I cannot say enough positive things about our experience in San Pancho. The place was absolutely perfect for the 8 of us that stayed. The kids were delighted with the pool after long mornings of playing in the powerful surf. Our girls sat in the hammock every morning and visited with the neighborhood feline guests. The temperatrue of the open air home was easily contorolled with ceiling fans though we appreciated the mini-splits as a back-up. The local community was warm and welcoming. Above all Chris was immensely supportive from afar as we navigated some tricky travel issues! Thank you Chris we hope one day to return!

Ideal location, host was quick to respond, house was well stocked and clean. Loved the iPad with information. Great attention to all details. House was cleaned while we were there, pool cleaned and gardener also came. Location was ideal for walking to the beach or to town. We were 3 generations and house was ideal for all 9 of us.

A wonderful family holiday for 14 days. The Casa Amor places you in perfect location to walk to the beach (3 minutes), central plaza (across the street) or great restaurants and shops (all around you). House is well equipped and the layout easily handled 8 adults, 2 toddlers and 8 month old. Chris and the staff are responsive and on top of all needs. Highly recommend if you want to want to immerse yourself in the awesome town of San Pancho

Casa Amor is in a perfect location for families or a large group. It is close to the beach and shopping areas and right across from the plaza where on Tuesdays there is a delightful market. We had 3 small children, under the age of 4, and the pool was perfect for them. It has a small “ledge” that they walked on and were very safe, with supervision. The garden area was well maintained and lovely for evenings. The Casa, itself was super clean and for the most part, well stocked. If we had any questions, Chris was prompt and super helpful. Information is provided ahead of time. The four bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Chris also helped with transportation to the airport. We were all sad to leave!

Casa Amor was perfect for our family. Everyone with their own bedroom/bathroom, kitchen and living area central to all and an incredible outdoor area with our private pool. Everywhere we needed to go we could easily walk and the town of San Pancho itself was a blast to explore and enjoy.

Sun Pancho is a great location and we are so glad we stayed here instead of Sayulita, much more mellow and perfect for the kids.

The house was comfortable and beautiful. The beach was at a walking distance as well as restaurants and shops. Chris and his staff were quick to respond and communicate with us. Would definitely return!

Best vacation rental experience our family has ever had! The location and comfort of this home was fabulous. Chris was wonderful, helpful and gracious as he assisted us TWICE with errors that we made during our four day stay. There is an easy-to-use IPAD with instructions about the house and helpful information for our stay. The beach was two easy blocks and there were so many interesting restaurants and shops all around us. I wouldn't look further if you are planning to visit San Francisco/San Pancho!! Just reserve this great house, you will be glad you did!!!

Location can't be beat. We rented a car but didn't use it at all because everything you need is walking distance. We especially loved the backyard, pool and palapa. Would 100% stay at Chris's place again.

Chris is a fantastic host. We felt well-prepared with good directions and recommendations for when we arrived. He was easy to communicate with and very responsive during our stay. Casa Amor is a comfortable and charming home with the feel of a true Mexican casa with key modern upgrades. We travelled as a party of 10 (6 adults and 4 children including a toddler). The four bedrooms and four bathrooms were as advertised and provided a comfortable stay for our large party. The kitchen was fully stocked. The property really shines when you step out into the back patio, pool, and palapa area which really increases the overall living space. The location is possibly the best aspect of the house, within a very short walk to the main section of town and the beach. Casa Amor is highly recommended for groups of 6 or more for your stay in San Pancho.

Chris is a fantastic host. His communication is prompt, professional, and he is flexible with arrival/departure. Casa Amor is a wonderful property, within close striking distance of the beach, with four bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and A/C(not needed during our stay), and a large outdoor living space complete with a palapa, charcoal grill, pool and outdoor shower. Our families spent the majority of time outdoors, eating, relaxing and enjoying each other's company. While the pool was a bit chilly(not heated), this was just fine for cooling off after a hot day at the beach. Chris has also provided great beach amenities; chairs, umbrellas, a yeti cooler. All the goods. We were very happy with the stay, with the property, with Chris' communication(thanks, Chris!), and the local staff who helped us out repeatedly.

Absolutely great spot for me and my family, everyone had an amazing time! Close to everything, there is a park in a basketball court across the street, restaurants everywhere, and the beach is right there. All the places I’ve traveled in Mexico this is by far the best!

Casa Amor is a truly wonderful home. Exquisitely well appointed, comfortable, beautifully decorated and centrally located in a quiet neighborhood less than a 2 min walk to the Main Street and the beach. The hosts have thought of nearly everything (e,g., extra power cords for phones) and work to make this a true ‘home-away-from home.’ And on a personal note, we had a last-minute change with another listing and Chris was incredibly responsive, reasonable and easy to deal with. We can’t wait to come back to stay in Casa Amor again—it’s a gem in a magical city. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

WOW. This place is absolutely incredible. The attention to detail, amenities, location, comfort, beauty.. this was by far the best stay we've ever had. From the very start I knew this was going to be special. Chris is so highly organized and has impeccable communication. We had guides for everything shared ahead of time and even on an Ipad at the entry, so smart and helpful! The rooms, beds, bathroom and decor were so well done and high quality. We were constantly blown away at how much is provided, every room having new beach chairs and umbrellas, the insanely useful Yeti backpack, boogie board, SUP, speaker, fully stocked kitchen and do much more, amazing. Location! You're in the heart of town, so many great places nearby within steps. We walked everywhere and never felt we needed a golf cart or anything. I could go on and on but I know you can read a ton of other reviews saying it all too.. If you want to stay in an amazing town and do it in style with every need taken care of look no further, Casa Amor ❤️

Wow. This place is so special. The house is everything we dreamed of, perfect location, pool, atmosphere. We loved it. San Pancho is one of the coolest places I’ve ever been too. Come check this place out before it changes.

Lovely place close to town and beach. The place is set up with great beach chairs and umbrellas. Really wonderful backyard/outdoor space.

Chris was great to interact with, he provided useful information about the area and was professional and fair when it came to replacing some things we damaged.

This home was the perfect get away for our ourselves, our children and our young grandchildren. Very conveniently located. It is just a five minute walk to the beach and to the main shopping/restaurant street. It is also across from the town square which always seems to have something going on. The house itself has been updated and easily accommodated our four families. The pool in the back was ideal for young kids as well as all of the adults. There are also plenty of amenities to cover the needs for all of us. Importantly, the hosts and the support team they have in place here were very responsive and helpful. We all have nothing but high praise for Casa Amor. We will definitely stay there again!

You can’t beat the location and we enjoyed our stay so much! It’s only a couple blocks to the main beach and you feel very safe. Be aware that in San pancho the infrastructure is rustic so the whole towns cell and WiFi can go down (just about daily) so if you plan on serious work while there you may want to rethink. It’s better to just be offline there if you can. We also had the last two days without power or water but that wasn’t within the hosts control (and they worked with us trying to figure out what the problem is). It’s a roll with the flow sort of place, and it was overall great for our group!

We loved our stay at Casa Amor. The house is spacious and well equipped. Beds really comfortable. Chris is an excellent host and was very responsive to our questions. The location was first rate. The beach is the nicest beach we have experienced in Mexico. San Pancho is a vibrant lovely safe town. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and can’t wait to go back.

My friend and I spent an AMAZING five nights at Casa Amor. I love how the place is outfitted--so comfortable and yet with beautiful art and the location is perfect. The garden and Palapa are stunning as you can see in the picture--and when the sun goes down the lighting is thoughtful and beautiful. I would be there again in a heartbeat. Casa Amor is aptly named as you will love everything about this home. It truly does feel like a home away from home. The kids loved the pool, the palapa was a great space to hang out and read on the one day that it did rain, it made the rain enjoyable :) The beds were so comfortable, there were plenty of towels, the beach gear was great, the little fern leaves in vases were a lovely touch, everything was wonderful. There was a wedding in the square across the street the night we arrived which was fun to watch. The beach is so close, it’s great for running back to the house when you forget something, or want to grab a body board for some crazy waves! This was a lovely place to call home for a few nights, if you get the chance to come to San Pancho, which is an amazing town, stay at Casa Amor!

Great location and perfect backyard. Traveling with a 2yo meant we had to factor in downtime, which the private backyard was perfect for this. There was music playing in the square the first night for a cultural festival. It was loud, but we just made sure to bring a noise machine for our son. Fabulous location, close to beach and all restaurants, parking inside, iPad had all the info we needed. Some reviews mentioned morning church bells, but we didn’t hear any Sun-Sat stay. Chris was very responsive and having the cooler, quick dry towels and beach chairs made stocking up easy for our trip

Wonderful, comfortable house! Modern conveniences, beds are comfortable, plenty of hot water and the pool is divine! Great location, but be sure to check festival schedule prior to reserving, as the house sits across the street from the public town square. Also, the church next doors rings bells early in the morning (5 or 6 a.m.) most mornings. Other than that, the location is perfect - an easy walk to town and to the beach. We will definitely try to re-rent on another trip!

The house couldn't have been more perfect for our family vacation! We barely spent any time at the beach because we had so much fun in the pool. The location was close to everything, yet somehow relatively quiet and felt very private. We didn't get a car and were so happy to walk everywhere. We had planned to mostly cook our own food and found the kitchen perfectly stocked for cooking, but when we started to explore the town we ended up eating out most of the time. Our toddler was welcomed enthusiastically at all the restaurants. We really appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms. San Pancho was amazing and we couldn't have been happier with Casa Amor. We're already planning to return next year.

Great place close to all the action in San Pancho. It’s a bit quieter than Sayulita, but only a 15 minute car away. Great food and entertainment options close by. Nice beach gear at the house. 5 tommy Bahama chairs and a few umbrellas. The backpack yeti cooler was also great for our beach days. Chris was extremely easy to communicate with. The entire stay was hiccup free.

Casa Amor was the best ... I would not hesitate to stay there. The back yard takes you away from a busy life and let’s you rest and relax. Chris is a great host and is on top of any situation. Enjoy!

Highly recommend Casa Amor! The house is functional and well laid out for groups/families traveling together. The backyard is a true oasis and the location can’t be beat. We enjoyed our two weeks in San Pancho and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Casa Amor to our family and friends. You will not be disappointed!

For larger groups or families Casa Amor is fantastic! Great location across from a park and next to a gorgeous old church, the back yard pool area is so charming it's hard to get to the beach. Quiet, gated, safe and secure. Also, nice to have AC at night to cool down, worked great in all the rooms. We were planning our next visit while we were there.

Prior to the trip, Chris was very kind and responsive. Check-in was super easy and Chris immediately responded to my text when I had a question (Thanks, Chris!). The house is just like it’s pictured. Fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook a few meals, but who would want to with such top-notch restaurants right down the street. It was really the best food that I’ve had in Mexico. Fresh and beautifully presented! The backyard was super well-maintained with lots of relaxing spots to read a book. It was too chilly for the pool, but it looked so inviting that I was tempted to jump in anyway;) The church next door was lovely and it was nice to listen to the singing during mass times. There was a music festival going on in the plaza across the street for three of the four nights that we were there so that was pretty cool to just walk across the street for entertainment. The town is super safe and the townspeople are really friendly and helpful. It reminds me of the town from the Disney movie Coco. I was there by myself for one day and night and felt very comfortable and safe going out on my own and met a lot of nice people. The beach is just a few blocks away with easy access. It was nice to have umbrellas and chairs available to use, but there are also ones that you can rent.

Casa Amor was FANTASTIC! Chris is an amazing host with very quick responses to all questions. The house is in a great location 2 minutes from the beach. We spent a lot of time in the gorgeous backyard by the pool! We will definitely stay here again if we're lucky enough to make it back to San Pancho!

Our second time staying here. We love the location and the pool/garden space. There were a couple of hiccups this time but Chris did what he could to make them right. Would definitely return on our next trip to SP.

Casa Amor is the place to stay in San Pancho. The house is beautiful, open, and spacious. The back yard is the perfect place to spend the hot days lounging in the pool, hammock, or upstairs lounge area. I couldn't have asked for more and my friends and I had a blast. The property is a 2 minute walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants. Our host Chris was quick with responses for any of our needs. If you are staying in San Pancho, book Casa Amor!!!

The house, the location, amenities, everything was AMAZING! The internet worked fine (as some of us needed to attend some meetings remotely), the house was clean, just a few blocks away from the beach. We didn’t need to rent umbrellas as Chris already had some to borrow. The pool area and the palapa are great. No words can describe the fun that we had during our stay at the house. Looking forward to stay again... definitely coming back soon.

I'm traveling with my 9, 6, and 2-year-old children. The house is very safe, it is equipped with everything (kitchen, beach things, rooms, bathrooms, board games). Very organized and clean. Downtown, you can walk everywhere without a problem. The garden and pool is a beautiful paradise. The water is cold in the pool but you can get in and swim comfortably. There were no pool or beach towels in sight. We took 4 out of a box and used those. They were insufficient since there were 5 of us. I would definitely go there again.

It was a wonderful experience! House was extremely clean, pool = amazing, location was perfect, super close walk to the beach, backyard was incredible, Chris and Peggy communicated very quickly. So sad to leave, but will return again!

Great location, great space, great town!

This house is in a terrific location - only a block from the main drag in town, across the street from the plaza, and only about a block from the beach. The house is even more beautiful than I thought from seeing the pictures - particularly the backyard! It has a beautiful shaded lounging area, a pool for dipping, a hammock, and beautiful grounds. The fans in the house are new and work great. This house is perfect!

Casa Amor is a great place to stay when visiting San Pancho. Great central location just a block from the beach and close to many restaurants. Once you get here you can easily walk everywhere in San Pancho. The house has everything that you may need including a full kitchen, amazing back patio to relax by the pool and really comfortable rooms with AC. I would definitely come back !!!

Chris was fast to respond to emails and left a detailed information sheet for the house, making our trip very easy. The house is special, cute and clean. San Pancho is a wonderful little town and the waves are awesome.
