I had the privilege of staying at Augusto’s condo this past weekend ! The Condo was perfect ! It’s in the middle of all the bars & Clubs. We were less than a 6 min walk to La Vaquita. I would highly recommend and will definitely be rebooking when I’m back in town !

Excellent location; you can get to the tourist area very quickly. The Jacuzzi is excellent for relaxing at the end of the day. Very good service, highly recommended.

Four of us adults were very comfortable in the apartment. The location was exactly what we were looking for, reasonably close to everything and with a nice view.

We had a lovely 4 night stay at Augusto's condo right on the Marina! The condo is spacious and could easily accommodate 2 couples. The outstanding ammenity is the large balcony that overlooks the marina. The interior is nicely decorated with comfortable surroundings, good couch and 2 rocking recliners. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics. There is a filter for drinkable water. We were provided with a few bottles of water and beer in the fridge which was a nice touch. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, but if you don't enjoy a soft mattress that may be an issue. The bathrooms were a nice size and the showers had a rain shower head. The check in was a bit of an issue just being able to find the right place to go. Be aware that there are 2 buildings with "Tesoro" on it and the condo is in the building of "Hotel Tesoro" on Google Maps. You'll need to work to find the condo as it's a bit of a maze with minimal signage. Super helpful and very responsive host though!

I stayed here with two other friends of mine The fact we had our own rooms and nice bathrooms was amazing. The location was great but loud which wasn’t amazing it almost felt like shutting the window didn’t help at all with the noise. The roof section with the pool and hangout area was great for hanging out and we cooked the fish we caught on the barbecue they have up there which was fun. The pool is freezing cold and the hot tub didn’t work for like two days of our 7 day trip. All in all though I thought it was great I would definitely go again.

We only stayed two nights but it's definitely a WOW…!! The view of the marina is beautiful and the place is perfect. The terrace is very large and well laid out.

This was our second stay here and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. It's all about location. You can walk anywhere to eat, shop and get exercise! The marina has had many great updates! I would definitely recommend!!

Absolutely perfect place and location for our recent fishing tournament! Couldn't have been more convenient and the unit itself was spacious and comfortable. The huge patio was a bonus for chilling after a long day at sea! The kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed to whip up 4am breakfast and boat lunches. We didn't hang out in the unit much but could see it would be a fantastic property for those wanting to be in the thick of the action but also able to retreat to the calm and quiet of the condo! Highly recommend.

This place is amazing. It is spacious, has a beautiful view and very comfortable. There are many great restaurants within easy walking distance and lots of shopping options. The beds are large and comfortable, and the bathrooms are very nice.

Great place and location.

He was very helpful on arrival. Friendly. The place was as described. Some people have commented about the air-conditioning, but we thought it was great. But the main reason you come here is the view the view the view. If you like Marinas and watching extensive boat traffic until well after dark, this is the place. And I will applaud the size of the balcony which is huge. And a great big umbrella when you need shade. And my wife appreciated the washer and dryer.

Augusto was a responsive host and checked in on us via messaging to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The rental was clean and well-stocked.

Stayed for 10 days and was so happy. It’s in a great location. Loved watching the marina from the deck. Highly recommend!

We took a little girls' vacation and of course I brought my 12 months old baby. she is always part of our group. everything was so clean and spacey. She crawled everywhere because we had lots of space, which is important for me. The condo had everything we needed. we had room to cook, to hang out, to have some privacy if needed. Also, condo located right at the pier and only 10 min walk to the beach and all the local places to eat like downtown taco place. But of course there were tons of touristy expensive restaurants right outside of the condo. Anything you need was in very close proximity. Tiny advice, if you travel with kids and don't party or go out at night, close everything at night, turn AC on and you won't hear much of the party happening downstairs every night. About the host: Augusto is very responsive with instructions to check in and out. If you need anything, he is only a text away. Superhost indeed! TY

The accommodation is just as seen in the pictures, spacious and beautiful. It's right on the marina with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Augusto was in communication at all times and was very kind! I'll be back

The place was good for our group of 3. Some street noise on one side. Augusto was attentive to some extra supplies needed (plastic cups for by the pool, wine opener)

Even better than the pictures listed. Very spacious and welcoming. In a great location with plenty to do around town.

Our stay was great. Location was perfect and views were amazing. We loved the private patio. The hotel the resort is in is very quite and felt very safe. Absolutely loved the decor in the home. Only complaint is the beds were not very comfortable at all. Overall great stay and would stay again.

Augusto was great and very responsive. We were even able to meet up before check in for a parking pass. The place is centrally located to all the food and amenities in Cabo! I would definitely stay here again!

We stood here for 3 nights & had an excellent stay! We checked in late at night and was super easy. Inside was clean & specious. Up top roof area had a beautiful pool, jacuzzi and view! The leftover aloe vera gel that was there in the cabinets was a life saver for us since we got sun burned. We walked to the Marina at few times and only took 15 min, which was fun for us. Lots of restaurants all around! Wish we had time to make food because the kitchen looked awesome! Only thing I wish they had was more towels in the bathroom for showering & beach towels since there was 5 of us. Other than that we would stay again! Hosts were very helpful!

Great location, walking distance to all the attractions of Cabo San Lucas. Comfortable space and amazing rooftop gym, pool and lounge.

Absolutely amazing facilities on top roof with 350 degree view overlooking the city and mountains. The accommodation itself was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully accommodated. And to counter any extraneous noise from downtown bar bustle, we were provided with earplugs ! But beware that even these earplugs may not help, but all other amenities made up for this one negligible flaw because you need to consider that you would have this issue at any place you stay in city central (and this location was important to us). We enjoy walking the local streets (not driving) and felt safe in the neighborhood, even at night.

Place was spacious and had access to marina with plenty of amenities steps away. Love the place and would definitely stay again.

What a great place! The rental exceeded our expectations. The unit is located central to the marina and downtown Cabo which enabled us to walk wherever we needed to go. Augusto was a great host and promptly answered any questions we had. Arrived to a very clean unit with clear instructions on how everything worked. Would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

Came here with my elderly father and wife for a fishing trip. It’s close to the Marina - Uber is always 1 minute out and $3 ride to most any great restaurants close. Close to downtown and walkable if you are of good health. The pictures in the ads are confusing, it’s a combination of a couple units but over all consistent layouts. The view is from the rooftop, which is amazing place to hang out. The view from the room is of the city and beautiful. Ours was in the 2nd floor so not too high up. It can be loud due to being on a corner and a stop sign at the base of a hill so cars peel out to go up but nothing crazy. The 1st night there was a loud mariachi band outside but we like that music so no issues. But it was LOUD. We would for sure stay here again. Augusto was very attentive to my 10,000 questions. Book it for sure!!

Perfect location. Beautiful condo with all the amenities and gorgeous decor. Communication was great from Augusto.

Partying all night till 5am. Quite hours didn’t exist and the staff was loud talking early morning loud with each other. I was over it.

Location is on the big pro. I’ve stayed at the Tesoro resort (hotel part) before so I knew we’d be close to everything. Pics are accurate. Augusto keeps it nice and clean. Definitely recommend if you need somewhere that is walkable the bars and marina.

Augusto, thank you for providing us with a clean property. Augusto’s property was a great place for my friends and I to stay at while in Cabo. We enjoyed every bit of it, from the amazing rooftop views and hot tub, to our room and accommodations. Also, the front desk receptionist was very kind and attentive. Recommendations: -El Patio: was 2 blocks away from Cardinal Living and serve very delicious breakfast. -Campestre: also very close, delicious food and great service.

Well priced and very conveniently located. Host provided some beer and water which was much appreciated. The deck was a great place to sit out. Note that the apartment is not marina-facing and two of the bedrooms are connected by a sliding door. Finding the entrance, especially at night, is not very easy - try to get there in the day time. Parking is expensive. It was a great stay and I would definitely return!

Accepted my reservation right away and security at the front desk held luggage until check in was available. No complaints

Great value. Pool was great, apartment had plenty of space for 5 people. Kitchen pretty minimal and it can be very noisy from general street noise and other guests. Good location and very walkable.
