What a gift this home was during our recent visit to Roatan. It was the perfect base for exploring at our own pace, and for my young adults to dive. Returning to this beautiful space with vaulted ceilings, beautiful floors, tastefully decorated rooms, whimsical artwork, and a beautiful deck as an outdoor space was a great way to recharge. Our favorite pastimes were playing pool, wading in the pool, and enjoying the views from the outdoor deck. The birder in our family loved watching the hummingbirds who fed on the beautiful flowers and his homemade sugar water. We even spotted a pair of yellow-naped parrots. The kitchen has everything you need for coffee, smoothies, and cooking any meal. Both bathrooms are beautiful. My husband and I absolutely loved using the outdoor shower, especially after our morning runs/walks. We loved the location, which is central to getting to West Bay (30 min), Wed End (20-25 min), and East End (50 min). Finally, the dive shop Scuba Roatan is right

Casa Tranquila was simply amazing. My wife and I have stayed all over the island and there is no where else we would rather stay. This home is absolutely beautiful with stunning jungle and ocean views. If you want a place where you feel like you have the entire area to yourself yet close enough to all the activities then this is the place for you. A short beautiful walk through the jungle and you find yourself at what feels like your own private beach. We couldn’t have felt more comfortable staying here and the home had every amenity you could ask for. Tom, Andrea and their property manager Carolina were extremely attentive and made sure we had everything we needed to make sure our stay was comfortable. We rarely leave reviews but this was one worth reviewing. I can’t recommend this home enough!
