The house is exceptional, lots of places to sleep, pool area is a dream, clean, comfortable house, area is quiet and private.

This property was far from perfect. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying with a big group. The house is really spacious and has plenty of room to sleep in. It was spotless clean and located in a beautiful private residence. Alberto was an amazing host, always responding quickly and attentive of our needs. My favorite part about the house has to be the the huge dining table, perfect for a big family or friends dinner. Overall our stay was amazing and would highly recommend it to anyone trying to enjoy a nice and relaxing vacation.

The house was excellent, super spacious and comfortable, the pool is definitely a plus for those times when we couldn't go to the beach. Alberto is a super attentive person, he was always in constant communication and very accessible. The house is big, beautiful & in a perfect location. Rooms are very spacious. More then enough space for 11 adults, 4 kids and 3 toddlers. A total of 4 families. The pool is perfect for the kiddos, not too deep. The shower outside was great to rinse off all the sand after coming home from the beach. The kitchen has a lot of space to cook and cabinets to store food, snacks, drinks, etc. Host got us a toaster so the kids could toast their waffles in the mornings! We went during 4th of July weekend and it was really hot and humid but the AC units worked great! Every room has its own to control the temperature. Check in was a little rough but overall we had a great stay and our host was very sweet & attentive. He helped us get the yatch rental at a decent price. Thank you Alberto for making our annual family vacation a success in San Carlos! We will be back!

Very clean and spacious house in a quiet neighborhood, the home had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. It was very close to the beach and local shops. Would definitely recommend. The host was very attentive as well.

Each excellent to go with family or friends, quite spacious with sufficient bathrooms which makes the stay very comfortable... The spaces are very well distributed, in general 100% recommended both in location, price and what it offers.
