Patricio's place is amazing. We had a very nice time with the family. Highly recommended for families who want to be in a quiet and beautiful place. The additional cost of the boiler to heat the pool is super worth it. The water temperature was ideal the whole time.

Patricio’s place in Tepoztlan is a gorgeous villa and a great spot for a group holiday. Patricio was super responsive and helpful with his communication which made things really easy. The landscapes around the home are amazing and add to the stay and there are some good restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk although the main town is a bit longer 20-30 minutes (although taxis are easy to organise).

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. It has everything you need and is very clean. The garden and pool are like a paradise.

Great stay, highly recommend! The place was very clean — towels, blankets, and bed linens were all freshly washed. Everything you need is there: a full set of dishes, cookware, and appliances. The host personally takes care of the pool (available for an extra fee), which was very convenient. Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay. We had 6 adults and the space was perfect, allowing each person their own individual space as well as plenty of room to hang out together. The host was extremely responsive and was flexible when we ran into major delays. We loved hanging out in and around the pool. There is a decent walk into town, but we always enjoyed the walk when we had time or used the local cab service to quickly get a ride. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay there again.

It's a beautiful house, lots of rooms. The kitchen is beautiful, it has everything you need. The view of the pool is unbeatable. I also thought it was very close to downtown. We went to a wedding in Rincon Meztitla and it was super close. Very friendly and everything was perfect, thank you!

The house is spectacular as shown in the pictures. They have all the amenities for a weekend with family and friends. The garden and pool are the best part of the house to enjoy and disconnect. The kitchen is fully equipped. We do the shopping, but as for kitchen utensils, you have everything. Beds, bathrooms, towels, everything was spotless and clean. We definitely want to come back as soon as we get the chance. Patricio is always friendly and responds quickly. I 100% recommend staying at this house.

Absolutely amazing stay! The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, the host is incredibly attentive, and the home is spotlessly clean. The gorgeous, ornate furniture adds so much character, and the lush gardens, complete with avocado trees and a herb garden were are an absolute dream. Waking up to the stunning mountain views in such a safe, peaceful, and quiet setting was unforgettable. We truly did not want to leave! We will be back.

The house is much nicer than what you can see in the photos, the garden with fruit trees is a plus, the view is spectacular, Patrick is always attentive to everything at any time, and the desserts from the neighbor, the Mozart coffee, are the best in Tepoztlán, the road is complicated but worth it, the location is good because of the silence of the place, and close enough to the center to walk, have a good walk and a little exercise! I definitely highly recommend this place, however if you don't like cats, it's something to consider.

This is a beautiful house on the edges of tepotzlan. Spacious, clean with lovely communal spaces and a fabulous garden. Highly recommended.

Patricio is the consummate host. His property was visually stunning, comfortable and well appointed. Patricio's communication was top notch, directions to his property were perfect and easy to find. The property itself felt like an escape-exactly what we needed after the busy last few months. It was beautiful, had every possible appliance and thoughtful touch, from extra blankets, to space heaters, to sufficient silverware and plate settings-all was there! Patricio was an accommodating, kind and easy host who was most welcoming to our family. We were grateful for the opportunity to stay here, we appreciated Patricio's hospitality, and we mentioned time and again that we would like to return with other guests in the near future because the property was so perfect, comfortable and welcoming. We had an amazing stay in this beautiful home. Patricio was easy to communicate and made sure our stay was perfect. The home and grounds were beautiful, the weather was perfect and we loved the fruit trees.

We loved Patricio's house! We found it even more beautiful than what you see in the photos. The decoration of the living room, the patio full of fruit trees, the rosemary plants and a beautiful view. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare the delicacies you want, such as smoothies, coffee, squeezing oranges and we liked that it had a water filter so you don't have to buy water. Everything is super clean, the water in the showers is very warm. They welcomed us warmly upon arrival and said goodbye to us when we left. Very nice people, always available for any questions. The internet in the area failed on those days, so we had to be quite disconnected, which was a good excuse not to work. We walked around the neighborhood every day, the people were very friendly and we always felt safe. Tepoztlán is beautiful and the food is delicious. 100% recommended and we would return many more times. Thank you! 🙏🏼

This was probably the most special property I've ever stayed at via airbnb. The photos don't quite capture just how spectacular the view of the mountains is. Stayed with a group of old friends and was my first time in Tepoz. Would highly recommend this spot. Very accommodating & responsive host.

The house is very nice and comfortable, the view of the Tepozteco is spectacular. Everything was very clean, we were very comfortable. Patricio was always attentive to our requests and very kind. We'll definitely be back in the future!

Beautiful home and very responsive host. The location is very peaceful, we enjoyed spending evenings outside and listening to the birds in the morning. Each bedroom has powerful fans to keep them cool. The house is spotlessly clean. There aren't any games or pool toys available so bring your own entertainment if you plan to spend a lot of time at the house. Follow the hosts directions for arrival, it can be a little tricky to find the first time you arrive. Really appreciated staying in this beautiful home!

Spectacular! The house is a gem, with a breathtaking view of the Tepozteco. We went for the weekend for my brother's wedding and we couldn't have picked a better place. Patricio was super flexible with the people who came to help us get ready and take photos, which made all the difference. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos, it feels like a real home. Maribel was also always attentive to anything we needed. It's important to know that there's little cell phone signal and that, when it rains, the power can go out throughout the village. But honestly, that only added to the experience, it's the perfect place to disconnect and really enjoy yourself. We had an amazing time and would return 1000% without thinking. Thank you so much for everything!

Patricio’s Airbnb is a true gem in Tepoztlán. The house beautifully blends modern comfort with local aesthetics—earthy tones, rich textures, and a tranquil design. Each room is independent with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy. Two stunning living rooms offer great spaces to unwind, while the lush garden and pool, overlooking the valley, are simply breathtaking. A perfect retreat for relaxation or inspiration. Tips: Bring Mexican Pesos, as most shops don’t take cards—though restaurants and taxis often do (ask first!). If needed for a card-friendly store, visit Abarrotes Tenochtitlán, 700m away (Tenochtitlán St., near Quintal La Herradura Hotel). If using taxis, save the driver’s number for convenience.

Patricio's home is just excellent in every way, a palace of comfort and peace actually, and all of our communication with him were friendly and generous. This is a very unique home on a quiet backstreet within walking distance of town and many fine restaurants. The house is well cared for, stocked and maintained, roomy and beautiful , with comfortable beds and furniture, art and architecture. The pool is cleaned and cared for meticulously on a daily basis. DO pay the optional fee to have it heated. It was a spectacular centerpiece to our stay there. The yard is like a private park, completely private and beautiful with an entertaining parade of neighbor cats cycling through. The magnificent mountains that ring the valley are literally in the backyard providing a very inspiring setting. We felt privileged to stay here in this oasis of calm and plenty.

This place is incredible. It’s big, clean and we felt right at home. I would definitely stay here again.

They were incredibly responsive, the home is bigger than we thought, and the views are stunning! We were just far enough away from the center to appreciate quiet, but was within walking distance to the center and other lovely restaurants! Excellent attention and pleasant experience

This house looks just like the pictures. It is very spacious, has beautiful garden and everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The pool was warm when we got there, as we had asked to use it for the time we would be there. We used the grill to cook the first day. There is a beautiful view of the mountains and overall, it is a very nice get away. We walked to downtown Tepoztlán, it was easy to get there (it is approximately a 25 min walk). The main bedroom and the little bungalow on the side of the pool are great. Patricio was responsive and helpful.

The house exceeded my expectations! I was visiting Tepoztlán with a group of girlfriends for the weekend. We were all very impressed with the beautiful surroundings, lush greenery and the rugged cliffs in the background. The kitchen was fully equipped, the pool was refreshing and the details in the decor were perfect. I would love to come back and stay again soon!

Excellent experience staying in the house, it is in very good condition and has all the facilities to make your place pleasant. The only point not so favorable are the streets to get to the house, they are in very bad condition, if you take a car not very high it is a problem due to the bumps and the lack of maintenance, that limits the being able to go out to the center to buy something. That evidently is not responsible for the owner of the house but if they could pressure the municipality so that they can attend to this problem. Otherwise there was no problem, the house and the amenities that you meet what you expect, thank you very much to Maribel and Patricio!

Beautiful place to stay in Tepoztlan! A bit far to walk into town in the evenings, but we had no trouble calling taxis. The pool was incredible and we had so much fun. We can’t wait to come back!!

What a stunningly beautiful home with a peaceful jungle oasis of a backyard. There is also a nice pool. The temps were in the 70-80 degree F range and the pool did not need to be heated to enjoy it. Many beds to sleep a lot of people. Each room has its own bathroom and closet. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cook ware. It is about a 25-30 min walk to the center of town. Or a $6-8 taxi ride. Our bed was comfortable and everything felt secure. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

We couldn't have wished for a better place. Plenty of space for 8 people, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Patricio was very responsive to any message or questions we had. Hopefully we can return in the future.

The house was a quiet place with a spectacular view, the kitchen is very well equipped, all rooms clean, with comfort, a beautiful garden, laundry room, living room with TV, wifi and with the privacy to rest and relax. My parents, my husband and I with our puppy, had a couple of unforgettable days, enjoying the pool, which is important to consider the extra cost for the use of the boiler. It's really worth it, every corner of the house is a place to enjoy. We appreciate your attention and highly recommend this place to share with your family.

The location is perfect, close enouch to enjoy tepoztlan but far enough from the town center to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful time. The house is beautiful, and the distribution of rooms and spaces is very suitable for 10 people (each room has its own bathroom). The garden has many fruit trees and amazing view of the mountains. During the winter, the sun shines in the pool and garden from around 9am -3pm and it can be cold in the shade and during the night so make sure you ask for the pool to be heated if you want to better enjoy it. Patricio is very friendly and attentive, and communication with him was fast and easy. Overall a highly recommended place to enjoy a relaxing time!

We were there with my in-laws and my teenage kids- amazing view from the Tepozteco, well equipped kitchen, super helpful staff, ability to have a heated pool made the stay wonderful for all ages. Also in walking proximity to good restaurants, spas and taking a hike to el Tepozteco.

Stunning location with a beautiful Mexican style home. Yard, landscaping, and the view are better than the pictures. We had the pool heated. Mirabel and Javier, the caretakers, are friendly and respectful of our privacy. It's a bumpy road to get there and the privacy is nice. The treats at cafe Mozart are great. Patricio was very responsive and friendly. This place is worth the stay!!

We enjoyed our stay in the vacation house in Tepoztlan very much! It’s a pink paradise with a beautiful garden. Everything is very clean and well taken care of. It’s a bit further from town, but it’s definitely worth the walk/ride. The communication was very easy and swift. It’s a perfect place to spend some time for a group of friends/family.

He responded very quickly every time I reached out (and I reached out a lot!) coming from a different country to Mexico, I needed to feel secure and comfortable, Patricio definitely provided me and my family with all the answers we needed to feel safe and secured. Stayed with a group of friends. It is gorgeous. And the layout is perfect. There are two bedrooms closer together on first floor, a private bedroom upstairs, and a private separate bungalow bedroom. Each has its own bathroom and they are quiet even if people are up in the morning. We heated the pool and enjoyed it even if not super warm weather or temp, it’s gorgeous. Town is walkable but it’s a decent walk, we drove into town each day and ordered pizza one night to enjoy the grounds. We did hike near the house. Highly recommended, super special.
