Leo and Christine were very responsive and helpful to our many requests which made our stay easy. They provided information on transportation, shopping and activities. Condo met all our needs and is within walking distance to many amenities. Property staff were helpful and kind. Would highly recommend.

A very last minute find, we had been toying with a stay in Mexico, booked flights and searched for suitable accommodation but didn't receive booking confirmation until after we had already landed in Mexico, this was our fault not Leo and his team, they did everything they could to keep me informed. We were in contact with Erika via an online messaging service, who was going to be on site to meet us upon arrival and after a quick tour of the property, Erika left us to our own devices but was on hand if needed. The property was very clean and large enough for our needs, within walking distance to a very nice, (and at the time we stayed) very quiet beach, some water sports were on offer at a local resort along the beach, we could also walk to Playa del Carmen if needed, although, we had a car. The property is in a gated condominium facility within the further gated resort of Playacar, which had shops for essentials 10 minutes walk away or a 2 minute car journey. I would highly recommend.

We stayed for 10 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The condo is beautiful and the balconies are a dream. We did remote work for part of our stay and everything went smoothly, good wifi and great air conditioning. The walk to the beach is about 7 minutes but is very scenic and enjoyable. I corresponded with Christine and Erika at the condo. Christine was always very responsive and supportive and had answers to all my questions. Erika was quick and easy to communicate with while at the property. I highly recommend this stay!

Paseo del Sol is beautiful. The pool and grounds are 👌🏻 Playacar is a beautiful neighborhood to walk around. We felt safe and people were friendly. The staff at Paseo del Sol were helpful and friendly. Leo's recommendations for restaurants, groceries and transit were super helpful and we appreciated his prompt replies to all our questions. The apartment isn't fancy, but it suited our family very well. The things we really liked were: two large bathrooms, quality mattresses, outdoor balconies. We loved the beautiful pool and quiet & laidback atmosphere. We would love to return and would definitely recommend Leo's place to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation in Mexico outside of the resorts.

Leo and Christine are excellent hosts. In particular, their communication was exemplary, always helpful answering questions and providing suggestions. The unit was very nice, one of the nicest airbnbs we have ever stayed in. And very quiet. Paseo del Sol is a fantastic residential complex, amazing pool (our 4 year old loved it), friendly residents , and only a 5-7 min walk to the beach. It’s a 15-20 min walk to town, but easy to find a taxi to go there too. We would recommend this airbnb to anyone, it’s very modern and spacious! Thanks to Leo and Christine for a fantastic experience!

This was a fantastic host who communicated very well. Great place in an awesome location close to many parks/excursions/beach. We were very happy staying here.
