We can’t say enough about this beautiful condo. The space itself is stunning, filled with tons of natural light, modern finishes, and thoughtfully curated décor that makes it feel both elevated and welcoming. There is so much room to spread out and truly relax with friends and family. The views are absolutely spectacular, and the location is unbeatable, with an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. Above all, Adam is an exceptional host. His kindness and generosity truly set this stay apart. His on-the-ground team is equally wonderful, helpful, warm, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their thoughtfulness made our trip. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful, spacious and quiet!! By far the best accommodations we’ve had yet in PVR. Adam and his assistants were available and helpful when needed. I’d confirm all the elevators are working, and if construction behind the building is still ongoing.

What a special property! We had a lovely stay at this spectacular duplex penthouse, just as gorgeous in person as in the pictures. The place is immaculate and very livable, amazing views and outdoor space, modern amenities (electric shades, Sonos, modern kitchen, etc). We also made full use of the gym and rooftop pool/bar. Location can’t be beat - just a few minutes from both the beach and all the restaurants/bars. Adam was super responsive and accommodating. Really could not have asked for a better place to stay and would definitely come back!

This is the more impressive Airbnb we've ever experienced in PV: it's in an incredible location, the two-story great room is amazing and made us feel like we were in a luxury home, and everything worked as expected. We had a truly wonderful time.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment! The space is gorgeous, and the views from the terrace are breathtaking, especially the sunsets – we enjoyed them every evening. The hosts went above and beyond, arranging for a chef to come and prepare a delicious breakfast for us each morning, which we savored at the outdoor dining table. The building itself is impressive, with a fantastic gym, and the rooftop pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing. One of our favorite features was the building’s two entrances – one led directly to downtown with all the shops and restaurants, while the other took us to the beach. This made it so easy to choose the most convenient access point depending on our plans. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta!

This was my # 1 AirBNB that I’ve stayed in. Beautiful just like pictures. Adam team specifically Matias was amazingly wonderful. The communication between his team and I was 100%. This was the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The accommodations and location were excellent and matched the description in listing. What stood out most was the level of communication. From booking to checking out, Matias kept us informed of every detail and arranged for every imaginable comfort and convenience. He provided recommendations for restaurants, excursions and even where to get a haircut. The experience was not “economy,” but you get what you pay for. I also highly recommend scheduling at least one chef-prepared meal. Imagine having a fully attended gourmet dinner on the penthouse balcony overlooking the ocean, watching the sun dip below the horizon while you savor the best ribeye you’ve ever had!

It's always great when a place exceeds the expectations set forth by the photos. The space was simply stunning! I had a few friends over and every person's jaw dropped the moment they walked in the door and they started taking photos to post on social media LOL. Excellent location as well that was super close to all the action, yet just perfectly far enough that you didn't hear the noise. Lots of restaurants just steps away in any direction. The building staff was also extremely friendly to both me and my guests. I can't say that I've always experienced that at other places I've stayed in PV so I was even more pleased that the front desk and door people were nice to communicate with. And the views and sunsets were spectacular from this unit. Didn't even need to go to the roof deck like most other people in the building did.

Great place to stay. Rooftop pool and 3 bedroom was nice to give each couple their own space. Easy to walk anywhere and has numerous bars/restaurants/market/beach, etc. that were all just minutes away.

Our second stay here - top-notch as always. Adam and his management team connected with us before, during and at the end of our stay. They were friendly, responsive and helpful. 5 stars! This condo has everything, just as described. Strong internet, great kitchen, amenities, a/c. Best views, best neighborhood to enjoy Puerto Vallarta. It's a wonderful spot to return to after a day at the beach, exploring the town and its wonderful dining scene. Muchas gracias!!! We made wonderful memories here.

Adam’s place is absolutely stunning and really has that “wow” factor from the moment you step in the door. We couldn’t have been happier in the apartment with views that are even more exciting than pictures can convey. The only troubles we had were deciding which of the four gorgeous balconies we should sit on, and then having to leave! On top of this, Adam and his team (especially Matias) were in frequent, friendly communication including a personal greeting and farewell, along with being immediately responsive to any questions we had.

Absolutely gorgeous condo, wide open space with amazing views of the city and the ocean. The location is ideal and so close to all the great restaurants, bars, shopping and activities. Adam was very helpful and provided excellent advice for places to go and eat. Outstanding host with incredible accommodations. The local property Manager was also phenomenal in making sure our every need was met. I highly recommend this place.

This stunning 2 level penthouse condominium is in a premiere building, in a quiet, yet prime location. It's very spacious, gorgeously decorated and extremely well-appointed; yet, if we needed anything else, Adam's team was on top of it and tremendously communicative when we needed them. The place and the customer service was above and beyond and set the tone for our friend group's New Years' Eve weekend, creating memories we'll never forget. We'll definitely be back! Highly, Highly Highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay and even got to watch a crazy thunderstorm roll in overnight, which was incredible. The view of PV on both sides, mountain and ocean, were fabulous and gave us sweeping sunset views. Given we were there during the off season, it was extremely hot and humid - we were grateful for the AC, which cooled off the entire place quickly. Internet was fast, since a couple of our group needed to work for the first couple of days. The beds were spacious, comfortable and fitted with soft, cushy linens. The bathroom in the primary bedroom was just incredible. We never used the tub, but the shower was HUGE! Close to any and everything, we were able to access anything we needed, including tasty street tacos and groceries. We had a private chef cook us all an amazing dinner of steaks, fish and other tasty Mexican fare. And the cocktails (including mocktails) were also off the charts! Overall, fantastic stay - thank you!

High above PVR, this condo has it all: quiet, beautiful views, great location to beach, restaurants, taxis, responsive hosts, and fab amenities, including darkening shades, individual A/C, strong wifi, comfy beds, pool. Best place to stay in PVR.

Adam’s penthouse was a wonderful spot for our vacation. The property was just as described. Fantastic location, within a short walk to restaurants, bars, and beach. The rooftop pool and bar were great. The huge windows offered beautiful views and a great spot to watch the sunsets. We would definitely stay again!

This penthouse is stunning! Pictures don't do it justice — perfect place for a family getaway/birthday celebration. The management team was so helpful and responsive. They helped us arrange a private chef dinner in the unit as well as a day trip to Sayulita during our stay. Unit is perfect for adults/couples traveling together.

What a privilege it was to stay in such a majestic villa in the sky. Views in every direction. The Unobstructed ocean and Mountain views were simply outstanding. The most beautiful sunsets Puerto Vallarta has to offer. The sheer volume of the space was remarkable. The penthouse was pristine and very well appointed. Communication with Adam and his team was effortless. The location of the building is the absolute best in Zona Romantica. The unit is so peaceful, yet in the heart of all the action of Zona Romantica. The rooftop pool is equally as impressive and never disappoints. Our stay was not just a vacation, but an experience. We will be back.

Adam's place was beautiful! Views were spectacular from every room. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed including furniture on all of the balconies. The rooftop pool was pretty big, nicely care for and the water was warm which was nice! A great place to spend a memorable holiday with my children and older parents. We enjoyed how walkable it was and how many great places were nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was stylish, well appointed, and very comfortable. The views were tremendous. The pool was a fantastic place to spend the day and watch the sunset. It was centrally located and it was within easy walking distance to many good restaurants, bars, clubs and the beach. The concierge service was also very helpful and responsive. We would absolutely stay there again.

This was our third Airbnb in in Puerto Vallarta. This home was the most exceptionally appointed home we have seen in Puerto Vallarta. The pictures cannot do it justice! We immersed ourselves in the glorious mountain and ocean views. The location is prime, with easy access to the beach, clubs, and restaurants. Considering it’s location, the home is quiet! Each unit has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony with ocean or mountain views. It is perfect for three couples to share. There is a great pool deck and gym in the building. Our host was very responsive! We can’t wait to stay there again.

If Adam’s place is available while you travel here, do yourself a favor and book it. The condo is very modern and comfortable with gorgeous Mountain View’s and gorgeous ocean views. It is very spacious, centrally located, and very safe. Communication was seamless and handled very quickly with any issues we had. Emmanuel and alondra helped create a seamless experience. We had groceries and chefs waiting for us on arrival, which added to the wow factor of this place. The chefs that they use were amazing and created some amazing meals for us. The rooftop pool was so refreshing and they had a bartender in the afternoon hours. I know the price is up there, but if you can afford it, book it. I would definitely stay again!

This Penthouse was great! Pictures did not do the PH or the views justice. Adam is amazing and Emmanuel took great care of us. All of the common areas are never busy and they are comfortable and clean! Can wait to return!!

This penthouse is perfect! Adam has an amazing home and everything in the home was absolutely top notch. We were greeted at the airport with a transportation team, and we were also met by the property manager and team when we arrived. The photos don’t do the property justice. The ocean views and city views are increíble, the art, architecture and overall design are intentional and welcoming. You will want to relax here after a long day on the beach, an excursion or hopping around town. Don’t forget to catch that sunset and sun rise on one of the many balconies. All the rooms are amazing and have their own private spaces. The bathrooms are great and my parents enjoyed the beautiful tub in their bathroom. Everything you need is there and if you need something specific the team can help out and were always quick to do so. The chefs were INCREDIBLE. I’ve utilized this service in the past at other listings but this was by far the best chef connection. The food left us full and the drinks were delicious! They also helped with recommendations on popular restaurants in the area for times we did not use them. I got a chance to utilize the rooftop pool and hot tub! Great views and good vibes up there (just one floor up from the penthouse). There was also a bartender during part of the day. They also have a gym I used that was really modern looking and everything you need for a quick workout (free weights, kettle bells, jump ropes, 4 cardio machines and some mechanical equipment). The staff around the condominium were very nice and always helpful. Overall this place is magic and if you need more reason to book this listing, I hope this helped. This property is by far one of the BEST I have ever stayed at and I am a world traveler who is particular about where I stay. From the time I booked the place the communication with Adam (owner) was very pleasant and he was super responsive which I appreciate. From that point on, I worked with Emmanuel to arrange the details of my stay and again, a very pleasant and seamless experience. Upon my arrival, Emmanuel had arranged everything we discussed (car service, a chef, and had done my grocery shopping). Talk about a great experience, you will definitely get it at this property. The pictures are 100% accurate and I promise, when you are there you won't want to leave. I highly recommend taking advantage of the chef service. The food was AMAZING!!! Stay here!! The property is the best in Puerto Vallarta. The photos do not do it justice – every detail is accounted – beautiful art, stylish furniture, and fully stocked kitchen. A true definition of penthouse living. The location is great easy to get to the beach and night life. Adam is an excellent host. He was always responsive to messages and made sure our stay was comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

If you can afford it, just rent it. Outstanding new penthouse. Perfect view, great location. The roof deck & pool are such a nice bonus. Adam and his facility manager are very attentive and caring. Excellent stay.

It’s hard to describe how gorgeous this home is. The views of the city and Bahía de Banderas are unreal. The decks, on both sides of the house, are where we spent most of our time. The interior is tasteful modern design, with hip, comfy furniture to lounge on all around the house. Beds felt brand new, with nice linens, etc. Adam, the owner was kind and receptive to my questions, and the hosts on site were helpful and professional throughout our stay. Basically a perfect stay.

The photos speak for themselves and yet the condo exceeds even the best visual. The place is tasteful, comfortable, with un-rivaled views, and wonderful service from the host and his team. This is not a cookie-cutter, developer-owned and appointed property, but a true home away from home. We could not recommend it more.

There’s a many beautiful places to stay in Puerto Vallarta but I would think this one may be number one based on its location. Everything in PV that’s similar to this rental is on the side of a cliff that’s makes it almost impossible to walk into town. All the bars and restaurants in Zona Romantica we’re at most a five minute walk. The view was unbelievable. Once you open the front and back doors there was always a slight breeze. Usually on vacation I feel like I need to wake up and get moving but here It was like a Folgers commercial start to my day. It’s great for a week or two but I’d have no problem living there long term and that’s coming from someone who has lived in mostly rural or suburb settings. The staff here was very welcoming and understanding that guests are here to have some fun. If your respectful and behave in moderation you will have no problem. If you intend on bringing in large groups of people and treating this place like a frat house I would not recommend this location. Adam the owner lives here part time so be respectful to his belongings. Both Adam and Emmanuel the property manager checked in on you via text frequently but not overbearing by any means. More or less just asking if you needed anything. They were both super friendly. I will definitely be back! I’d say anyone would enjoy staying here! If your a family or here for fun in moderation it’s perfect!

This home was nothing short of spectacular. It exceeded anything we could have imagined. We felt like we were in an incredible TriBeCa duplex….but with Mexican modern furniture and accessories. Architecturally amazing, luxury furniture, new appliances and great responsiveness from Adam and the manager Emmanuel. The building itself also had terrific amenities and a stunning rooftop infinity pool. Great location and surprisingly quiet. Super comfy beds. Can’t wait to stay again!
