We brought 7 people and had plenty of space at Matt’s place. It’s great that the pool is available because while the location is steps from the beach, the current was too strong to enter most of the time we were there. The house had everything we needed to make simple meals. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I like that there are no chores to do before leaving! Thank you for a great stay.

We had an absolutely fabulous time! The place was outstanding—beautiful, comfortable, and even better than expected. A special shout‑out to Niina, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. On the first day, we were stuck in traffic for hours and arrived much later than planned. Despite the inconvenience, she went above and beyond by helping us get some food and drinks so we could settle in comfortably after our long journey. Her kindness truly made a difference. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

Great home with a ton of space. We had 7 people. House was also next to the pool with a short walk to the beach. Very small gated community. Tia the concierge was very wonderful also. She was willing and help any way she could and was a phone call or text away if we needed anything.

Matt’s group was great. Even though we arrived @4 hours after our expected arrival (customs, traffic) everything went smoothly.

Great location right next to the beach! Super friendly hosts. The house was great for three generations of family all having their own space. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking for a larger group. The sunsets on the beach are spectacular. Would certainly stay again!

I highly recommend this house in Jaco on the beach. Everything is gorgeous and exactly as described. My family and I, including 92 year old Dad and 2 grand daughters enjoyed everything immensely. The 2nd best feature besides the house itself, was the concierge Tia. She arranged everything for us from chef services to all the excursions. And she is delightful, knows everything about Jaco.

The stay was fantastic. While we had a few hiccups with transportation and some minor things with the house what makes the stay here so worthwhile and worth the 5 star rating is the concierge services of Tia. We couldn’t have asked for better service and attentiveness to what we needed or wanted for our trip. Loved it here!

Everything about this experience was wonderful! The hosts went out of their way to help plan an unforgettable family vacation. We travel often and this was by far the best experience that we have had. The residence very comfortably accommodated two large families totally 11 people. The beach was beautiful. The hosts helped plan 3 excursions that were perfect for our adventurous group. Nothing but great things to say about this stay.

We had a great stay at Casa Macaw in Jacó. The house is spacious and comfortable. Location is unbeatable: the gated community is on the north end of Jacó, close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle. The house itself is right next to a beautiful shared pool, and just a couple of steps away from the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped and they have a good gas grill as well, so we cooked all meals in the house during our stay, which for us was a big plus. Tia, who hosted us, was really on top of her game all the time and she made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. She took care of every detail and her response time to all of our inquiries was amazingly quick. This place is highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Matt’s house! Our family of 8 spent Thanksgiving at Matt’s house and had a fantastic week. Tia, the concierge, made sure we had exactly what we needed when we needed it. She was always available and booked activities, local taxi rides, airport transport and even restaurant reservations. The pool was a 20 second walk and the beach was another minute walk past the pool. We saw Scarlett Macaws fly over the pool and a pair of toucans lived in the trees nearby. Can’t wait to come back!

The place was easy to find, everything was clean , Everything was just like the pictures. Our host was phenomenal. She was in contact days before the trip. Greeted us when we arrived. Stayed in contact with us everyday. I will come back and stay here again

Casa Macaw was a fun house with the beach and pool just a few steps away. We were about 5 min car ride from the main strip which had restaurants and shops. Tia was my main contact and she was amazing! We had a call in advance to plan out the details and she was there to greet us upon arrival and to help check us out at the end. Tia is super responsive and will help ensure the entire stay is a good time. I’d definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend staying here! Very clean and close to the pool and beach. The host was amazing! Extremely helpful and responsive. She has an answer to all our questions and handled all the bookings for our excursions.

It was the perfect spot away from the busy downtown Jaco. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool was a great place to unwind all times during the day. House was nicely equipped with everything you need for your stay. King of Jaco was our concierge and set us up with great fishing and adventures during our stay. Definitely would recommend this place.

What a great trip! The house was perfect! Location is great! Pool just outside the home, beach just a few more steps! House was clean and well stocked. We fished out of Lisa Suenos marina which was only about 15-20 mins away. The concierge services are amazing!!! Tia with Kings of Jaco was fabulous!! Can’t say enough good about her! Made the trip so much easier and carefree! Take advantage of that! She set up all transportation, and excursions, golf carts, for us, even taxis at last minute to go out to dinner. Would definitely stay here again and if I needed to stay somewhere else, I’d only hope Tia was our concierge!

Tia King was our contact and she was very friendly and responsive. The unit is next to the community pool and the gate out to the beach so everything is convenient. Quiet community with great family amenities.

Casa Macaw was a great spot to enjoy the playa at Jaco.

Clean, well appointed home steps from the pool and beach. Close to downtown but on the quieter end of town and the beach. Tia was very responsive and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property was beyond our expectations. The beach is literally next to the property. Loved the vibrant sound of the ocean. The swimming pool is awesome. Loved the common place next to the swimming pool. The property is very secure and private. Excellent customer service by Tia, the property manager. Will love to visit again in the future. Our kids enjoyed the stay very much.

Location, location, location! Literal steps to the pool and beach, and a dangerously short walk to the casino and restaurants. The house met our group's needs (5 adults, 1 toddler), and Matt and Tia took great care of us! They helped us schedule a crocodile tour and a deep sea fishing trip. Truly a wonderful experience! 10/10 would recommend.

Great place! In a amazing location with beautiful view. The service and time was perfect. We had no issues with equipment or cleaning service. It was excellent everyday we stayed. Plus it’s an easy walk to downtown area. Will be back soon

We had a wonderful time at Casa Dulce. Our hosts Erica and Tia were incredibly helpful and responsive, cleaning crew was on top of everything and the private chefs we hired were awesome. I would definitely recommend the extra in house dining service, everything was delicious! Location is perfect as well. Owner should put some more investment and love into the property as there were problems with appliances and mattresses were very hard to sleep on. Also majority of bedrooms are in a part of the house that seems like an old hotel pieced into the property which would have been nice to know up front (some didn’t have windows fyi). The shining part of this place was definitely the people who provided incredible service and the amazing location. We would definitely stay again!

Thanks again Kings of Jaco, Tia & @casaMacaw !!! The first part was just a girls trip and our extended stay included family! @casaMacaw is great for both!!! The pool was very refreshing & relaxing. The kids fell in love with the pool side and haven't quit talking about it. The house was very secure thanks to Angel and the 24 hr security team . They were very professional and friendly. Thanks again for coordinating the zipline, the day trip to Tortuga island and the golf cart for the week!! Highly recommend all 3!

Kings of Jaco, Tia & @casaMacaw were AMAZING! Stay of a lifetime. The Kings of Jaco staff was responsive and helpful both prior and throughout the trip. They had tailored restaurant recommendations, everything from traditional to Italian cuisines. They helped us coordinate an array of diff. activities and transport all throughout Jaco. Tia went beyond what she needed to make our stay memorable. Casa Macaw had everything we could imagine and was in THE PERFECT location. There is a general store right around the corner that has nearly everything you might need for the stay and within walking distance of a larger shopping center (shops, restaurants, ATM).The towels were super soft along with super comfortable beds/bedding in each room. The A/C units in ea room cooled the house down in mins. The Wi-Fi was consistent (was even able to get some service at the pool!). Speaking of the pool, it was just steps away from the house. Our group of single female travelers felt safe the entire trip

Great experience! Casa dulce had 9 bedrooms and large commons areas. The house is fairly well stocked. Just a few minor deferred maintenance items (only one faucet working in a few bathrooms and inconsistent shower temperatures). Overall very functional. We stayed for 8 days and had a great time. The pool was nice and the staff was responsive to minor issues. The location is outstanding, right on the less rocky side of the beach with chair and surf/boogie boards for rent. You can walk into town just bring flip flops to cross the small rocky river on the beach or walk the roads. Vans and Ubers are available and inexpensive. Crystal was our main contact and did a great job with arranging transportation for our excursions, dinner reservations and transportation into town at night. She is super friendly, responsive and organized. Dania kept the towels stocked and floors clean. We hated to leave! Highly recommend KOJ to anyone traveling to Jaco!

Matt's concierge team was OUTSTANDING. They kept the property clean and were very responsive with good suggestions and flawless execution for all excursions. The property advertises as a party location. We were there with our family for a holiday stay. The house and three main bedrooms were great but we didn't feel comfortable having kids (even older ones) stay in the extra six bedrooms that are separate from the main house. The location is right on Jaco beach within walking distance of many restaurants and the Jaco downtown area. It is a public beach so there are a lot of vehicles and people in and out right in front of the property. Security was tight with a guard, security lights, cameras and locked gate. We felt safe after acclimating to all the activity. The biggest problem was ants and roaches in the kitchen. The maintenance and cleaning teams were very responsive but the problem was not fully resolved during our stay.

The place was great and was just like the listing describes. The place was clean and the AC kept all the rooms cool. It's safe and secure and backs right onto the beach. The internet was great. The staff kept the place clean every day and did a great job. The excursions/activities we booked were awesome and fairly priced. Our concierge, Cindy, was very helpful, and communicative / responsive! Overall, it was a very smooth and well organized experience. Highly recommend.

The house was in a perfect location on the beach with a huge pool. Matt did a great job helping us plan the trip and Tia was amazing as our host. She made sure everything was taken care of and was helpful in giving us any suggestions on restaurants or things to do. The cleaning and maintenance crews also did a fantastic job making sure the house was clean and in working order. I would highly recommend anyone with a large group to stay here or at any of the other properties that Matt manages.

Wow. I think this is my favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Amy, Matt, Tia, and Juan really made our trip as perfect as it could possibly be. Nine of us stayed for a five day guys trip and all I can say is, it was LEGENDARY! They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. Check in and check out were seamless. Everything was clean. They clean the bedding, bring fresh towels, wash the floors and do the dishes for you daily- for free. The staff really went above and beyond to make sure we were living our best lives. The property is beautiful and right on the beach. Postcard worthy sunset views from the balcony/pool. There is a surf shop 10 feet from the property where you can rent boards and take lessons. The property is surrounded by high walls and has a really cool security guard (Juan) , but honestly we felt safe everywhere we went in Jaco. You can get a taxi for a couple dollars to anywhere in Jaco. The concierges Matt and Tia completely took care of us the entire trip. They made sure to set up the best excursions for us (Do the ATV one for sure!) and they took us to all the cool local hangouts as well. I would also recommend renting the party bus a couple nights, it really added an extra level to the experience. Everyone at Kings of Jaco went out of their way to make this the best trip possible for us. Airbnb only lets the person who rented the property leave a review but if we could have, all nine of us would have left an amazing review. Everyone is already talking about when we want to go back again. Seriously, everyone at Kings of Jaco, thank you for a perfect vacation. Pura Vida!

Great place for a bachelor party. Matt and tia took care of all of our needs and Georgie the security guard was great, every morning the maid had the house spotless so if your looking for the best bachelor party this is the place

I recently booked Casa Dulce Grande for my friend’s bachelor party! I can’t say enough on how Matt with Kings of Jaco took care of us from the minute we got off the plane. He worked with us every moment along the way until we left. Kings of Jaco took fantastic care of us, from Concierge services, on demand bartenders, private chef’s, ATV riding and anything else we threw at him. David, the owner was also very helpful during our stay and made sure that me and my friends didn’t have to lift a finger. I would highly recommend staying here!! The service was awesome, the location on the beach you can’t beat, everything about our trip was awesome!!

This is the only place I would stay when visiting CR. Everyone we met at the place was welcoming and made our trip one to remember. We will definitely be back! Thank you
