A beautiful house with an incredible view, comfortable beds, everything excellent!

Comfortable house. The pool has hot water. The kitchen has everything you need. A big screen. But on the last day of the stay, the water in the hot tub ran out.

Everything was excellent. The house is very nice and comfortable. We were a large group and we all felt very comfortable. The amenities were excellent and the house was more beautiful than in the photos.

Excellent place to spend a few days with the family; the place is just as shown in the photos. We would definitely go back!

This is a beautiful home! Great outdoor space, comfortable, cozy bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. It is walking distance to restaurants, shops and the thermal spa (which was my favorite). It was perfect for my large family to spend time and enjoy our travel to our native country of Mexico. Staff was quick to respond, attentive and friendly. Hope to return in the future.

The house is very nice and spacious. Nice view. It has everything you need to spend a few pleasant days: area equipment, swimming pool, each room with a bathroom, and a volleyball net. Just prepare your food because there is no platform service (Uber, Rappi, etc.). We had a great time, thank you so much.

The place is just beautiful! The bedrooms are on different levels (2 bedrooms per level) and this provides privacy between guests. We went to my son's wedding and from the first contact Maria responded immediately to all my concerns and questions. We didn't know the area and she helped us by answering all the questions, which were many, and even provided more information than I requested. Thank you very much Maria! The place is extremely clean, thanks Bertha and Gloria, the beds and pillows are comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, the view is beautiful, 4 bedrooms have air conditioning, the perfect place to relax and spend time with the family. The common area has many open spaces where a lovely breeze blows. Despite being 15 people, we were not crowded. The grandmothers stayed on the house level so they didn't have to go up and down the stairs because everything is on that level, living room, kitchen, pool, terrace etc. I wouldn't hesitate to go back!

Excellent house, impeccable cleanliness, everything you need to spend a few incredible days, a wonderful view, the pool water is delicious, very comfortable, the beds are very comfortable, Betha's kindness supported us a lot since we arrived and Maria was super attentive and supportive since I made the reservation, only that we did not have a car and we had to carry everything completely because as such there are no stores so close and if it is a bit heavy to go out on foot, but everything was wonderful, just like the photos, this is the house.

Everything was excellent, we had an amazing time and we will definitely be back very soon, I highly recommend it!

A place to spend a few days with the whole family, the house is big so we could live together, grandma, children and grandchildren. The pool is delicious. We went now in winter so the hot water was a delight!

The house exceeds expectations. It has details that make it very special. They take care of every last detail in terms of cleanliness and decoration. The whole house is very well equipped and the main thing is that the hosts are exceptional, always attentive to any situation and very respectful. The view is very nice and the garden is very well cared for. Just consider that in times when the temperature is low the pool cools very quickly and there is no boiler or anything to heat it.

Excellent facilities with enough space in the rooms, very well-equipped kitchen. A very nice view of the lake at sunset. The pool and terrace were our favorite place as well as the garden with the volleyball net. The service from before we arrived and during our stay by the support/cleaning team was spectacular

Amazing Views of greenery and the lake. Every corner of this house makes a great spot for a picture! We had a great time because this place is very relaxing. I would definitely re-book this place next time I travel to Ajijic!

In addition to everything other guests point out in the other reviews: Beautiful views, exceptional hosts, cleanliness and comfort, etc., in this house you will find something that is not warned about in the listing: - will embrace you the tranquility and warmth you feel when you arrive at the house of your beloved grandparents. -the happiness that is remembered when going to the house where you have vacationed or spent the weekend as a child. -the very high, peaceful and delicious vibe of a house that has been built, cared for and maintained with love. So I'll say it again: BE CAREFUL if you're going to rent this house because you'll want to come back, I assure you. Enjoy it a lot.

House is spotless! We went with the whole family and children and really enjoyed it. All rooms come with bathrooms, towels, and privacy. The house is super clean and the kitchen is super well equipped. The pool is a delight as it is filled with thermal water. Big guys and we had a great time!

The facilities are super good, amazing green areas, pool with thermal water.... I slept as I hadn't slept a long time ago….super rich. All of 10%.... The kids passed it out of luxury... We're sure to repeat The people who help you with a 5-star hotel service gift.... Thank you for everything

The place is excellent , the house is equipped with everything you need and a little more, due to the COVID situation we asked that the caregivers were not in the house, but the only time we required their support was immediate . Very good communication with hosts. Thanks so much

Casa Aleblos was impeccably clean and the perfect size for our family group of 16. The hosts were prompt and responsive to all our questions and concerns. The property is in a great location and we look forward to staying at Casa Aleblos again in the future.

We enjoyed the house very much. It was perfect for our retreat, plenty of space and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The views are amazing! the grounds immaculate with beautiful gardens. Berta and Don Juan were attentive to every need, even came back one evening to help us figure out the TV control. My only wish is that the beds were not so hard. We hope to stay there again. We had a wonderful time. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home.

We loved the house, the beds were very comfortable, the pool water was very warm, very good location, beautiful view, excellent option for a weekend with family or friends.

A good place to rest

House is amazing with amazing lake views. People looking after the house are very accommodating and always willing to help in any possible thing you need regarding the house (refilling the pool, when we thought the water boiler was not working etc). As a comment for future renters is the fact that the rooms are distributed in 3 different levels/bungalow like so the rooms are external to the main house but all really close by to the main house/pool area which makes it not suitable for people with limited mobility. But this was definitely one of the best houses we could chose from. Definitely would rent it again in a heartbeat. Make sure you bring enough mosquito repellent as mosquitoes here are nasty- but thats Chapala so nothing to do with the house directly just as a traveller advice for people coming to Chapala. we all had an amazing time. Traveling with my whole family. Group of 12 people.

This is our second visit, it's a great place. With a good vibe, beautiful view, very nice decor and beautiful gardens. We'll be back for sure!

The place was perfect! We have a HUGE family, tons of kids that cried as we were leaving. Will definitely love to be back, so many beautiful memories were made there. Highly recommend it!

We were a large group of family and friends from Los Angeles. Everyone in the group enjoyed their stay. The house is big with separate unattached rooms through out the property which gave everyone their own privacy and their own restroom. The common areas was the kitchen and living room, which is where we hung out most of the time when we weren't outside enjoying the pool, gardens, or playing volleyball. There is large gardens and yards to walk around. The kids loved it. We played volleyball, soccer, and ping pong. there is also a swing by the tree that the kids enjoyed. The pool was warm and they bring thermal waters on Thursday mornings. We had two cards and were able to park our cars safely on the property and felt safe through out our stay. What we enjoyed the most was the hospitality and services of Bertha. We hired her and her staff to cook breakfast and dinner for us for 1 day. They cooked really good and took care of everything from buying the food to cooking it, serving us, and cleaning up. It was a memorable experience and my family and friends really enjoyed it. Great place to stay. Everything was clean and as described. Would return again.

Organize an integration meeting with my co-workers at Luis' place, we were all delighted with the house, from its huge gardens, volleyball spaces, soccer and table tennis spaces, the pool with thermal water, the comfortable rooms and the breathtaking views. I definitely recommend it.
