Great spot at the end of the road. The ocean is directly on your door step, as well as beautiful sunsets. Has everything you need for a stay by the beach.

Incredible location right on the beach with a very nice deep pool. The caretaker Jacob was very attentive and helped us rent surf boards and go fishing. Very few amenities nearby so be prepared to bring all your food and supplies with you.

Location of the house is great! The kitchen was super equipped! Everything else was also available in the house! Great pool. The cleanliness in the house could have been a little better.

The location is perfect! We loved the surroundings. The building needs maintenance and the cleanliness is not great. There is definitely investment to be made. All in all, we would come back without hesitation! Thank you Randy!

Amazing location, the photos don't do it justice. We felt at home. It has everything to make you comfortable and cook whatever you want. The hammocks with that view, the best of all to relax.

Randy's house has a very nice location, with a really magnificent view. On the other hand, we were disappointed by the cleanliness of the accommodation, which unfortunately did not meet our expectations.

We had a very nice weekend at Randy and Sarah's house. The house itself is beautiful and comfortable, they provided us with services that made our stay much easier, as well as TV, books and board games for entertainment. Jacob was super friendly and helpful. But the pool and beach access were the cherry on top! It was a beautiful experience. We really hope to come back soon!

Randy’s place was everything we needed for our short getaway. We loved his home so much that we wish we could buy it! We will definitely be back in the future, thank you for the amazing stay! The views and home were even better than described and pictured!

We booked Randy’s house very last minute. He was quick to respond and what a treat it was to stay there. We have never stayed so close to the sea! The house is literally on the beach. You can flop out of bed, into the pool and on to the beach. Jacob (caretaker) and his wife are on site. They can give you tips about things but don’t interfere. I would really recommend transport here. We didn’t have any and things are pretty spread out. We ended up hiring motor bikes and putting out kids on the back. Best to get supplies from Chinendega to cook but can buy fresh fish. Didn’t want to leave. Perfect place to just stop

We were already in Randy's house the second time. Our favorite place in all Aposentillo! Opposite the wave, cute pool and garden is perfect for kids. Place to be for all surfers!
