The condo was nice and pretty much as listed. Pool was lovely and refreshing, very well maintained. Only downsides are a noisy highway nearby and a non-functioning dishwasher. We messaged Robert about the dishwasher and he replied, "Not in my lane." He did say he would send someone about it but no one ever came and we just did dishes by hand. Not a huge issue, but not what we were led to expect.

I am so sorry Gordon only had a four-star experience. I was not on my best behavior that day. I did send a message to the maids to come by and show Gordon how to work the Whirlpool dishwasher, but obviously they never came by. Yesterday, February 23, I had a technician come over to look at the dishwasher. He said it turned on and off fine, and he fixed a small leak at the back of the dishwasher. It is now in great shape. As for the road noise, yes, you do get some road noise, much less than inside Tamarindo, but still, some noise. I always have condo 10 listed at the lowest rate in The Oaks for a first-floor apartment. There are other, more expensive, options available away from the road, including apartments rented by me. I have added instructions on how to use the dishwasher to the house rules. Again, I am so sorry that I sent Gordon a rude message. I should have answered this way. The dishwasher should turn on by pressing a button. When you cannot turn on the dishwasher, I know how you feel. I have felt that way myself, as I barely can turn on the microwave. I have found that asking my wife generally solves problems, and failing that, I ask my computer to use artificial intelligence and find the manual. The maids will be over as soon as they can.

Excellent place in Guanacaste, despite the high prices for the season, the place is cozy, it has everything you need to spend a few days on the beach and the host maintained excellent communication, helping with every question that was asked

Our stay with Robert was amazing. The appartment was beautiful and Robert reacted so quickly to all our questions. Any problem we had was fixed immediately. The pool was great, the surroundings where beautiful. Higly reccomandable!
