaurants. We were there to surf, mostly. It was too big for the beach breaks most days, but the nearby points were fun and offered a good variety for different levels of surfers. I'm guessing in wintertime with smaller swell the beach out front is fun most days. Thank you and we would definitely return!

Alison is a model host, she was always attentive with and flexible to our needs. The Villa is exactly as described, very spacious and comfortable. It is part of a very nice and peaceful condominium, with an incredible oceanfront pool. The local staff was very friendly and trustworthy. I extremely recommend the Alison property, it is the perfect place to disconnect of the world and enjoy family time in contact with the ocean and nature.

Our stay at Allisons villa was great. We had two family's (4adults, 4kids) and the layout of the place & property was just what we needed. We already wish we were back.

Everything was just like Allison explained in the guideline and the house is amazing! Troncones is a beautiful beach but you need to be aware of waves. Is a perfect place for a family vacations. Highly recommended

Our experience at Villa Troncones was just perfect. Everything is even better in person, a place you cannot pass up! The pool area is fantastic for kids or all ages as well as adults. The accommodations are nearly new and very well kept. It was so nice to roll into such a comfortable and enjoyable place.

Just like the pictures ! Very nice vacation spot to relax ! Hope to return very soon !
