We went as a family with my young daughter, and we had a great time. Rocio and Ernesto were always attentive to our needs. Everything was very clean, and we loved the daily cleaning service. We'll definitely be back!!

Erensto and his wife are very friendly, they were attentive and respond quickly and are flexible. Viri, the cleaning person, is very helpful and friendly. The apartment is very nice and clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The furniture in the apartment is a bit austere, as it lacks dressers, bureaus, some furniture in the bedrooms and they have little decoration in general, in the bedrooms, there is only a bureau on one side of the bed, on the other side there is none and you have to leave things on the floor, they have a very basic small shelf instead of a dresser or furniture and they have plastic folding chairs. It's a minor thing since everything else is very good, the complex has many pools, access to the beach and good organization, especially for vacation rentals. We had a very good vacation and would certainly stay there again.

Excellent apartment, spacious, well cared for. Ernesto was always attentive to our questions and queries, the assistant Viridiana is a very convenient extra. The complex has many activities to enjoy as a family, we will definitely return in the future.

Ernesto's apartment is very nice, the location is ideal to access all areas of the complex on foot and the service they provided us was very clear and precise. We definitely recommend it and will be back.

The place is great for staying The host is excellent, a very kind person who is always available and gives clear instructions. The apartment is located in the best residential zone of Acapulco. It has a nice view of the pool, the apartment is practically new, has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in all rooms, the TV is 70 inches and all the furniture is very comfortable. It should be noted that Miss. Nancy is in charge of cleaning, she was always very friendly and keeps the place impeccable. The accommodation is located in "La Isla Residences", an atmosphere totally familiar to rest, is a modern complex, which has 2 pools, 1 infinity pool, gym with air conditioning, playroom, games room, cinema and more amenities. So the place is perfect for rest and spend a pleasant vacation with the family!
