Very nice house, super comfortable, beautiful, large. Amazing for a quiet weekend with family. It is very clean. It has 3 rooms, each with a full bathroom. Everything is very clean. Hilda was very kind. She cooked us a full breakfast in the morning. 10/10

The house is beautiful. We had a very nice time as a family. It has a very nice pool. The area is very private for relaxing and forgetting about the hustle and bustle of the city. The beach has rocks, but the public beach is very close and very nice. Even so, we ventured to put our feet in the sea a little in front of the house. It's very safe and we loved the house. We would definitely stay again. There was always quick communication. They help you with cleaning, which is appreciated, and the beds are super comfortable. We know a lot of Airbnbs in this area, and this one has been my favorite, so I wouldn't hesitate to rent with her again.

A very beautiful place. The design of the house is high, spacious, and open. The oceanfront view is dreamlike, even from the bathroom in the lower room. Accessories and facilities as described in the listing. Very friendly treatment with all the recommendations. The map in the app sends you further ahead to the wrong place. You have to use another map. Bring repellent. We will definitely be back. It's a stylish and recommended space for relaxation.

Casa Caiman is an extraordinary home! From the moment you enter you are taken aback by the beauty of the ocean and the incredible design of the home. The views from every room are breath taking. The beach, which we had all to ourselves, is wonderful. We saw whales playing and the pelicans dancing on the waves. Viridiana was a great host! She was very communicative and gave great local recommendations for restaurants. There was a bit of civil unrest in the country when we landed and she went out of her way to inform us and make sure we arrived safely! Hilda and Roberto took wonderful care of us and the home during our stay! If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing place to stay with unforgettable views of the ocean and an incredible pool, this is the place for you! We will definitely be back!

The house is beautiful 😍 it has many details that make it look very special, the rooms are super comfortable, they have air conditioning and the view that each one has is beautiful. Communication with Viridiana was very good from the beginning, she is super friendly and was always attentive, as were the people who welcomed us, they were very attentive and gave recommendations, the house was always kept very clean. The only thing to keep in mind is that you have to respect the noise hours since the neighbors are a bit special. I would definitely come back to Casa Caimán, 10/10. You'll fall in love with the house 🏡

This is a wonderful villa. Truly beautiful. Very friendly and helpful host! Beautiful private beach shared by approximately 6 homes. This was my third time to the Troncones area and it is the most beautiful beach I have seen.

We stayed a few days in this house in Troncones and honestly it has been one of the best houses we have ever stayed in. The property is spectacular: the spaces are spacious, the views are beautiful and everything is designed so that you don't have to leave there if you don't want to. We brought food and practically lived in the house because it has everything to enjoy: the pool is delicious, the access to the sea is incredible and the beach is beautiful and quiet. For the first few days it seemed like we were on a private island; there were hardly any people. Our 4-year-old son was able to get into the sea with his board because the waves are perfect for surfing, and it was a great experience for the whole family. The rooms are very comfortable, hot water is always available and every corner transmits peace. There are neighbors, but privacy and tranquility are fully felt. We would definitely come back. It's a magical place to rest, live and create unforgettable memories.

The house is awesome! Literally. An amazing space to spend time with family. Easy access to the beach, which by the way is very nice and private, you can even swim, which is difficult in Trocones because of the rocks. Very good service. Always attentive. Minimalist architecture, it gives a lot of peace. I would come back, 100% recommended!

Everything was very good, clean and the service was very good. An excellent place to rest and a very nice house.

The home was just like the pictures. Although a 25 minute walk, we did walk into town. Scooters were perfect and easy. Taxi service was also super easy and reliable. Great restaurants and the in-home meals were tremendous. Hilda was super responsive and very kind. We loved Troncones. It really feels like those that live there are a community!

The house is excellent. Our stay was too short to escape the routine for a while, we hope to return soon. Sleep with the sea in the background 😍😍

The house is beautiful, as it appears in the photos. Everything is very well kept and clean. The rooms are very spacious and with an amazing view. Ideal for children because the pool has a small part for them to play. Very friendly staff and delicious food too. The only thing that would improve is the lighting a bit because at night it is very dark.

If you want to live outside for your vacation while enjoying all the comfort, this is the place. You will breathe the ocean listening the waves and the birds.

The house, amenities and staff were all excellent. We spent a week of fun and relaxation with friends and family. The kids had a lot of fun! You don't need to leave the house, everything is inside it. They cooked very delicious dishes for us every day. And the house was always clean! Thank you!!!!

Casa Caiman is beautiful! It’s located on the southern end of Troncones on a very secluded, private beach. We saw maybe 5 people the entire stay . The bedrooms are huge and very comfortable. Kitchen, living, pool area are all very inviting and comfortable. On site, Hilda and Roberto, are very nice, helpful and take wonderful care of the home. The owner is very responsive and answered all questions in a timely manner. A welcome basket with local fruit was very appreciated! We had a car so it was no problem getting to restaurants or other activities. We appreciated the seclusion and privacy Casa Caiman offers!

Back in the U.S. and still thinking about this home. The architecture, the open-air space, the details — all incredible and very inspiring as a lover of design. Thank you to the hosts! Grateful for Hilda and the attentive care throughout our stay. Will definitely be back!

Excellent location and a beautifully, minimalist, wonderfully designed house- architecturally gorgeous and unique with high quality finishes and great little touches. Everything works well- hot water, internet, appliances- all worked with no issues. Staff is kind. The views and beach access are unbeatable. Viridiana is a fantastic communicator and responds very quickly. We will be back!

The house is very nice, to rest this perfect, I would not consider it so much for family plan with children. It has beautiful views!! The only thing on the stove grill works only 2 of 5 burners. An uncomfortable detail was that on the last day the cleaning staff was on us since we woke up, waiting for us to leave because they received other guests, they didn't retire all morning and barely left a room coming in to take out sheets and towels, as if they were running on us, that made us feel uncomfortable, and we couldn't enjoy the last day of our stay with peace of mind. Everything else was perfect, super spacious bedrooms, nice design.

wonderful home.! clean, spacious, ventilated. 3 very large rooms.. each one with its own air conditioning large enough. hilda's food is highly recommended in addition to the cleanliness she does every morning. There is "tiendita" 8 minutes by car( prices above normal, 20%) the pool with a super-rich temperature, with a depth of approx. 30 meters, I calculate, what if there is to always take, but always , they are flip flops, since the floor in dining room and room is a bit slippery. The beach with not that complicated access. my wife and I went with our 3 children and therefore stayed in the room below. In addition we were with 4 elderly people, who stayed in superior rooms, they were complicated , due to their age, to climb the stairs. The only recommendation I would give is to put hands on the stairs..is the only thing. Thank you very much Viridiana for your attention. Great house! See you soon!

It is one of those places that one seeks to rest, eat rich and enjoy the family and the best that the attention by the staff of the house is spectacular, Ilda cuisine rich and Roberto is in charge of having everything you need in the house so that nothing is missing, the photos and all the information is accurate, "WILL RETURN SAFE"

It is a house with a lot of design and well thought out. Spaces are pleasant to the eye and well laid out. The beach is quite private and beautiful. The pool of the house is nice and is right in front of the dining area, living room and kitchen, so that all the action takes place in this area and generates a lot of coexistence. The rooms have spectacular views with balconies that open in their entirety. I would definitely come back.

Hard to describe how special Casa Caiman really is except that the pictures and description don't do it justice. The design of the home is sexy. The views are magnificent. Hilda and Roberto are such lovely people. Pure Zen!

A very quiet, quiet place, conditioned for basic needs, excellent service . Just a little suggestion, include a microwave oven.

The house is just as I imagined, spectacular. The area is very quiet, super spacious bedrooms with a fantastic view. Sleeping with the sound of the waves is more than relaxing. The pool is a good size and the right temperature. It's very close to the beach to swim and Ilda's service is a 10. I definitely recommend it. Viridiana, the host, is always very attentive and very kind. I hope to return soon and thank you very much for everything!

Very nice house facing the sea. The rooms are great with comfortable beds. The well equipped kitchen and very spacious living and dining room with plenty of space. Light is missing in the dining room, but everything is fine. Also the pool is this father is quite big. The staff is very friendly and friendly. For any questions, a good solution. Casa Caiman is perfection. We have travelled to Troncones every year for the past 10 years and Casa Caiman on Playa Verde stood out as our favorite place so far. The location is moments from the T of Troncones and super super private and quiet. Alex made us breakfast every morning and Ceviche, sopes, flautas every afternoon. The house is extremely clean and cleaned deeply every day. The beds and pillows are top notch and sleeping to the sound of the crashing waves made for the best sleep. Nothing better than the gorgeous pool right on the beach. The architecture of the building and the lighting is spot on. I literally LOVED this rental and cannot wait to return. Highly highly recommend. So safe. We had 5 adults and 3 children and it was perfection. Thank you for such a lovely space, Vidriana. Oh—also we had a masseuse come every other day for out of this world massages! Highly recommend.

This was our first time going to Troncones and absolutely loved it. The vibe is completely different than ixtapa definitely a relaxed surfer town. Extremely safe atmosphere. The house was absolutely stunning, more than advertised. If you go, the meal service is a MUST!

Stunning home in a beautiful, private, and peaceful setting. All three rooms are very equal in quality and space which makes it easy to share with other families and feel like everyone wins. Elvira’s cooking was a luxurious treat. I highly recommend having her cook a couple dinners and do NOT miss the ceviche. The house staff kept the house beautifully clean and met all our needs. It was very relaxing. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay here. If you don’t mind being slightly away from the main areas of Troncones, it’s definitely worth the stay. And it’s not like it takes that long in a taxi, Polaris or scooter to get to the busier areas anyways. There is an on-site cook who lives in a separate apartment at the front of property. Her food was truly some of the best we had in Troncones. Super fresh and her presentation was excellent. Already missing her cooking! Viridiana was fast and helpful with communication... The grounds are gorgeous, the living spaces are modern/open and exceptionally clean. The living space and kitchen is all outside. Plenty of space to get shade and cool down. Incredible views and feels very private. The AC is the upstairs bedrooms is very strong! At the time we were there the main floor bungalow room did not have AC. There’s a really great (not rocky) semi-hidden beach up the road about a 7-10 min walk that we visited daily. Can’t wait to come back!

This place is amazing! More like staying at a private hotel than an airBnB. It is very eco friendly which makes it amazing but there will be some insect and bird visitors. It is mostly open air so there is no way to escape this. It is kept spotless by the daily maintenance crew. I would recommend bikes or small ATV/car as this is outside of town (about 30 min walk each way). The street is lit and there is a sidewalk but in the heat of the day it was a long walk for me (I was there in October).

Casa Caiman is beautiful! Our group throughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very comfortable. The view was amazing. Elvira that lives on the property was so helpful. She knows who to call and is always willing to help. She gave us a great recommendation for taxi, and she even knew someone to call for an in house massage! So relaxing. This place is once and a life time experience and will be back!

We arrived a little before the time of Check-in, on this occasion there was no problem, the person who takes care of hospitality received us and always followed up with us. The kitchen is super equipped and the rooms too. Everything's perfect. Que arquitecturaaaaa

This house is simply amazing! It’s right on the beach and even though the tide is high this time of year (which is stated in the listing) it doesn’t matter. There is a lot of nearby beach access and my friend I simply enjoyed being able to see the water while swimming and relaxing at the house. Elvira was very nice and her food is excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and housekeeping is done everyday. Troncones is a very relaxed beach town with amazing restaurants. I loved it so much that I booked another week in May.
