Amy was always very friendly, responsive to our requests, attentive, and reliable. The instructions are clear and simple. The location is amazing! Everything is very comfortable, quiet, and exactly as advertised. It's an opportunity worth taking if you want peace and quiet, sun, a swimming pool, and large, open spaces. Thank you very much for everything!

Rental was as pictured, clean and bright and with a nice view of the ocean from the 2 balconies. The road to the rental was pretty rough - recommend an SUV with good clearance. The layout of the home was a little odd - master bedroom access was through the master bath, and the wall between the master bedroom and master bath didn't go all the way to the ceiling, so not as private as I would have preferred. The other two bedrooms are accessed from the upper balcony - worked fine with our teens, but probably not ideal for families with young kids. We had a good stay. Amy was a great host, good communication and clear instructions.
