We had an incredible stay in Todos Santos! The house views are amazing, you can watch the sunset over the ocean from the top deck. The house itself is spacious and well designed, feeling very high-end with its comfortable linens and well-equipped kitchen. We spent most of our time in the pool, visiting nearby beaches, or heading to the downtown area. While the dunes and beach at Las Playitas are only a 15-minute walk away, please note there isn't a sidewalk for about half the distance. Because it can feel a bit dangerous with the road traffic, it’s definitely safer and easier to take the quick drive instead. Amy was a fantastic host and very responsive. This is the perfect spot if you’re looking for a peaceful and quiet location in Todos Santos!

Casa Tina was more than we expected!! Ocean breezes and desert landscape in the a beautiful home. The location just outside of town is perfect. Evening sunsets from the pool and morning sunrises from the rooftop deck. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful place! Loads of room for our family of four. 360 degree views, close to town and beach. Quiet neighborhood. Three levels with roof top deck, perfect for sunsets. Pool was chilly but warm enough by the afternoon for a quick dip. Probably not the best house for families with small children - lots of steps, pool outside the front door. Worked great for our two teenagers.

We spent a lovely week at this beautiful, peaceful, comfortable house. It had plenty of room for me, my husband, our 2 kids and my parents. We loved swimming in the pool, swinging in the swings on the patio and cooking meals in the beautiful kitchen. We also appreciated the nearby restaurants and beach. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Amy’s, the house was large enough for our group of five to stay super comfortably. The master had a private entrance on the balcony, and th other two rooms were very cute. The house was super clean, and parking was very nice!

We appreciated the privacy and spaciousness of this lovely house. The beds were comfy, had everything we needed. It is off the beaten track with very rough roads to get to it, but the GPS allowed us to find it accurately so there was no problem. A short drive to the city and other places. Nice walk over a rocky pass down to a secluded beach. Water not swimmable, but very pretty. Good restaurant recommendations in the house book overall, we had a very nice vacation. Thank you, amy

Amy is a great host! Very communicative and attentive on whatever we needed. And their place is amazing, has a great view of the ocean from the top terrace, is very cozy, great decor, and has everything needed to cook and have a nice dinner. The place is at a 10 min drive from the center of Todos Santos, but there are several restaurants and shops nearby. It’s a great place overall!

We loved staying in Amy’s house. It was beautiful, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well-stocked, we could use the sun umbrella, chairs and boogie-boards. The pool was a really lovely temperature. It was a peaceful area and the house had great views. There were great recommendations for restaurants. We really enjoyed it and would love to come back!

The house is gorgeous and great outdoor pool area with beautiful gardens. There’s a view of the ocean from the roof top where we spotted whales. All in all great place to stay for a girls weekend or small family!

We loved Todos Santos! Very authentic vibes, nice people and great food scene. Coffee within walking, we walked to the beach and the turtle release. Nice private yard lots of space for a family and privacy in the room up top! Great sunset from the roof. Fire pits are lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the house is great to be able to have desert and ocean views. Our kids enjoyed the heated pool and being a quick drive to Todos and the beach. Amy was very helpful and we will definitely book again.

Casa Tina is a wonderful get away for some peace and quiet. We asked Amy to heat the pool for us and she got someone out to heat it! The fire pit out back is a great hang out spot and the fire actually puts off a lot of heat. The roof top was fun for whale watching and sunsets! The kitchen is spacious and great for cooking. We looked the open concept of the kitchen and dining room. The beds a comfy and clean and the closet areas are really spacious. We would recommend staying at Casa Tina and would definitely come back.

Wow, this home was absolutely stunning! The view of the coast was incredible — we even saw whales right from the house! Everything was spotless and beautifully kept. My husband and I kept calling it our little slice of heaven. The location was great — close to town and the beaches, just a few minutes’ drive from everything. It’s not really a place you’d walk from, but that didn’t bother us at all. Amy was hands down the best host we’ve ever had! She gave us awesome recommendations for restaurants and things to do, and she was always so kind and quick to help with anything we needed. We had the best vacation ever and can’t recommend this home (and Amy!) enough. ❤️

The house is beautiful, the only detail (which was our fault for not reading) is that one room has no air, otherwise everything is perfect, it has everything you need to spend quiet days without having to leave. I would definitely come back.

We absolutely loved this beautiful home for our family vacation! We traveled with a 3 year old and 18 month old and the house worked great for us, huge and spacey. The house is very clean and pretty new, so the only thing I’d say for kids is to be aware that there are pretty high expectations of keeping it very clean, which can be tough with little ones. The house is beautiful and pool is so fun to have right on property. I had many questions before arriving and Amy was so kind, professional & helpful and answered all of them, ensuring we felt prepared for our trip. We had the house stocked with groceries which was so helpful! We visited the beach almost everyday, but be mindful that sand is not welcomed in the showers as the drains seem to clog easily so good to know. The washer and dryer were great to have! The oven didn’t work but we used the grill and stovetop. This was the best family vacation & we love Todos Santos and this amazing home! Highly recommend!

We absolutely fell in love with this beautiful home in Todos Santos—so much so that we extended our stay by two extra days and changed our flights just to soak in a little more time here. The house is peaceful, thoughtfully designed, and has everything you could possibly need. Every corner feels intentional, from the serene outdoor garden and pool to the well-appointed interiors. It’s the kind of place that instantly makes you feel at ease. What made the experience even more special were the hosts—gracious, responsive, and genuinely kind. They made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. If you’re thinking about staying here—do it. It’s even better than the pictures and truly a gem in Todos Santos. We can’t wait to come back!

We three adult couples spent 5 nights at this beautiful modern three bedroom home. The home was very clean, private, and had everything that we required for our stay. The hosts were responsive and addressed our needs. There was a nice pool in front and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. It was about a 10 minute drive into town, not a big inconvenience. Note that the beautiful upstairs bedroom is accessed from the outside staircase, not a big deal, as it rarely rains! We'd definitely stay there again.

The pictures did not do this wonderful and peaceful escape justice. Tucked off the beaten path in a quiet and serene neighborhood we spent a week of relaxation. Surrounded with mountain and ocean views, the sunrises and sun sets on the beautiful patio would set this home above all others. From the well stocked kitchen to the personal touches in each room, this rental has everything you need for a stress free getaway. Amy gave wonderful grocery and restaurant recommendations. Having all the comforts of home while on vacation was a hug plus. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay! Big home with lots of space and an incredible atmosphere. Our group of four ladies had the best time lounging at the home, driving into Todos (only 5-10 mins to downtown), and spending full days at the beach. The place was spotless and very inviting. Looks like the photos and better. Hosts were very responsive. Would return and highly recommend!

An extraordinary property within a short drive of Todos Santos and very close to some fabulous restaurants. We were a group of 7 adults and 1 baby, there for 8 days, and the house was perfect. Lots of space to be together and have privacy/space apart. Three separate, shaded and well-appointed outdoor seating areas on three different levels affording jaw-dropping views of the sunset every night. Well equipped for all your needs from cooking to laundry. Greatly appreciated the beach gear provided also (chairs, umbrellas and even a cooler!). Amy and Michael were extremely prompt and friendly in all communications. Highly recommend Villa Aguamarina and we look forward to coming back.

Extraordinary stay in Todos with my parents! We were amazed by the design and layout of the home, and epic views for sunset. Great value for stay — ample space, comfy beds, drinkable tap water and secure. A short <5 min drive to the nearest beach or to centro. Would return!

Great house in Todos Santos! Epic pool and views from the deck.

Casa de la Torre is an authentic Mexican house in a private neighbourhood of Todos Santos between the town and the beach. It was easy to find using Amy's google directions. We hired a car from San Jose del Cabo, it was a very easy drive up the motorway and there is private parking onsite. Todos Santos is a lovely town and we were glad that we stayed here rather than the busier Los Cabos, it was nice to return to at the end of the day. Cerritos is a good beach to swim at and is easily accessible, another favorite for us was El Faro beach club just down the road. A snorkeling trip to Espiritu Island off La Paz is a must too. The property has everything you need and is very comfortable. We spent a lot of time watching the sun set on the patio, swam in the pool and sat by the fire at night. Perfect end to our US/Mexico holiday. Thanks Amy

The house was everything we expected. There were 6 adults and there was plenty of space both indoors and outdoors for everyone. Feels like a mini resort that you have all to yourself. The pool and swing chairs were our favorite. The kitchen is amazing for everyone to cook meals and hang out together. The beds were comfortable. The house is very private and safe. The town of Tondo Santos was fun to shop and eat and felt very safe. Highly recommended!

The house was perfect for my husband and me, two young adult daughters and my parents. We were in town for a wedding and it met our needs perfectly. We made one breakfast while we were there and went out to a fun breakfast spot the other morning. Todos Santos was a beautiful place but you need a car to get anywhere, there are a lot of dirt roads and finding locations was difficult for us. We had a problem with the door not opening with one of the keys and it was responded to immediately by Amy and her office.

There’s not much we can say then we can be back. Truly, thank you. It is a near perfect location for us.

It was a beautiful place.. the only negative would be that the name of the air bnb is not the same as what is indicated on Google. The name of the air bnb is called “4 min Doors to dune” which is what was entered on google maps, and on google, it is referred to “villa agua marina” Causing confusion and frustration.. owner should make it easier for customers!

Amy’s place is absolutely stunning and has everything you may need for a fulfilling and enjoyable stay. The water pressure and temperature of the showers were great, the kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were stocked down to exercise equipment, abundance of blankets, and aloe vera and much more. Very much appreciated the aesthetic, design and decor of the place. Gorgeous! Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent house close to Todos Santos amenities

Easy to find and not too far down the road on the otro lado of todos santos. Great set up where everyone had their own space. Would stay here again. Had beach chairs and towels, which not everyone includes down there.

This is an incredible vacation house! It’s beautifully decorated, with ocean views from every floor and a short 15-20min walk to the beach. It is very clean with comfortable beds. We especially appreciated the water purification system throughout the house where we could drink from the faucet and brush our teeth without needing store bought water. Other amenities, like the dishwasher, barbecue grill, washer and dryer and big TV made it so we wanted to stay at the house in the evenings cooking and watching the sunset while the kids watched movies. The pool was also an amazing addition- especially since the pacific ocean can be cold this time of year. The house is near a handful of great restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries. It’s also not too far from the center of Todos Santos. You can also quickly get to the surfing beach of La Pastora. Whether you are a family or a group of friends, this is a perfect place to relax and enjoy Todos Santos and the serenity of the Baja!

Everything excellent, very clean, nice and quiet.

This place was amazing! A absolutely beautiful house filled with new, designer art and furnishings. The house has some great features including a pool, amazing outdoor decks, hammocks, firepit and hammocks. Everything is brand new! It has a dishwasher, washer and dryer, whole-house water filter (so nice not having to worry about showering and drinking water being contaminated). A perfect place to have families and friends. The location in great. Quiet, close to town and the beach. We definitely look forward to staying here again!

One of the most beautiful and serene Airbnbs. The views of the sea along with the breeze are just fantastic. There are thoughtful touches all around the home, from beach towels just where you need them to soft towels and comfy bed to fully equipped kitchen that all make you feel right at home. Everything was as described. As with any place in Todos Santos, the roads are rough, but the views and quality of accommodations were un-paralleled. Beaches are incredible and the sunrise is unlike anything I've ever seen.

We had a lovely stay at La Torre in Todos Santos! The house was exactly as described and pictured and was perfect for our needs. The decor was beautiful and kitchen supplies were plentiful. The beds were comfortable, and plenty of clean fluffy towels and blankets were provided. The outdoor spaces were gorgeous and took full advantage of the stunning view of the Pacific. We really enjoyed the fire pit. The roads around the neighborhood are dirt and rough, but we knew that would be the case and rented a Jeep. It's an easy walk down to the lagoon and then you can access the beach by hiking over a rock path or down a dirt road. While I suppose walking to town is do-able I would not recommend it. It's a short drive. This location is also a birder's paradise! I saw 15 species right from the deck and another 30 down by the lagoon and beach. Overall, a great choice! The house is perfect for two couples with 2 suites, but may be a little harder to make it work for a family with young kids.

Villa Aguamarina is a gem in Todos Santos. We stayed there as an extended family for a wedding in the vicinity and it had everything we could have wanted. There were 6 adults and 4 kids with plenty of space to spread out with dedicated bathrooms. It has an open modern feel while still maintaining Mexican charm. Amy was very responsive and answered all our questions. We would 100% stay there again.

Absolutely awesome house for our family as we celebrated our wedding the upcoming weekend. The place looks just like the photos- beautifully decorated, private spot with lovely manicured landscaping and great views from the rooftops of the water and mountains in the distance. Highly recommended!

Villa Aguamarina is a gorgeous place and checked all the boxes for our family of five. We had plenty of space to spread out or gather together on the property. The home was spacious and provided us with stunning sunrises and sunsets on a daily basis. It was clean, bright, and well appointed. I assigned a five star rating as it was a superb place for us to stay. That said, I neglected to check on the swimming pool to see if it was heated prior to booking. It is not heated and we could not use it for the week we were there. The other item was walkability, there are many little roads you can walk on around Villa Aquamarina, and you can walk "home" from a few restaurants/bodegas if you are extremely careful as there are no shoulders or walkways on the main road to the house. Having a car is imperative as we went into town, drove to a few beaches, restaurants, and other locations in and around Todos Santos. Overall, we LOVED our stay and have the utmost respect for our great host, Amy!!

We recently spent 5 days with family members (5 total guests) here while visiting Todo Santos for a wedding. This is a self enclosed compound situated about 10-15 minutes outside the quaint main town via one paved road. It is surrounded by other similar compounds along a rutted dirt road, but an easy 10 minute walk to a beautiful quiet beach. Todo Santos is an interesting mix of desert scrub brush, rural housing, dirt roads and multi million dollar homes such as this one. The home itself is spacious, well equipted, nicely decorated inside and out and extremely comfortable. The photos are quite accurate. Local food markets are only a short car ride away. The main primary suite and a smaller bedroom (2 twin beds) are on the first floor, while the third bedroom suite is on the second floor, accessed via an outside staircase. Couple of minor quirks. 1) The pool is not heated & is frigid. 2) toilet paper can't be flushed but must be put in the trash. Highly recommend this home.

We had a great stay at Aguamarina. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. She helped us arrange grocery delivery and a private chef one night, and also accommodated a late check out. The house was very clean and comfortable for our group of 6, which included 3 young kids. A minor note, The kitchen could use a few things: cutting boards, Serveware etc, so take note if you plan on cooking. Also, be aware that the pool is not heated. Most pools in the area are not heated, so this isnt surprising— but if you’re visiting in the cooler months the pool is quite chilly! But overall I was very happy with our stay and hope to come back!

We had a wonderful time! Amy was very attentive and helpful before and during our stay. This is truly an amazing place, one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve been to! Location is perfect, breathtaking views and the house is simply stunning. Pictures don’t do justice to how pretty it looks, very unique! It is also well equipped with lots of kitchen supplies, Smart TVs on each room, AC, ceiling fans, multiple smart speakers, nest hubs etc. Beds are really comfortable, living room is cozy, the showers are great and both terraces are great to spend time with your family /friends. Lots of attention to detail all around the house. Highly recommended!
