Fantastic property! Each room is its own unit with a locking door, bathroom and small kitchenette.

We had a group of five couples and two kids stay here for a wedding and it was perfect. Right in the middle of everything, and very walkable. We enjoyed having a nice area to be together, but everyone also had their own space with a bed, kitchen, and bathroom. Everything was as described and very clean!

The house is amazing, it's just like the photos! It has everything you need for a super pleasant stay, despite being on the street you can't hear any noise, it has air conditioning and a super spacious dining room for lunch or dinner, it's really super nice! Oswaldo was always attentive and responded quite quickly! We had a great time as a family, it's super central, you can walk everywhere, there are shops, markets and restaurants nearby. I would definitely come back

The best Airbnb in Mérida, super comfortable rooms, it has a very good distribution of the rooms and they are perfectly equipped, everything is impeccably clean. Great location, everything was close by walking to Paseo Montejo and downtown. The host was always attentive, all the information was super clear and very attentive! We highly recommend it!!

Excellent accommodation, everything is very pleasant, very conveniently located in downtown Merida.

We loved Oswaldo's house. For us it was perfect, we were a family of 10, 8 adults and two children, all comfortable, all happy. The rooms are super spacious, each with a kitchen, electric grill, glasses and plates, separate tables and a large communal table. The pool is also perfect. We loved it and would gladly stay there again. We had a slight problem with electronic locks but it was solved in 30 minutes.

The house is beautiful, much more than what you see in the photos, it's new, impeccable, perfect. Central but with only the noise of trees and birds, we enjoyed it very much!

Oswaldo’s house is as described and then some. The house delivers everything it touts in the description and photos. The pool was ideal to start the day or cool down in the afternoon. And many nights ended with a quick dip before bed. Everything and I mean everything is 10 minutes away. The central area, markets, best restaurants are all walking distance. I traveled with my family, 12 yo son, parents and father and law and had no problems getting anywhere on foot. The neighborhood is quiet, and inside the house is peaceful despite the main street it’s on. Perfect for the eight of us. Plenty of rooms, each one a little different but all unified by comfort and amenities. We loved the house and Merida, too. Perfect space to compliment the charming city and all it has to offer.

The house is very nice, the rooms are comfortable with everything you need to rest and have a pleasant time. The pool is perfect for cooling off after walking. Oswaldo was always kind and responded almost immediately to our questions and requests. The location is perfect, it is close to everything there is to do and see in downtown Merida. We loved it. We highly recommend it.

My family and I had such a great time! The rooms were spacious, clean, and we loved that they each came equipped with a bathroom, and kitchennete. The location was also a huge plus as it allowed for us to walk to several restaurants, shops, and so much more! We Loved coming back to the air b n b in the evenings, and enjoy some time in the pool. We would definitely be back 😊

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! My friends and I felt extremely comfortable and safe throughout our visit. The separate quarters allowed each of us to enjoy our own space, which was a great touch. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy walking access to the center and most local attractions. Our host, Oswaldo, was exceptionally proactive, providing clear instructions and wonderful local recommendations for restaurants and activities. We would definitely recommend this place, and the pictures truly do it justice!

The stay was great! Each room has its own lock, and a shared pool and gathering area. Walkable and near the centro! Rented the place for my groomsmen, and we enjoyed this very much. There was an issue with the front door, but Oswaldo responded via chat, and attended to it immediately. Thank you!

Excellent stay, ideal for couples as all rooms except one are very similar! The location is ideal and very easy to get to restaurants.

Oswaldo's house is very conveniently located and the stay was spectacular. The house is designed to go with a group of people where each couple can have their space inside the house and the common areas such as the pool and the living room are perfect for spending time together and resting. We particularly enjoyed that the house has a space and equipment to play petanque. We had an amazing time. I recommend staying here 100%, I will definitely try to come back :)

Excellent location. Everything was close by, a few minutes' walk away. The house is just as shown in the photos and we were very comfortable! Despite being a very busy street, the noise is minimal in most of the house. Oswaldo is a great host! Thank you so much!!!

Our stay at Oswaldo’s place was fantastic. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. Loved how the rooms each had their own bathroom and mini kitchen. It was very calm even though it’s on a busy street. The pool was great to have. And on top of that the place is very central and you can reach every important part of the city by foot. 10/10 would recommend, especially for big groups from 10 to max. 12 persons
