The location of the house was great, quick and access El Malecón. The house was big and spacious. The way it was set up it’s great for a few different families which worked out great for us, having two kitchens in two different floors was definitely a plus! Chris and Maribel were both very attentive and responsive. Will definitely stay here again!

Everyone enjoyed our stay, the pool was so refreshing in July heat, and our sleeps where comfortable and cool with A/C. There are 4 levels of stairs to the pool. Walking to the Malecon is not a problem but we mainly Ubered which was cheap. Definitely would stay again.

We just stayed there with a group of 8 on a bachelorette trip. This place was absolutely perfect!! We loved the neighborhood- great food options nearby, local beach was beautiful, felt safe the entire time. The house itself was ideal- super clean, spacious, unbelievable pool. Christopher was a great host and made the entire process super easy. Would stay there again with a big group in a heart beat.

Absolutely loved this house! Very clean, private, and close to so many local cafes and restaurants. A 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10ish minute drive to Zona Romantica or the Malecon! Communication was quick and easy. The pool has an incredible view. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again!

By far, the BEST Air Bnb experience I have ever had! Friends and I came here for my bachelorette and had an incredible experience. First off, the place is stunning. A million times better than the pictures, beautiful view in the infinity pool for sunsets, and great having a kitchen up there with a fridge.The different bedroom layouts provided privacy and comfort for everyone involved whether you wanted to nap, party at the pool, chill in the living room. Everything was spotless upon entering and instructions were easy to follow, the house manager was also very helpful. The location is close to everything, walkable, the margs next door are phenomenal, and Chris was the most responsive host. Upon checkout, I asked for instructions and was told to do nothing but still enjoy my vacation -- the best morning after we ever could've hoped for. If I come back to PV - I will be staying here again!

We had a great stay at Christopher’s place for a bachelorette trip with 10 girls! Everything went smoothly, and Christopher was very quick to respond, which made things easy. The house was even better than the photos—spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The pool was also clean and perfect for relaxing. The location was ideal—close to Zona Romántica but still pretty quiet. There was some construction noise at times, but nothing major. Overall, we’d definitely recommend it, especially for larger groups!

Christopher was not only a responsive host, but was personable, respectful, and incredibly accommodating. We were immediately welcomed by Polo, who gave us a detailed tour of the house. He was thorough and helpful. We truly made ourselves feel at home and loved our time in Puerto Vallarta.

Very good area to be in where you can get a more authentic experience and feel more like a local. The host and his assistant Polo are both very responsive and helpful and kind. The Airbnb itself, of course, has amazing views and a great rooftop pool but the 5 levels of the home were challenging for our older guest (75) and made it more difficult to all be hanging out in one space. Also the final block straight uphill to the house is a hike for anyone - personally I enjoyed it as it was nice for working off all the amazing food we ate as there are so many really fantastic restaurants within about a 1 miles of the home. I would definitely recommend this place.

Christopher’s place is beautiful. It comfortably fit 8 of us. We all agreed the pool was the best part, the views were immaculate. After every outing, we’d end up in the pool 😅 The restaurant and convenience store next door were so convenient and their staff was so friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway. Christopher was a great host. He answered all my questions promptly and gave me several recommendations. I rate the place and host 10/10

We had such a wonderful stay at Christopher's place. The highlight was definitely the pool area, which was even better than the photos. The pool was sparkling clean and the perfect temperature for a dip, and the entire area felt very private and peaceful. We spent hours relaxing on the comfortable lounge chairs, and it was a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The rest of the home was also exceptional. It was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the clear communication from Christopher from start to finish, and Polo is great also. Thank you, guys!

The location is situated nicely in the downtown area. However, it is located at the top of a hill, so the views are awsome, but the walk home is a little demanding. The pool is always clean and is very refreshing. My elderly guests and I got a good workout climbing the stairs each day, something we were mostly unaccustomed to living in single story homes. An added bonus was ordering a birthday dinner in from the property manager, Polo and his friends. We had a great evening. Early October is a bit hot, but we managed. There is plenty of room for 10 guests. Each bedroom comfortably sleeps two.

This is the third time I have stayed at this house. My friends and I love it. Perfect location close enough to the city (walkable) yet still feels private. The house honestly looks better than the photos which are great already. Perfect setup for a group of 8 or more, never felt crowded. Rooftop area with pool is amazing. There is a nice little restaurant next door that also sells basic amentities, beer, ice, and souvenirs too. Will absolutely stay here again!

I cannot say enough great things about Christopher and his beautiful home! The property was exactly as described, with absolutely immaculate views. Christopher went above and beyond in helping us organize and plan activities for a bachelorette trip, his responsiveness and attention to our needs made the experience seamless and special. Polo, the property manager, was also incredibly kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. A huge bonus: their restaurant next door is delicious, do yourself a favor and make sure to eat there at least once during your stay! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This place is an absolute treasure. It’s close enough to walk to many restaurants and the beach, but out of the way enough to have privacy. The home is beautiful, especially the rooftop pool that allows you a full view of PV from the mountains, over towns and cities, and the beach with the most spectacular sunsets. The rooms are all laid out wonderfully with personal AC units in each so individuals could sleep in their most comfortable temperature. Additionally, the host Christopher is incredible. He allowed us to check in early when our flight landed early. Anytime we had questions or any issues, he would immediately respond with answers and solutions. I would highly recommend this place!! It is an absolute steal and worth every penny.

Since before getting to PV Christopher was very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Our host was very flexible and accommodating to our needs, letting us have the most for our stay. The groundkeeper, Polo, was super helpful at all times as well! The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described in pictures. The pool was our favorite part of the house, we spent many fun hours there. Only thing to note is that there are 4 or 5 flights of stairs, which gives you incredible views but could be tricky for some people. We loved our stay at Christopher’s place!

We absolutely loved this space for my Bachelorette with 9 ladies! The rooftop pool truly was amazing and we enjoyed spending our afternoons up there. Also, getting food and drinks delivered to the house from the restaurant downstairs was super easy and we enjoyed a catered dinner at home one of the night! Would definitely stay at again!

Wowowow! What a beautiful place. Spent my 30th birthday enjoying the sunny rooftop patio and lounging in the infinity pool with my best friends. Christopher was an incredibly responsive and proactive host. So friendly and always ready to help. Also- shoutout to Polo and Alex! So helpful, very clear with their instructions, and super kind. 6/5 recommend. This place is beautiful! It’s placed well in PV, around tons to eat and drink, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Heads up- this property is on top of a massive hill. If you’re cool with that, go ahead and just BOOK IT.

This was a beautiful home with plenty of space for our large group! Hosts were very responsive and friendly. The pool and views are incredible!! Lots of street noise, so if you’re a light sleeper or want a peaceful stay, I wouldn’t recommend. Would stay here again

Casa Isacamil was fantastic - perfect for eight family members celebrating a fiftieth birthday! We all had plenty of space and the beds are comfy. Climate control was easy and effective. Rooftop seating, pool and view are amazing! Location is great - in a little neighborhood away from the resorts but close enough to everything you might want to do. Five minute walk to beach, stores, restaurants and short cab ride or 2 mile walk to Zona Romántica. We had dinner catered from the restaurant next door and it was awesome - fresh, local ingredients, beautiful presentation, and lovely staff!! Chris and Karla were very responsive and helpful from start to finish. We had a leak under the kitchen sink and both Polo, the house manager (who’s great!) and the hosts, were good about getting someone over, but it was not resolved by the time we left. Not a big deal but a little inconvenient. Overall, we loved our stay and would book again!!

All 10 of Us enjoyed our stay. Polo, the property manager, greeted Us with chips and salsa. He gave us a tour of the house and explained how everything worked. He was available 24/7 not that we had any issues or needed to call him. Polo was very helpful and sent Pancho over to shows us different activities available near by. We took a boat tour and ATV’s tour very recommendable. The only thing is that the property is up hill and to walk back it was very tiring if you’re not used to walking. We would definitely stay here again.

The location, service, views, and everything else was spectacular. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, the views are incredible as you feel like you are able to take in the entire city. Walking distance to some of the best places: popular yet also hidden gems. The place is also very modern, with great appliances and a comforting setting all while making it feel like a beach house at the same time as being tucked away near the mountains and in a nice little neighborhood. This is a great spot, a spot that you don’t feel like you have to leave to see or experience the area you are in.

4th time in Puerto vallarta. this time we came with a group of 8 others. this house was perfect and we were all comfortable. it is on a hill so walking back to it can get tough. but not too bad. users are very affordable. overall it was everything we expected!

I can’t say anything but good things about our stay. Check-in was super easy. Chris and Karla were always available if I had questions or needed recommendations. We set up a private chef experience with them and the food was amazing. I never thought that I would brag about tortilla soup, but here I am bragging about it. The infinity pool had to be our favorite spot in the house. The location is great and you can be anywhere by Uber in 5-10 minutes. We would love to stay again.

From the first encounter with Chris and Karla on Airbnb, I knew that they were top notch communicators. They were the most responsive and most helpful Airbnb hosts I’ve ever experienced on this app. They were extremely helpful at all times and answered all of my questions that I needed for planning an amazing bachelorette trip. The Airbnb was just as pictured and was clean and pristine on arrival! Polo, the house manager was so sweet and helpful, at all hours during our stay. He was also our chef for the weekend. I cannot say enough kind words about Polo and Jesus, the server. They were so hospitable and kind. The food was phenomenal and served so beautifully on the porch. The chef option for this Airbnb was 1000% worth it. A hairdryer of ours blew a breaker one evening and we lost electric, Polo was there to fix it immediately!! The Airbnb was absolutely perfect for 11 girls on a bachelorette trip, and well worth the price.

Our stay was excellent, from our arrival to our departure everything was wonderful. Polo greeted us with guacamole&chips and I support us in getting us a reliable taxi for all our transfers. The house was as pictured, it had all the necessary amenities and the view from the pool was spectacular. Without theme we would come back to stay here!!

We had the best week at Chris & Carla’s place. They were so accommodating and responsive our entire stay. The roof is truly to die for. The location of the house is fantastic also - close to all the action but still off the beaten path. We adored our dinner made in house by Chef Polo and his team. It really was the best time ever - we hope to return soon!

First and foremost I would like to thank Chris and Karla for allowing us to stay at their lovely place. The home was amazing and had all the amenities we needed during our stay. Chris and Karla were very responsive at all hours of the day. I really appreciate everything you did for me and my group during our stay, I would definitely be back. Secondly, I would like to give a big shoutout to the man who was very attentive to our needs and was able to resolve any issue that occurred during our stay, the man of the hour named Polo. Words cannot explain how much Polo was able to resolve any issues at anytime. The city had turned off the water and polo was able to get water for the house. Toilet clogged? Polo fixed it right away. On top of that he knew how to cook delicious food for the in-house chef option and was very punctual with the time. Polo went above and beyond to meet our needs and was the definition of jack of all trades. If I ever go to war Polo is the man I would want by my side

Casa Ishmael is centrally located with beautiful views of the bay. Chris and Karla could have not been anymore accommodating and accessible! From booking to transportation to providing access to all Puerto Vallarta has to offer, they are the consummate hosts! The pool deck is lovely with incredible views! We loved every minute of our stay! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home…we will be recommending it to our friends!

The house was beautiful and as described. Very clean and taken care of. Chris and Karla were very easy to get ahold of and great in helping out with recommendations of restaurants in the area and also with transportation recommendations. The house was not too far from the main strip. Easy to arrive and check in. I appreciate them allowing to check in my luggage before check in time so I didn’t have to drag it around town while waiting for the house to be ready. Would definitely recommend and book again for another trip.

Great air bnb and close to everything! Chris and Karla are amazing and respond quickly to whatever you need. The chef Polo is amazing and will make whatever you want! Marco is the house manager and will make margaritas while you lounge by the pool. There’s also a tour guide the use o Pancho he came to the house and helped us book atvs, zip lining and a boat day! Seriously so easy. Would definitely stay here again! One thing to note this house has a ton of stairs there are 4 levels! There is a small restaurant next door which is amazing! We ate there once a day I feel like! Everyone is so kind and helpful! Had the best birthday trip with my friends here

From when we walkes in to when we checked out; there was nothing negatibe to stay about this fabulous place.

Had a great time at this AirBNB. It was well-located and with plenty of space for 10 guests. The staff was super nice and we chose the option for them to make us breakfast for 3 days which was perfect. Internet was spotty, but with the lovely views and beach nearby, it wasn't an issue. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Overall the stay was wonderful. The space is great, the rooftop pool and view can’t be beat, and the windows in the living room, kitchen, and some bedrooms opening up fully was a great way to enjoy the weather. The property manager was extremely helpful and friendly, he met us to give us a tour of the space and instructions on everything we needed. Throughout the stay, he addressed any concerns that we had extremely quickly as well. It is a short walk from many restaurants, stores, and the beach. It can be a bit of a workout since the unit is at the top of a steep hill. The unit itself also has quite a few stairs, so it could be tough for someone with more limited mobility, but didn’t present any actual problems for us other than a groan after the hike up the hill. We would gladly stay here again.

Casa Isacamil is in a great location within Puerto Vallarta and has all the amenities anyone may need for their stay. We arrived late due to airline issues but Chris and his manager, Polo, were waiting to welcome us with fresh guacamole. The chef at the restaurant next doors was alerted to our arrival by Chris and he graciously cooked up a wonderful dinner for us even though it was past his closing time. We had zero planning before arriving at PV. But Chris guided us very well and with help from some of his acquaintances we filled our schedule with fun activities. On days when we wanted to relax the terrace pool was perfect. Our kids wouldn’t want to leave the pool at times. Access to the beach and amazing food is going to be missed sorely. All things said, we would love to return on our next trip to Puerto Vallarta.

The hosts Chris & Karla were amazing and communicated promptly. The house manager Polo and Aurelio were so accommodating and welcoming. They made our group really enjoy themselves and feel safe. The chef was amazing and worth the additional fee. We had lunch, dinner, and breakfast 3x. Everything was fresh and delicious from the manga margaritas, to the steak/ chicken/shrimp skewers to the absolute amazing shrimp ceviche. Safety: As a group of Black women we felt extremely safe and welcomed at this AirBnb and traveling throughout the city. We used the Translate Now app to help fill in our spotty Spanish. Polo helped us secure a taxi on the days I had not prepaid for transportation. Casa Iscamil: The pictures don’t do this place justice. It is absolutely gorgeous and spacious. Our group of 5 thoroughly enjoyed it. The space is extremely clean and has everything you would need or want. Excursions: We did ATVs through Canopy River, a Resort Pass at the Marriott + a taco/tequila taste.

What an incredible stay in beautiful Puerto Vallarta. So much space for our crew to spread out and have privacy when we wanted it and then come together to enjoy the amazing rooftop pool and other beautiful gathering spaces. When traveling to PV, I much prefer to stay in a home instead of a resort so we can get out and explore the neighborhoods and support local shops and restaurants. Definitely do at least one chef meal - it was a highlight of our trip! One thing to note if anyone has trouble with stairs, the lowest level space requires climbing stairs to it, and then there are many stairs to get to the other levels and rooftop pool. Also, the home is at the top of a very steep hill. This didn't bother any of our group but something to consider if someone in your group has physical limitations. I wouldn't hesitate to book this beautiful home again. It was a GEM!

It's even better than the pictures (and the pictures are incredible!). If you have the opportunity to book at Casa Isacamil, you absolutely must. The house staff were all so warm and friendly, the private breakfasts we had daily were divine (a true highlight of our trip), and Chris and Karla were so accommodating and proactive. Truly hope we have the opportunity to stay here again.

Chris was an amazing host. Polo and his pal were so amazing in accommodating us in the home for our stay. Highly recommend getting meals at home as they are AMAZING cooks and it’s extremely cost effective and you can really enjoy the home. Because of the hurricane the week before, the lights went out one night as they were repairing electricity poles. They came over and set out candles and flashlights for our bachelorette group. Very proactive and thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again! The perfect bachelorette party house :)

Chris and Karla's home was absolutely STUNNING! We planned a bachelorette here and not only were our hosts very responsive and helpful, but the additional at-home chef service offered for dinner one of our nights was a top highlight of our trip. There was ample space and we hung out almost every night at the infinity rooftop pool enjoying the sherbet sunsets (thinking about it right now puts a huge smile on my face). You won't regret staying there book it!

Everything excellent!

Excellent service, they were always attentive, we arrived earlier and they allowed us to check in, the responses to my messages were always almost instantly. It has easy access to everything, the only thing is that it's on a climb, although it's not a problem. Impeccable cleanliness, the rooms and beds are very comfortable, the view of the pool of 10. Everything is top of the listing. I would certainly choose this apartment again to stay.

The nicest and most responsive hosts ever! The place was absolutely wonderful! And HIGHLY recommend doing the chef. The food was spectacular. Views were great. Pool was great. Only caution is that the air shuts off during the day in unoccupied rooms so it can get hot if you aren’t in ur room but we were out most days so it was fine. Just something we didn’t realize and arrival was a little hot lol. Otherwise I’d totally recommend and hope to come back!

I cannot say enough great things about this villa. From the time we checked in, until the time we checked out, everything was amazing. To start, Chris and Karla were very responsive from the time I booked the villa, until we left. There was never a time where I waited for more than 1 hour to receive a response. The house manager, Pollo, was phenomenal. He was there when we arrived to show us around the home, and he was there for anything else we needed. Pollo, Aurelio, and the female chef made us feel as if we were at a 5-star restaurant during our catered breakfasts. Neto, from the restaurant next door prepared a great welcome meal, in addition to a light lunch one day, and breakfast burritos the morning of our departure. We were a group of 8 ladies and we never felt unsafe. We actually felt more safe there, than we do in the US. Aurelio actually saw us walking to the Malecon one day, and opted to walk with us to ensure we didn't get lost. I would definitely recommend this villa!

They went out of their way to make sure that our bachelorette weekend was a memorable one, and we could not have asked for a better experience. Chris and Carlas Airbnb was phenomenal. beautiful views, amazing pool, super comfortable beds! the house was more amazing than the pictures! there was a group of nine of us and we never felt like there was a lack of space. if there were any issues they were very quick to fix the problem. Pollo was easy to get a hold of for all of our questions or concerns. we had a few little hiccup problems but he was always there quickly to fix the concerns. we had a picnic that was complimentary at the house and also paid to have pollo and his crew make an amazing meal for us. there was so much delicious food! we were so stuffed! it was amazing. the restaurant tacoquila right next door us was out of this world. breakfast was delicious there. and make sure you order a paloma so so good! I highly recommend this place! just book it you won't regret it! I want to go back!

This is truly the best Airbnb I have stayed in. You really don’t get the sense of how big and spacious this place is until you get there and see it for yourself. There was so much room for my group of 9 to spread out and have privacy during some of our downtime on our trip. The pool and that view are incredible. Truly the best of the best. We didn’t even bother going to the beach because of how great it was having the pool right there. Chris and Karla, Polo and everyone else we met along the way for this reservation were so amazing to our group. Cannot stressed enough how perfect this place is!

I really wish we could have stayed another week or two at this house! It’s so spacious and felt like home. Our group couldn’t get enough of the pool and views from the rooftop. Between the house and the location, this place is perfect. I hope to stay here again next year on our visit to PV.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Our hosts were extremely friendly and responsive before, during and after our stay. The house is conveniently located close to downtown and a short $12-$15 Uber ride from the airport. The pool deck has an awesome view of the ocean and skyline. On top of everything else, the house manager - Polo - was easily assessable for restaurant, excursion and nightlife recommendations. We will be back for future visits to PV.

Magnificent. Chris & Karla’s place was gorgeous. My party and I thoroughly enjoyed our on-site host Pollo and his hospitality. A huge plus, especially with planning: Chris & Karla were not only extremely communicative and responsive, but they were flexible and full of pleasant welcome surprises. Pro tip: I met Chris & Karla with kindness and they returned the same tenfold. Our birthday celebration and first time to PV wouldn't have been the same if it weren’t for these two. And the view!? Out of this world, no matter the time of day. Go ahead. Book. I triple dare you ;)

Chris & Karla's place is absolutely worth staying. Beautiful with outstanding views of ocean, city and mountains and extremely safe. We traveled with all females and were never once concerned about our safety. Chris and Karla assisted in recommending food and activities which made our stay even easier. Polo the concierge was so sweet and helpful, he made she we had rides when we needed it and ensured quick and easy check in and out. Also could not recommend paying for the in-house chef service. We did dinner the first night, and breakfast the 3rd day, the food was DELICIOUS. All in all an amazing trip and would absolutely return. Thank you from myself and my close friends!

Wow oh wow! This place had it all. Beautiful location within walking distance to everything, such charm to the home, and space for everyone to relax. That rooftop pool was a 10/10. The photos matched the house perfectly. We can’t wait to return to this home very soon. Chris and Karla were gracious and easy to communicate with. Side note, you have to check out the store and restaurant next door. Sweetest people there and food is top notch!

Our family's vacation at Chris and Karla's was one of our best! Fantastic views from the rooftop pool, and only walking minutes from fabulous local restaurants and the beach. Very private and relaxing. Chris was readily available for local entertainment suggestions, as were Pollo and his onsite team. We strongly recommend the in-home chef prepared dinner, as it was a true feast. We also enjoyed delicious breakfasts in the restaurant just next door.
