I can’t put in words how great our stay was. We were greeted by Gris which was super nice and friendly the entire stay. We had 6 adults and 4 children it was plenty of space. We enjoyed the pool and walking along the beach. Don’t think about skipping the cooking. Flor is an excellent cook. We had no complaints with anything she cooked. She even separated the food each meal so my kids could eat not spicy and everywhere else spicy. The menu is great she offers. I think we would stay again just for the cooking. The neighborhood is great and not too far from anything. Excellent place to stay.

Beautiful home, overall amazing, loved our stay, greatest family vacation ever! Grisel and her ladies cooked amazing Mexican cuisine and helped us in anything we needed. Carlos is one of a kind, super helpful!

The location of the villa was amazing, in a gated community, high on a bluff overlooking the ocean with mature vegetation surrounding the property to give you complete privacy. The villa is built on the bluff with different levels, so be prepared for many steps, all with the amazing views and breezes off the ocean to keep you cool. Martha and her staff were very attentive and everything was well maintained. Fresh linens everyday. The villa, pool and grounds were always clean. Gris was very helpful with communication even though we did not speak Spanish. Martha and the ladies made us homemade food for all of our meals. The hibiscus tea was delicious. I would recommend having an idea of menus that you would like to have prepared to give them when you arrive. It will make it easier for them to know what foods to prepare for you. Overall this villa is amazing for views, design, privacy, location to town, and most importantly a welcoming atmosphere to spend a wonderful time in Mexico.

We enjoyed a beautiful few days at Ana’s villa! The villa is a magical space with plenty of charming (and pristinely clean) bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas to enjoy with your group. We spent our days between swimming in the calm, warm waters of the ocean, lounging on private beach watching the hermit crabs crawl around, and soaking in the most perfect pool (which overlooks the ocean!) The ladies of the house took exceptional care of us offering an endless supply of hibiscus iced tea, helping to shop and cook a few delicious meals, and always tidying up and keeping the various spaces clean. We were a small group for the size of the house, but it still felt very intimate and comfortable. We would absolutely recommend for small and larger groups alike. We were also a last minute booking and Ana was incredibly accommodating/responsive, a pleasure to work with. This villa is the perfect spot for a beach getaway and we’re excited to share with our friends and family!

This was the best experience with airbnb I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot. I hosted a retreat and it was above and beyond. The pictures don’t do it justice. The home is gorgeous, the view is epic, the beach is magical (best snorkeling spot in Huatulco), and the pool was heaven. Ana was so attentive and answered all my questions leading up to the retreat (and I had a lot of them) All that was wonderful, but our favorite part was Martha and her Kitchen mamas as we lovingly called them. Their food was fresh and delicious. We called the salad dressing liquid gold. Their energy was wonderful and we all fell in love. Carlos (tour guide extraordinaire) took incredible care of us too. We chartered a boat, he brought us to a beach and into town and surprised us with a Mezcal tasting, and picked up and dropped everyone off at the airport. He’s a character and added to the experience. So I give this place one million stars.

We had a family Christmas Vacation at Ana’s house ! We can’t say enough about how impressed we were with every aspect of this house! Everyone thought it was absolutely fantastic! There were 10 in our group and there was room for more . Extremely spacious and comfortable for that many people. Martha and her helpers provided us with excellent meals, if we wanted anything special , all we had to do was ask and she made it for us. Loved the outdoor spaces especially the pool and the beach ! Carlos (recommended by Ana) chauffeured us anywhere and everywhere we wanted to go! Looking forward to hopefully making this an annual event at Ana’s

This place was really special and unique. So well cared for and staffed. Beautiful architecture . We were very comfortable and really enjoyed this special setting. I would highly recommend this place for any group or family.

The house is truly amazing, a wonderful view and what can I say about the beach, that beach is beautiful. The truth was all very good. Thank you for having us. We were all amazed.

An excellent place for a family vacation. The photos don't do the house justice. Everything is in excellent condition and everything is very clean. Martha and her entire team make you feel even more comfortable. It's not for young children or older adults because of the stairs, which are in perfect condition, but they are very long

We had a stay at the house that made us not want to leave. The house service took very good care of us. We definitely want to come back. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility / elderly because it has many stairs, otherwise perfect. Ideal for 5 couples, although it can accommodate up to 14 people.

Ana's house is for the best family vacation!! Spacious, clean, comfortable house and you can also opt for the food and drink service... Super Recommended!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. The pictures don’t do it justice the property is large with very well set out rooms, ideal for a large family with children at least 5 years old only because there are many stairs. Each room with a private bathroom and spacious and very comfortable amenities. The living room and dining areas are out doors yet protected giving you the feeling of always being outside. the beach and the pool were wonderful. We had a wonderful time!

Amazing relaxing location and wonderful staff

Our group of 8 had the most amazing week. Ana the host, is on top of every little detail and goes out of her way to see that everything is perfect for her guests. Such a bonus to have a cook and housekeeper as a part of the rental. Both Eugolio and Martha work morning through til night time to keep things spotless and provide excellent meals, snacks and special drinks all day long. They are very kind hard working hosts. The house is spotless with an amazing view of the ocean. We particularly loved the tropical trees surrounding the house. Beautiful and private. The grounds and private pool area were immaculate. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom, air conditioning and balcony. The open air living room was beautiful. The private pool was so warm and inviting - whether in the pool or at the dining table or everywhere you sit you get a beautiful view of ocean and tropical greenery. You need to be able to do steps as that is how you get around to the different areas of the house/pool/beach area. The stairs to the beach were many; however the stairs in the house/pool area were very manageable and the only exercise we got so we welcomed them. I would not hesitate to recommend this home. We all loved it!

The house is spectacular, exactly as shown in the pictures. Martha and Eulogio are super friendly and very attentive to all the details. We were family with kids and really enjoyed it.

An incredibly beautiful spot perched cliff side, overlooking one of the bays of Hualtuco. As pictured, if not better. 1 minute walk down stairs to secluded beach shared with a couple of other villas. Eulogio and Matha are very sweet and helpful and take great care of you. Town is less than ten minute cab ride, which will run you 50 pesos. We highly recommend Pilo Vasquez boat ride for half day - saw a pod of 100+ dolphins, sea turtles, rays, and a whale. Takes you to stranded beaches in national park only available by boat. Can stop for lunch at seaside restaurants, if you like. Well worth it and a great excursion. Muchas gracias, Ana, for sharing your house and the hospitality of Eulogio and Martha!

Ana's place is amazing! It feels like a high-end hotel, and comes with a chef and friendly waitstaff. The house itself is beautiful, set on a hillside overlooking huatulco's tangolunda bay. The view is breathtaking. The house is spacious, with great amenities, perfect for a large group of up to 15. We didnt meet Ana, but she made sure we were all set before the trip, and once we got to the house the staff took great care of us. Chef Eulogio is amazing and prepares world class food. In sum, we had an amazing stay and I highly recommend staying at Ana's house in Huatulco!
