Excellent .

First and foremost, I want to say thank you to Kara for allowing us to stay in her beautiful home. The house is gorgeous!! Each room thought out and beautiful from the moment you walk in. The house was fully equipped and more!! Part of our group was from Idaho Boise and has never gone to Penasco and Kara’s house was the cherry on top. Will highly recommended and will be going back.

Casa KaraMia was exactly what our family was looking for for our getaway. The home was beautiful and accommodating to everyone. It was outside of the main city but not too far away. The beach was at a short walking distance as well. Kara was also very responsive when we had questions/ concerns. Highly recommend this home!

Traveled for a family wedding in the same section of Los Conchas. This was a great accodation close by.

It’s been 20 years since we’ve been to Puerto Peñasco, and understandably it’s grown a lot during that time. I looked at a ton of properties in Las Conchas, and kept coming back to this one. We texted Kara that we were going to arrive earlier than we originally planned, and she was able to accommodate us with a slightly earlier check in, which was nice. It fit our family of 9 perfectly. The neighborhood was beautiful, the water was close, and we loved the views. It wasn’t super busy while we were there, so it was relatively quiet, even with lots of UTV’s driving past. We loved having access to the hot tub at night. Propane squeals just a little a bit when it’s being heated, but it’s not super noticeable. Overall a beautiful home and we’d definitely recommend it!

Great place for a great time.

Outstanding property, great communication would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in a more private and less crowded area. Must have a vehicle to really be able to get around but otherwise outstanding.

Casa Kara Mia was great. We enjoyed the ample space and fully stocked space. Neighbor was quite and felt safe, beach access was near and short drive to malencon and restaurants.

We have stayed in several homes in the Las Conchas area of Puerto Peñasco. Our party consisted of four adults and three children. Everyone loved the house. Kara’s home was at another level on every level. It felt so upscale yet very laid back. The attention to detail on interior and exterior decoration was amazing yet so comfortable. The amenities from kitchen, to inside and outside living were more than we needed. The access to the beach was literally across the street and what a beautiful sandy beach it was. We have stayed in at least 8 different homes in Las Conchas and this one was on a different level of cleanliness, functionality, comfort, luxury yet still child friendly. The beds were so comfortable, the outside space was so relaxing, the host, Kara, was so responsive. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to rent in Las Conchas area of Puerto Peñasco.

A+ experience all around. Casa Karamia is very near to the beach, not necessarily backed up to the ocean, but very close. Our group cooked a lot and found the kitchen was well stocked and the grill is in great condition. We plan to come back for sure!

We absolutely loved this home, very clean and had everything needed in the kitchen. This home looks better then the photos and beyond beautiful in-person, gorgeous decor. We had an issue the first night with the entire street's electricity going out water, including water. Kara was very responsive and helpful, ensured we were notified of any updates and the on call maintenance gentle man was very helpful as well. He came over to notify us of current ETA and offered to assist us with bringing us food or water, if needed. Thankfully, it was taken care of later that morning and we were able to enjoy the rest of our trip. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant trip, my family and I enjoyed our time at the Casa KaraMia! Definitely will be booking again!

Loved our stay at the house. It is beautifully done. Our host was very quick to respond. Every area in the house was immaculate. A/C and plumbing pressure was good. We've stayed in Los Conchas many times over the years and this one is def on my list of fav houses! The other 2 couples we went up with were very happy with it as well. Thanks again for a wonderful stay! The flow/vibe in this house is on point.

Spectacular location, beautiful house, spick and span.

The house in reality is much larger and more beautiful than what is seen in the pictures, very clean and beautifully decorated. We were 3 families with children and had a good time. The house is a 2 minute walk from the beach, just walk between houses. The house is equipped with everything you need for a short or long visit, the kitchen has all the appliances you can think of and all the equipment needed for cooking. Every request we had was dealt with immediately and the communication with the landlady was wonderful. Thanks also to the service people who were very pleasant and nice. I highly recommend the place and will definitely return there on our next visit.

Beautiful space. Perfect for 2-3 couples with kids. We went with all adults and The bunk bed situation is very small for us full grown folk; doable but very close quarters. The indoor outdoor spaces are really fluid and we left the doors/windows open instead of using the AC and the cross breeze was great. Don’t forget to stop at the store on the way in, and “town” is about 15-20 mins away. Water and ice need to be bottled/store bought. The sink water is not drinkable. (or be ahead of the game and prearrange to have a cook come to the house.) Would rec a 4x4 capable vehicle, although not required to access the property which is on the “main” road. Actually that may be the only bummer about the location, it’s at the stop sign on the main road so there was a moderate amount of traffic. But the privacy wall was helpful and I really did love the house itself.

Absolutely loved this location. Little bit of a ways from center of town, but in my opinion it was much preferred for the silence / uncluttered views! Beds were VERY comfortable and would love to get the same sheets that are being used at home haha 10/10 would stay again

This is an incredible beach rental! The house is even nicer than the pictures and is in immaculate shape. I highly reccomend renting the beach activity room as well, it did not disappoint.

We absolutely loved this place. We went with a few other couples and children and there was plenty of space. It was a quick walk from the beach and the outside shower was beyond helpful. The decor and cleanliness of the place made us feel at home. We were able to communicate with our host promptly and all matters were attended to the same. We will plan to stay here again in the future and would recommend it to our friends.

The house is beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. Everything was perfect and the best thing was the temperature the house was always in. The a/c works perfectly and after days in the sun, it is what we needed. We had a great experience. Kara was very responsive.

Absolutely gorgeous home! The pictures simply do not do justice, from the views to the amazing tile work throughout the home! The location is a 3 minute walk to the beach or a 12 minute cab to downtown! Will without a doubt stay again!

This location was definitely as advertised. we had a little snag with the address sending us to a different location but the hosts were very attentive in making sure we had the correct location with specific details. We loved that it was so quiet and close to the beach you could go to the upper deck and just hear the ocean waves. Definitely bring water shoes if your intend on getting in the water. Also, you might consider bringing your own food to cook at the house. Overall, it was a great place to stay that accommodated our bigger group well.

The title of this place says it all. It is clean, bright, open and very inviting. As soon as you step into the house, you feel right at home. The patios were an awesome selling point as we found sitting outside enjoying cocktails the best part. I would stay here again for sure.

Everything was great. Kitchen fully stocked and the additional room of amenities has everything you would need for the beach. Really enjoyed our stay!

The place was exceptionally clean, modern, stylish and had everything we needed to feel at home. In a great location, close the beach. Kara was a wonderful host! She is kind, very accommodating and helpful. My family and I had a wonderful time! Would definitely stay here again!

Such a beautiful house and so close to the beach!! My family and I fit comfortably with plenty space to go around. The kayaks and beach toys were also an awesome amenity to have, which really kept us entertained. We cannot wait to come back to this house and enjoy everything all over again.

Beautiful home, especially if you like aesthetics, this home is that and more. Way more updated than other beach homes we’ve stayed at and the comfort of the beds are THE BEST PART. The house is very clean as well, making you feel better about vacationing during these “crazy times.” The amenities they offer are essential and the home originally comes with everything you would need. Definitely recommend this home.

Casa KaraMia was by far one of the best houses that we’ve stayed in during our many visits to Rocky Point. From the moment we entered the house we felt a calming and relaxing energy. The house was as described; spacious, super clean and with many amenities. We would highly recommend renting the beach essentials. The beach was sandy and a stones throw away from the house, with easy access. Kara was a great host and was very responsive with any questions or concerns that we had. We will definitely be back to Casa KaraMia again in the future!

Casa Kara Mia was better than expected. A big home, clean, and beautifully decorated. 2 families with 9 total people and it was more than enough space. 2 seperate balconies on the 2nd floor and a roof top balcony that was wonderful for catching sunsets. The walk to the beach was short, and the lock out area with all of the beach necessities was really convenient. Kara was very easy to get a hold of and checked in on us to make sure we were doing ok. Really loved every minute and was sad to leave. The beach was amazing also! Not a lot of people and LOTS of shells! We will be a repeat renter.

Thanks for a comfortable and homey place to stay during our service Christmas in Mexico. It was nice to come home to after days of hard work building homes.

Fantastic home, close walk to beach. Everything was as described, and better than the pictures. Feels very comfortable and homey, and the decor is well done. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking and the quality of the bedding is incredible. We had a great stay, highly recommend!

The house is phenomenal! Super clean, nice decor, great wifi, all the comforts of home and a well stocked kitchen for cooking large meals. The separate living rooms were great for the kids and the adults. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio with ocean views and a cool breeze. Off the beaten path, a short drive from town but right across the street from the beach. It was great to be so close to the house when we were at the beach.

The value would have been a 5 but the AC BROKE DOWN on us on a Saturday night in the middle of July! Downstairs was super muggy! But our host sent someone who was there after an hour....my husband decided stay behind to wait while it was fixed...The plan was to meet us after but it took the repairman a couple hours to get it fixed. Other than that the view & the house it says was beautiful and spacious!

The place was much better than expected!! I have NOTHING to complain about. The pictures Kara posted, don't do any justice. The house was beautiful, with an amazing view and great vibes. Kara's house had everything we needed and was super clean. In case of any assistance, she responded quickly, which we appreciated a lot. Very short walk to the beach, literally just a house away. Kara’s home was perfect for a weekend getaway with a group of friends. The house was beautiful and spacious and very close to the beach. They also offered a lot of beach equipment which was amazing. Wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Exactly how the description says, it’s not your average/crappy rental. Such a beautiful, clean home. It has everything you need!!! The home may not be directly in front of the beach, but it’s only a minute walk. We recommend getting the playa time package, it has everything you need for the beach! No need to bring your own.
