The Space

Located in the Emerald Tower, the deluxe 200 square meter apartment features:

• 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms
• Central air conditioning with individual controls for each room
• Terrace with views of the mountains, palm garden, and Emerald pool
• Living room with a 70" screen connected to Wi-Fi, offering access to Netflix, Prime, and Max apps
• Dining room with seating for 8
• Fully equipped kitchen including:
  • Gas stove and electric oven
  • Refrigerator/freezer with ample space
  • Blender, roaster, 12-cup American coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, and dishwasher
  • Complete set of crockery, glassware for juice, drinks, and wine
  • Plates, cutlery, and plastic cups for toddlers

Bedrooms

• First bedroom: Queen-size bed, closet, direct access to a full bathroom, exterior view
• Second bedroom: King-size bed, spacious closet, balcony, full bathroom accessible from the hallway
• Third bedroom: Large closet, balcony, bunk beds with two single beds, queen-size bed, queen-size sofa bed, full bathroom in the hallway

All beds have new, comfortable Luuna mattresses. Bathrooms feature rain showers and blackout blinds. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

Additional Information

• Daily cleaning service is mandatory, costing $350 MXN, payable directly to the cleaning staff.
• Electricity consumption up to 250 kWh per day is included; any excess will be charged at the front desk.
• Maximum occupancy is 8 people, including up to 2 children under 12 years old. Children aged 12 and above count as adults.
• Accessibility for people with disabilities is provided.

Guest Access

For security, access to the complex is strictly controlled. The following steps are required:

• Provide original identification (INE or passport) for all adults in the reservation.
• Submit official identification and vehicle details (model and license plates) at least 24 hours before arrival to receive access authorization.
• Upon arrival, visit the Clubhouse to pay a refundable security deposit of $5,000 MXN in cash or equivalent in US dollars. Present your official ID and sign the La Isla General Regulations, receiving a copy.
• The deposit and ID will be returned upon departure after inspection.

Wristbands and Payment Card

At the Clubhouse, after paying the deposit, guests receive:

• Wristbands identifying them as residents, which must be worn visibly at all times to access amenities, pools, and common areas.
• A prepaid card used exclusively for purchases at restaurants and bars within La Isla Residences. This card can be recharged at the Clubhouse and most receptions. Cash payments are not accepted in common areas.

The Beach Club restaurant offers meals at reasonable prices, typically open from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. A nearby supermarket is available for grocery shopping if you prefer to cook in the apartment.

At the Emerald Tower reception, after the Clubhouse, you will receive the apartment key and directions to apartment 4J and assigned parking. Please use only the two designated parking spaces assigned to the apartment.

La Isla Residences is a luxurious, family-friendly complex located in Acapulco's VIP area. It offers:

• Clubhouse with fully equipped gym and spa featuring 7 massage cabins, steam room, sauna, and showers
• Children's play areas, playroom, game room with billiards and ping pong
• Two movie theaters
• Relaxation pool and swimming lanes
• Outdoor tennis and paddle courts
• Multiple swimming pools including a beach pool with slides and splash chairs
• Freshwater river surrounding part of the complex
• Beach volleyball and soccer courts
• Bike path
• Private security and reception
• 8,000 square meters of private beach accessible on foot (5 minutes) or via free internal golf cart transport
• Pool and beach bars with snack service
• Large green areas and gardens covering 80% of the property

Each of the eight towers (Bali, Capri, Emerald, Fiji, Grand Cayman, Hawaii, Ibiza, and Java) has its own pool and gardens accessible to all guests.

Please note that amenities may be temporarily closed or have limited capacity due to local health regulations or maintenance. The only paid services are drinks, food, and spa massages.

Noise and Conduct

The apartment and building are new, but occasional construction or maintenance noise may occur.

Guests are kindly asked to respect the tranquility of the residence and adhere to community regulations to maintain privacy and exclusivity. Staff are trained to protect the property and should be treated courteously.

This is a family apartment, not a hotel, offering a home-like environment for your stay.

Housekeeping

Daily cleaning service is mandatory and begins the day after arrival until the day before departure. Entry and exit cleaning are included.

Guests are not allowed to bring their own cleaning staff. Washer and dryer use is restricted to cleaning personnel, who can provide towel washing at an additional cost.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out time: by 11:00 AM

Late check-in or early check-out is possible for an additional fee of at least $500 MXN, subject to prior arrangement with the host. The latest check-in is 10:00 AM, and the latest check-out is 4:00 PM, depending on availability.

Failure to vacate the apartment by the designated check-out time will result in a fine of $3,000 MXN.
