The pool is a must have and was often in use. Thankfully the kitchen is well equipped as restaurants are a bit spendy. Short walks to beach, town, and restaurants. A loud bedroom a/c unit and the inoperable gas grill were our only issues. Jacquie offered to send someone over but we decided that it could wait until we left. Pool was clean and very private with the sights and sounds of birds, butterflies, iguanas, and blooming fauna. Park like setting. Howler monkey’s don’t sleep in. All in all a very nice place.

The accommodations were perfect for my husband and 2 teenage boys. The 3 bathrooms were a plus! The air conditioning and pool were both pristine. The pool was beautiful and just cool enough to be refreshing. My boys 14 and 17 walked to the beach and found pick-up soccer games 2 days in a row. The location was perfect and we walked everywhere. From the moment we booked the communication was fabulous. All of our questions were answered immediately and the host went above and beyond to make sure we arrived and took the best route from Monteverde. The bridge was closed so we had to take a different route. The only thing we would have enjoyed more was a washer and dryer. There was a laundromat very close to the house which was great. Overall it was a really fun town and great accommodations!
