An amazing place to stay with large groups. It has EVERYTHING you need and even more. The gardens are incredible, the common areas are very nice, the kitchen is super equipped, and the privacy between each bedroom and the house is unbeatable.

The house is spectacular. It is located in an exclusive and secure condominium, and also in front of a beautiful beach in Puerto Vallarta. The rooms are spacious and have both air conditioning and a fan. In addition, all of them have their own bathroom in addition to the guest bathroom. And it has a kitchen with all the cooking utensils for the entire group. Something we didn't expect and was a great positive surprise is that they have umbrellas, chairs, sunbeds, and a cooler for the beach, which made it immensely convenient for all of us as a group to spend the day at the beach. There is a supermarket past the main street that makes it easy to buy groceries. Totally recommended this house.

A beautiful house with an incredible view, comfortable beds, everything excellent!

Comfortable house. The pool has hot water. The kitchen has everything you need. A big screen. But on the last day of the stay, the water in the hot tub ran out.

The stay was pleasant. The place is spacious and has the necessary utensils. The service from his team is friendly and always available.

Los Tules is a wonderful resort This home is beautiful and perfect for a family or friends getaway

perfect place to spend a few quiet days

It is a very comfortable, spacious apartment with a beautiful ocean view. The only drawback for us was that I was with an elderly person and there are too many stairs for someone with difficulty walking, but everything was perfect. Maria, who was the one who attended me, was always very attentive to requests! Thank you very much!

We loved our stay at Los Tules. The condo is beautiful -- the views from the patio are amazing and there is a palm tree to provide some shade. We were a group of four couples and were very comfortable. Very convenient to have a grocery store right across the street. The restaurant on site was very nice. The pools were fantastic. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place. Walking in you get greeted by beautiful ocean views. The bedrooms also have beautiful views. Very easy to get around to popular restaurants/ landmarks. Family friendly. Loved how calm and quiet it was, you can hear the ocean sounds at night. The terrace is lovely for mealtime. Lastly, the host was very responsive.

The place was great! We loved how close we were to the pool and how easy it was to get anywhere in PV.

It was a little cloudy, one rainy day, but the other days were very pleasant. We had a great time as a family, the food at the restaurant was very good, a few steps from the sea with a very nice terrace. Very spacious place for many people, there were only 3 of us. Came with a group of 7. Each room was spacious with comfortable beds and each room had a bathroom which was awesome. A lot of walkable places or a quick taxi/Uber to get to where you need to go. AC units in each room were so nice! The area felt safe and welcoming. I would definitely come back with family next time, thank you!

Had a fantastic stay. Right on the beach and a great pool. Rooms were all comfortable and clean. Outdoor living space was amazing. Host was super responsive to messages and very helpful. Close to the airport and a big grocery store right across the street, but there's not a ton to do around the resort. Uber and cabs are all easy and a quick ride almost anywhere. Would love to stay there again.

Great place to stay with a blended family! 4 beds and 5 baths was perfect for us. Living room and outdoor furniture was either cozy or perfect for sunbathing, playing cards, sharing a meal. Kitchen was well stocked. Outlets in the house were a challenge. We had to reset a breaker in one room. Nothing terrible. Keybox outside was difficult to open. Navigating keys was fine once we figured it out. Locked ourselves out of one room at one point. Hosts were quick to respond, pools were perfect temp. But out of the 7 pools, not one umbrella. Those of us that burn easy had to chase the shade from a palm tree. We really did enjoy our stay, we'll be back!

Cannot beat the balcony views! Gorgeous property! A little outdated but fell in love with its mexican charm and decor! Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and prepare meals! Fantastic stay for three nights with a group of 8ppl! The views are absolutely stunning and you cannot beat the proximity to the beach!!! We loved the option of having the patio doors open to create an ‘open air’ feel. At night, it was blissful to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean! We spent more time in the unit than we expected because of how beautiful the balcony views are! We brought our own pickleball set and enjoyed playing each day. The court is beautiful, surrounded by palm trees. (no paddles available in unit) We appreciated the beach chairs and cooler provided and took advantage of it! The only thing to mention is that one room provides only two single beds, with no view (window faces a wall). So two in our group felt like they got the short end of the stick.

Great place to stay with an excellent view and wonderful location

Luis place was great! There where 7 of us and we all had our own place to relax and unwind. The balcony was incredible and it was awesome watching whales in the morning! We had a great stay and can’t wait to go back.

We stayed at Luis & Maria’s condo for a month and from the moment we walked in we counted our good fortune for landing in such a beautiful place. The view is absolutely stunning and the HUGE deck became our “al fresco” living room and dining room for the duration. The condo is tastefully furnished and the kitchen is well equipped so we ended up eating more meals in than out. Our hosts responded immediately whenever we had questions or any maintenance issues (such as replacement of batteries for remote). We had intended to do a lot of exploring during our visit but most days we were happiest to enjoy walking the beach, swimming in one of the 7 pools, playing tennis on the grounds, watching the whales that were so active every morning and night; it is just such a peaceful oasis. Twice a week, Alondra would come to clean and/or assist with anything we needed, and every Friday the sheets & towels were changed. The place is very well managed. We are coming back.

Our group of 9 girls had an amazing time at this property! Each of the spacious bedrooms came with its own private bathroom and air conditioning, which was incredibly convenient, plus there was an extra bathroom as well. The property exceeded our expectations with its own on-site café offering meals, seven stunning pools, and direct access to the beach. It was truly the perfect setup for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. Highly recommend this place!

This is a beautiful home! Great outdoor space, comfortable, cozy bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. It is walking distance to restaurants, shops and the thermal spa (which was my favorite). It was perfect for my large family to spend time and enjoy our travel to our native country of Mexico. Staff was quick to respond, attentive and friendly. Hope to return in the future.

The place is beautiful, the terrace is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable ideal for a good rest. The kitchen although it is small is very well equipped and functional It is very important to clarify that the property is duplex and that several sections of stairs must be climbed which can be a problem for people with reduced mobility The hosts are very attentive to clarify questions and help in all situations; It would be wonderful to think about running the time out a little; 10 am is a challenging time for a big family Taking care of the terraces cushions and furniture is a task to keep in mind in times of rain

The house is very nice and spacious. Nice view. It has everything you need to spend a few pleasant days: area equipment, swimming pool, each room with a bathroom, and a volleyball net. Just prepare your food because there is no platform service (Uber, Rappi, etc.). We had a great time, thank you so much.

The place is just beautiful! The bedrooms are on different levels (2 bedrooms per level) and this provides privacy between guests. We went to my son's wedding and from the first contact Maria responded immediately to all my concerns and questions. We didn't know the area and she helped us by answering all the questions, which were many, and even provided more information than I requested. Thank you very much Maria! The place is extremely clean, thanks Bertha and Gloria, the beds and pillows are comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, the view is beautiful, 4 bedrooms have air conditioning, the perfect place to relax and spend time with the family. The common area has many open spaces where a lovely breeze blows. Despite being 15 people, we were not crowded. The grandmothers stayed on the house level so they didn't have to go up and down the stairs because everything is on that level, living room, kitchen, pool, terrace etc. I wouldn't hesitate to go back!

The place is very nice and very comfortable. Luis gives you the instructions as is to access and when leaving. It is very spacious and has everything to feel at home, everything is in perfect condition. It has a beautiful view. The only detail we had was in the common areas, they were not based on the jacuzzi and the water in the pools is not heated therefore the water was cold.

Luis’s Airbnb and unit was amazing. The location was very convenient to all activities in Puerta Vallarta. The view from the rooms and balcony of the ocean were beautiful. So peaceful. Very clean. I strongly recommend staying here. We will certainly be back.

We truly enjoyed our stay over Christmas at Luis's condo. The condo was perfect for our family. The terrace was where we spent every waking moment. What a view!!!! Thank you so very much Luis and Maria.

My family’s stay at this home was wonderful. The condo is truly one-of-kind. Just as other reviewers have commented - it’s better than the pictures. There were three generations of my family, 10 in all. We had plenty of space. The veranda is a whole living space itself and perfect for games, whale watching and just hanging out. We did a fair amount of cooking and kitchen was well-stocked. The complex itself is beautiful. It appears to be mostly families visiting- NOT a party place, which was perfect. Staff and security were friendly and helpful and the hosts are quick to respond and VERY helpful. Check in and out was simple (despite my group arriving in three waves). I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in PV- it would be a let-down!

beach and pool are only steps away. This is a great choice for a large group to enjoy the beautiful surroundings in PV. We also enjoyed playing tennis during our stay.

A very nice place, with a beautiful view. Excellent hosts who gave clear instructions and were attentive to our questions.

We spent 10 days at Luis's place with our kids and their families (6 adults and 3 kids under 4). The space was perfect, the view was extraordinary and the area was quiet and peaceful, although there is a nightclub nearby that likes to keep the music up. This did not affect our stay but should be noted. You will be too tired after a day on the beach or in the pool(s) or walking the Malecon. There are air conditioners in each room that help to drown out any noise and cool the rooms nicely. The kitchen and living room are a great size and offer lots of seating. The patio is where this unit shines! The view of the ocean and pool are incredible, allowing a view of the Sunset every night. Even though the patio faces south, there is ample shade to escape the day's heat. The bedrooms were spacious, each with their own bathroom. Beds were comfortable but on the firm side. Luis was quick to reply to any issues and the maintenance department at the resort was prompt with our calls. Perfect!!

This place was great as described. My family of 10 including myself enjoyed our stay as if we were at home. Restaurants, night life, convenience stores very close by. We loved that the beach was steps away. The grounds of The building are beautiful. The restaurant on site was great. I would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here......its a beautiful condo right next to the pool & the beach and breathtaking views of the ocean. Pictures didn't do it justice. Kitchen was extremely well stocked, as we cooked a lot of meals in. We loved all the space and furniture on the patio as our large family spent a lot of time out there. Easy access to vendors on the beach (massages, banana boats, jet skis, etc.) and walking distance to supermarket and other shopping. Very peaceful complex and everyone was always nice. Would stay here again for sure! Great communication with the hosts!

Excellent house, impeccable cleanliness, everything you need to spend a few incredible days, a wonderful view, the pool water is delicious, very comfortable, the beds are very comfortable, Betha's kindness supported us a lot since we arrived and Maria was super attentive and supportive since I made the reservation, only that we did not have a car and we had to carry everything completely because as such there are no stores so close and if it is a bit heavy to go out on foot, but everything was wonderful, just like the photos, this is the house.

This was our 2nd stay at Los Tules. Places here can range. This spot though was fantastic. Towards the back, great view of the bay and PV (better than the pics), and right upstairs from one of the many pools. Los Tules is a palm tree oasis, and has a traditional feel. Many guests visiting from GDL, so not many tourists from the US/Canada. Lots of affordable, local food options. Our fav is Cameron Express, about a 15 minute walk from Los Tules. The pool towels are included, just have to provide a deposit. The restaurant on site had okay food (a great chile relleno), and a fantastic 2x1 margaritas (rocks, blended, extra flavors) that were decent. Hosts were great communicators! I highly recommend you give Los Tules a shot, and I definitely recommend this apartment there!

Beautiful with the view is spectacular fences of restaurants and supermarket. When we arrived, everything and everything was very clean as in the photos. This place was incredible! And, somehow, the pictures don’t do it justice. We walked in and gasped at the view and how lovely everything was! The proximity to the beach (a one minute walk) and access to pools puts it over the top. Also, the hosts are incredibly responsive and helpful with anything you need! Shout out to Maria who was extra kind and helpful!

Everything was excellent!! Luis and Maria are amazing hosts and the condo is awesome!! The area is ideal for visiting Puerto Vallarta, close to restaurants, malls, nightlife, and also a supermarket and pharmacies.

We stayed at this beautiful apartment for 5 weeks and enjoyed every second of it! It’s right on the beach and close to the local shops and bus stops! Maria was fantastic at communicating with us and made us feel right at home. Will definitely be back soon!

Help! I just left and want to go back already. This house is so postcard perfect. Located on the 3rd floor without the ability to see next door neighbors, it felt both open and private at the same time. The kitchen and family room opened up to an extremely spacious patio making it the perfect California room… except that you are on the Mexican Rivera with an unbelievable ocean view complete with city lights. Sounds of the ocean waves are the built in soundtrack. No sound machine necessary. Luis and Maria were extremely helpful and responsive before and during the entire trip. They replied very quickly to maintenance requests and gave extremely helpful suggestions. Multiple stores and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. We were able to both cook and eat out whenever we fancied. Thanks for a memorable trip Luis and Maria! Haste la vista.

Great location saw whales everyday, easy access to Malecon and shopping,great beach and pools. However night clubs near by were noisey until 4 am and the complex had many dogs some liked to bark. Outside of these small inconveniences it was a great place and we enjoyed having our family there

A place to spend a few days with the whole family, the house is big so we could live together, grandma, children and grandchildren. The pool is delicious. We went now in winter so the hot water was a delight!

XALLI is a superb apartment where the living is good, both indoors with its comfort and all its amenities, and outdoors with a splendid sea view. The exemplary service provided by MARIA and DANI, who constantly ensure our comfort and well-being, guarantees that we have a good time there with peace of mind. All this is complemented by MECHE, who ensures the proper maintenance of the apartment and the kitchen, in addition to providing us with her many very useful tips. Thank you... We stayed for one month in this condo is Los Tules PV in August. The condo was fabulous - super spacious, great decor and beds and an amazing location right next to the beach and the pool. It is exactly like the pictures. This place really felt like home and we were all in tears when we left. Any small issues or questions were answered and dealt with immediately by Maria. I also worked for most of the time and was able to do online meetings all day with no wifi issues. Los Tules has a nice restaurant on site and a huge mall across the street with a supermarket, ice cream stores, clothing stores, pharmacy, cinema and arcade. The Los Tules complex itself is huge - it is gated and very secure with 24 hour security guards. They have 7 pools - the one right outside the condo is very big and salt water we were in it every day. The vibe of the complex was very relaxed and laid back - not noisy, lots of families. We were able to walk to many local restaurants and cafes and it was a short $4-5 USD taxi ride to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go in PV (or bus/ uber also was easy) including the Malecon and Romantic Zone. The town is beautiful with amazing restaurants and so many things to do with the kids. Very safe walking around with the kids. The kids and my husband also took Spanish classes at The Spanish Language Experience school which they all loved. I would highly recommend the condo and the town and Maria as an excellent host.

This condo met our expectations, a lovely view of the ocean on the terrace, clean place, great location. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. My only complaint were the beds were all very firm. Over all I was pleasantly pleased.
