We really enjoyed the stay! The apartment is very nice and clean. We really enjoyed the fact that it's so easy to connect indoors and outdoors, and the nice swimming pool. This provided a pleasant cooling off at the end of a day at the beach. Everything is within easy walking distance, both the beach and nice little restaurants and shops. The host is really friendly and quick to respond. The cleaning is also flexible and well organized. Absolutely recommended!

Extremely disappointing. In the pictures, the apartment looked great to us, but when we arrived, the reality was different. The living room is completely open!!- There is no wall and no insect net, so the whole house was full of insects almost all the time, which made us shut ourselves in the bedrooms. Beyond that, it was very hot and dark in the living room (there is no air conditioning in this part). The air conditioner in one of the bedrooms leaked, and it took two days for them to fix it for us (after they claimed that we did not know how to use it properly). In addition to all this, the landlady claimed that there were 4 of us, even though there were only three of us throughout the entire stay, and demanded that we pay more. There were only three of us, of course. I highly recommend investing this high amount in a better apartment

The bed is comfortable Pillows that are too thick and high Changing towels once every two days is disappointing, and the towels are quite small.

We made several attempts to call and communicate with you, but unfortunately we did not receive any response. You arrived significantly earlier than your scheduled check-in time and entered an apartment that was not assigned to you, disturbing other guests. We had clearly informed you on several occasions that check-in instructions would be provided once your apartment was ready. In addition, our staff experienced several interactions that they felt were disrespectful. We always strive to treat our guests with courtesy and professionalism and expect the same level of respect in return. For future stays, I would kindly recommend approaching situations with more patience, empathy, and respect toward the people trying to assist you.

The location is good and the atmosphere is comfortable. The master bathroom has a very strong ammonia odor that is pervasive and bothersome.

Beautiful and well located apartment but a few things you need to know if youâre staying here 1. The open concept living room means the living room is completely unsealed 2. the pool area is not very private as guests of neighboring buildings can can see straight into it and you can hear everyone walking by 3. Sewer system is not very powerful â toilet paper cannot be flushed

Everything spotless. Very well located, the outside area with the kitchen and the pool is very nice; we used it a lot to cool off. Plenty of privacy and everything was great. I'd definitely come back.

Great house!!! In an amazing location in Santa Teresa A truly lovely host, always responds to everything you need, and there are paid laundry and cleaning services. An amazing home!!!!!
