This is my second time here, I loved the place, Karla and Micaela was very friendly and they were able to make us very comfortable with their cleaning work and information. For sure in the near future I will return.

What a special seven days at this beautiful home in Antigua! The location is close enough to walk to so many places but also not on the main road so it feels more quiet. Felt very safe behind the gate, with the guards. The courtyard is lovely! My kids adored the pool and the hot tub and we used it daily! Meilly, the new-ish property manager is fantastic! She is so helpful and knowledgeable. Karla is a dream!! She cooked several dinners and breakfasts for us — all were thoughtful and delicious. Also, one of my daughters turned five while we were there and she made decorations and she and Meilly helped me secure a birthday cake, balloons and all the special touches. We felt so loved and cared for during our stay. And the house itself is enormous! We had room to spare, being a family of six. Would definitely recommend and hope to return one day

Fantastic stay!

Our stay at Casa Quince was just what our family needed. The pool was great for our 4 kids to swim every day after walking around Antigua or taking a day trip. We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is gorgeous, very safe, and has scenic volcano views in the background. It’s just a ten-minute walk to the central park, with restaurants, shops, and markets all within a few blocks. The pool and hot tub was a highlight for our family (especially the kids!), and the house itself is beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and responsive. We hired Mayda as our cook for the duration of our stay and highly recommend her—she made delicious, varied breakfasts every morning. We stayed for three weeks and always felt safe, even walking home at night, thanks to the secure neighborhood and attentive gate guards. The beds were much firmer than we’re used to (which is common in Guatemala), but a slight upgrade there could make an already great stay even better. We'll be back!

Pros: huge house. great customer service. Location felt very safe Cons: one of the houses was much darker than in the pictures with not much natural light but hosts were very responsive getting us to another one Keep in mind you have to walk about 10 mins to really get to the city center.

We spent a delightful week at this lovely townhome. Arriving late at night in Antigua, we so appreciated the breakfast welcome basket of banana bread, marmalade, coffee and flor de Jamaica juice. The house is beautifully furnished and spacious with plenty of room for the 7 of us to spread out. Located in a gated community a couple of blocks from the hustle and bustle of Antigua’s busy streets, the home’s setting is strikingly tranquil – and perfect for sleeping. Our family loved the solar heated swimming pool surrounded by bougainvillea and hanging ferns. Philippa and Flor, the host and the manager, were so responsive and helpful. Flor shared some excellent restaurant recommendations with us. The guidebook to the house (and Antigua) was the best I’ve ever seen at an Airbnb. And the housekeepers Mikaela and Karla were so welcoming. We can’t wait to return!

We had five people in three bedrooms, and the location was great, with a large living room and kitchen. The view from the upstairs patio of the volcano was picturesque, and we were close to Hector's Bistro, Hotel Camino Real rooftop for drinks and appetizers. The location was walking distance to town and we racked up 14,000-15,000 steps daily. We really enjoyed Antigua, especially because of our access to the Semana Santa activities and processions which even came by our home. Philippa was very responsive and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I can’t say enough about our stay in this home. Quiet, secure gated location in a very walkable town. We loved the large bedrooms, three with en suite bathrooms. The grounds and pool are meticulously maintained and the staff attentive and friendly. Well appointed kitchen and much appreciated washer and dryer. Antigua has everything we needed: an excellent Spanish school, lots of travel agencies, excellent restaurants and a great cooking school. We are already planning our next stay.

There were only three of us, and it felt like we were living in a majestic castle! It would be the perfect place for a large group. Philippa's place was fabulous in every way. After my last stay in Antigua many years ago, I was prepared for lots of street noise. Instead, the home was entirely quiet and tranquil. The hardworking staff was fun to chat with, and we requested Myda to cook breakfasts for us so we didn't have to wait for our groggy teenager to wake up. The hot tub was delightful and surrounded by gorgeous flowers. The location of the townhome is central to Antigua. I had worried that it was out of the way, but it's right off one of the main streets of the city. There are a variety of restaurants close, and there is a grocery store (La Bodegona) close as well. We paid a daily fee to go the Antigua Gym most days and loved it. I have already recommended Philippa's home to many people and hope to visit again.

This was hands-down one of the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. The house stayed nice and cool even during the hot afternoons. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. Philippa and Flor the manager had excellent recommendations. Every restaurant we ate at that they recommended was fantastic. The housekeeper came every day which was a lovely bonus. The house was close enough to everything that we could walk pretty much anywhere in town, but just set apart enough that we didn’t hear much traffic at all. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I was in Antigua for my cousin's wedding and my parents arrived before I did, so there was some concern with check-in. However, Gloria and Flor were amazing hosts and helped guide and meet them when they arrived. The unit is huge and for the 3 of us was extremely comfortable. The small pool/jacuzzi was always beautiful to look at and the area is incredibly quiet. The security for the private neighborhood was excellent and the cleaning staff made our stay very comfortable. We had an issue with the water pump on one of our final days, but it was resolved quickly and effectively within a reasonable amount that we were grateful for. I would highly recommend this location to anyone tryin to stay within walking distance to the downtown area and hoping for some privacy and a great view in the mornings. I look forward to coming back in the future myself!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was so clean & homey… definitely a home away from home. Few minutes walk to main attractions. The WiFi was excellent throughout the whole house. We also enjoyed the pool & jacuzzi. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We hope to come back again.

Flor’s place was so amazing. It was my moms first time coming to Antigua and her home was the best introduction! The communication with Flor was perfect ☺️ the two women who came in daily to clean were very friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful space and if you can choose which of the four home I’d recommend casa Santa Cruz as that’s where we stayed and loved it. So much room and walkable distance to most things.

We loved this home! The location is perfect and it’s absolutely beautiful. Also, it had a surprise extra bedroom! The pool and hot tub are lovely and the pool is heated so my kids played in it for hours. A visit highlight was having Malay (not sure I spelled that right) cook for us on two occasions. The food was magnificent and it was such a treat. Highly recommend!

I would recommend this place

Everything about our stay was WONDERFUL! From opening up the first door into the magical pool area, to the beautiful house itself. It was all incredible! Flor was so attentive to things from water, to coordinating food, shuttles and boat rides to massages. All of her crew were amazing. You should absolutely choose to have the women there cook for you. That was one of my favorite moments. Our first morning waking up to two lovely women making breakfast for our crew of 8. I cannot say enough about Flor’s attentiveness and helpfulness. The place is stunning and the crew there is even more wonderful. It’s also perfect in location from Central Park. We loved our morning walks there. Flor has all the info you need and all the helping hands to make your time in Antigua magical.

What a magical place to stay in Antigua. The location is very peaceful and quiet, set in a gated community. It is a short walk (10-15 min max) to most areas of interest and restaurants. A very short Uber ride is another option. The place itself is very spacious, well laid out and comfortable. All bedrooms are en suite which made it very easy for all guests. The beautiful patio off the living rooms/ downstairs bedroom was a favorite place to quietly read or work. The pool was a big hit with the kids and was nice to sit around too. The team that works with the property management company was incredibly kind and helpful too. Highly recommend for a stay in Antigua!

Flor was an outstanding host. Not only organised our day trip to Lake Atitlan, but was also able to arrange a last minute babysitter. The house is spacious and location is great within Antigua, close to good restaurants and coffee shops. It’s in a gated condo so no traffic on your sidewalk. The house staff were super nice and always available, Flor can also arrange someone to shop and prepare your meals while in Antigua for a fair price. The Heated jacuzzi was a plus. We had a fabulous time in Antigua. Thank you.

This spacious home was ideal for our family group of 8 (one couple with a child in the same room, two moms with one child in two other rooms, and one single in their own room). The housekeepers came every day except Sunday, so we could use our time on fun and not cleaning. They were friendly and did exactly as we asked. The handyman, Magno, was also extremely attentive and helpful with any needs we had. The hot water was not working when we arrived, and the bedding was not set up quite as expected, but we messaged about this and within minutes the owner was there sorting us out, and by the 1st morning everything was as expected and running smoothly. Having the pool and hot-tub was super for the kids as it gave them a good outlet from the bustle of the town as they can only handle so much "walking around" and "looking at things". It was not right on the street, so it was quiet and less smoggy. We would highly recommend this property and return again as a group!

Our stay at Casa Santa Cruz was nothing short of amazing. It was equipped with everything we could’ve needed for our trip, including drinking water to get us through the first few days. The cleanliness was top notch, easy to access, it really felt like home after long days of traveling through all of Guatemala. The location was very safe and private, but also about a 10 minute walk into all the hustle and bustle of Antigua. The host was always responsive and attentive; as well as the house staff in case of any last minute needs, which we definitely had tons of. I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay! We had several other family members staying at different airbnbs throughout Antigua, and this one was the top 1 amongst everyone. If you’re on the fence, don’t be, just book it you won’t regret it!

A spacious house, a little warm but excellent location

Flor's house is large and lovely and maintained very well. There was delicious banana bread there for our arrival and juice in the fridge. It is very quiet and relaxing with the pool and hot tub. Although it is not far from town, perhaps 4-5 blocks, they are long blocks, so be prepared to do some walking. The streets and sidewalks are seriously cobblestoned and best traversed in good walking shoes. Given that, Antigua is charming.

We had a wonderful stay at Philippa and Flor’s place. The home was absolutely stunning, extremely spacious, clean and well-appointed. The location was great - easy to walk anywhere, and the security guards made us feel safe at all times. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful bonus! Philippa and Flor were outstanding hosts and were incredibly responsive. Can’t say enough great things about this gorgeous place. We can’t wait to come back!

The casa is lovely. Very quiet location (except for the church bombs/bombas) coming from a church nearby. There are security guards at the entrance so you feel secure all day and all night, and the outdoor hot tub is amazing. The pool is a bit to cold for Antigua - it’s not heated. Everything you could possibly need is inside, and the welcome gift of teas/coffee and homemade banana bread was amazing for us after a very long flight. It’s also great to be able to do your laundry onsite and the house is pet-friendly too. The staff are all lovely and we ended up extending our stay. Recommended.

This place looks like paradise. Every single rooms has a special detail that makes ever corner unique. The pool area it’s gorgeous. You will have a nice view of the volcano from the pool. This is one of the most beautiful houses I’ve been at.

We loved our time at this place in Antigua. We stayed there for a month with our family of 5. The pool is shared between 4 other units, but we never had any issues with that and actually made some friends that we expect to stay in contact with from the other homes. These places are BIG and roomy. Only two real negatives which I've already pointed out to Flor, so they might be resolved before others get there: 1) the main floor doesn't have any screens...so we found we couldn't leave the windows/doors open as much as we would have liked to because of bugs. 2) The beds are HARD, the smaller beds seemed hard, but fine, but the big bed in the master had some springs popping through...we ended up buying a mattress topper after a week for the main bed so we could sleep. Again though...Flor may be resolving those things already. Other thoughts... Everything is very walkable from here, but you aren't in the center of town. Being on the edge of town was perfect for us. We could walk to almost everywhere we wanted to, but we were away from the super touristy middle of town (the further away from the center you get, the less you get hassled by people trying to sell you things and the less expensive stores and restaurants get). Uber and Tuk Tuks are super cheap in town. The only time we needed transportation was doing things outside of town. For our family, it made the most sense to hire a driver, but for a couple, you can also just rent small cars in town. We had Mayda cook for us a couple times a week which is highly recommended. Each of the units are slightly different, we really liked ours, but one of the other ones had a balcony that we would have loved to have access to (for instance). Just make sure the one you get meets your needs...but they are all nice. We considered staying other places that were a few hundred dollars less (generally a little further from the center of town)...and we're glad we just chose to go with this one. Should we go back to Antigua again (highly likely), we will almost certainly stay here again.

My girlfriend and I stayed for a month. This place was beautiful and very cozy. We loved the jacuzzi, fireplace, spacious living room, and especially the terrace with beautiful flowers and view of the volcano. The location is very convenient — just a five minute walk to the city center. Flor and the staff were always responsive and helpful. They even brought a printer to the house on short notice when we needed to print travel documents. Highly recommended.

If you are still on the fence about booking, don't wait and hit reserve! Our stay was great and everyone working there has been absolutely wonderful - starting with Flor who was quick to respond to any questions and gave us detailed instructions prior to check-in. Mika the housekeeper was great, she almost felt like part of the family by the end of our stay. Magno was always checking in to see if we needed anything and ready to help. I also highly recommend the cook Mayda, anything she made for us was delicious and we still had leftovers for another day. The house itself was spacious and the owner even told us to let her know if anything was missing and she would get it for us. As previous reviews mentioned, the mattresses are a bit hard but that's everywhere you go in Guatemala. During our stay she actually purchased softer mattress toppers for anyone that needed them. The views from the balcony were stunning, nothing better than enjoying a morning cup of coffee and looking at the volcano. We really enjoyed our stay there and would book again anytime!

My husband, two-year old daughter and I stayed at Casa Santa Cruz for a month and truly didn't want to leave. It is such a magical house. From the moment you step through the front doors you are greeted by such a special place that truly reflects the unique architecture of Antigua. We loved watching Volcan Agua from the terrace every morning and swimming in the wonderful pool and warming up in the hot tub on chilly evenings. This is such a special place and I cannot recommend it enough!

Very lundo place very quiet

House beautiful, just as described. Loved the welcome present they gave us and the host was just amazing!! If you are looking to party, this is not the house for you. You can drink inside and have music at a low level, but not party. Security guard also let us know to not make a lot of noise as one of the tenants next door had complained about other guests. We had no issues though and we stayed up late and there was even an argument. If you are looking for a family friendly home to relax, this is it. Dont think twice!

Flor was excellent at communication and was super easy to reach during our stay. The apartment is in a gated area and we felt safe during our entire stay as a group of girls traveling together.

Flor and the staff that manage the property were super responsive and helpful. They provided lots of great information and details leading up to my stay. I especially liked that the home was super clean. The home is centrally located and we could walk to many restaurants, el arco, el parque, and the grocery store. Flor even assisted me with arranging a driver to pick us up from the airport. I would definitely stay here in again.

Beautiful and comfortable home close to the center of Antigua! Flor communicated every possible detail for our stay and then some. We requested a cook to make breakfast for 8 people each morning of our stay and Doña Mayda was punctual, super friendly and each meal was absolutely delicious. The location is super safe, and the touches of fresh flowers and welcome basket made us feel at home. In the area I also recommend checking out Hobbitenango and los Jardines de Provenza (lavender fields). For delicious coffee with a beautiful view check out Bella Vista Cafe. We will definitely book here again!

This house felt like a fairy tale! It could not have been more idyllic. Flor came to say hello and check on us the first day to make sure everything was all right. The house is in a gated community that is one block away from the main road. This results in it being extremely conveniently located yet quiet and tranquil. They thought of everything you would need but couldn’t pack, including umbrellas for the rain and sanitizer for any market fruits/veggies. The guards of the neighborhood were very nice and helpful and I felt completely safe and welcome. I would highly recommend this house to ANYONE. Amazing!

Flor’s place was amazing, we felt like royalty! The complex feels very safe and has a beautiful entry way. The rooms are very clean and the cleaning staff does a great job. The pool is great and everything was as expected according to the photos. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a stunning villa with a pool shared by 4 other rentals. A 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Flor the caretaker is super helpful.

Very good service from the maids . Cute complex, my only suggestion would be to have a TV in the bedrooms and a large one in the family room. There is only one small one in the house.

This place was awesome! Could safely walk to town in about 10 minutes (even at night we felt totally safe). House was perfectly clean and had everything we needed (even makeup remover). Beds were comfy. The only thing that could have been improved was privacy/noise of the bedroom above the livingroom. Looks like there's only a thin soundboard between the two so sound travels a lot.
