The houses were perfect, the same or better than in the photos. The house had all the amenities described in the ad. We appreciated the cleanliness, the details throughout the house, and the tranquility of the place. Agustína and Diane are super responsive. Thank you very much for your help! We felt right at home, so we extended our stay. Definitely recommended! As already indicated, you need a 4x4 to get to the house without any problems. We would like to come back!

This house is top-notch and has everything you need for a spectacular stay in Santa Teresa. It has all the details, big and small, that make your stay truly enjoyable. From coffee and salt to board games, pool towels, a portable speaker, and a grill by the pool, it's very well-equipped and highly recommended for up to 8 people. It's 10 minutes from downtown Santa Teresa in Car and a 3-minute walk to the nearest beach. The service and attention are first-rate. I definitely recommend it if you're staying with family or a group of no more than 8 people. One of the best Airbnbs I've used

I went to the treehouse with my children and we had a great time. It has everything you need to cook, and the pool area is very quiet and beautiful, surrounded by lots of vegetation. It's close to the beach where you can see beautiful sunsets.

We had an amazing stay with our family! The house is exceptionally well maintained, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The hosts and local team were very friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. The location is fantastic, just minutes from beautiful beaches, and one of the highlights was having nature right at our doorstep—we even got to watch howler monkeys visiting the property! It was a truly special experience, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

This was our third stay at Casa Arbol, buy it won't be our last. The place is just perfect! So bright,so clean, so comfortable, so safe, and perfectly located near Playa Manzanillo. We mostly cook our own meals, and the kitchen is huge, well equipped, with every kitchen gadget you need. The beds are really comfortable, and the mini splits cool down reach room in minutes. The pool area is furnished like an exclusive resort, the pool was kept immaculately clean. The jungle surrounding was perfect for bird and monkey watching. The house was cleaned midnight week- a really nice touch. Diane and her team responded to every question within a fee minutes. It all made for a great experience!

Diane was an amazing host and the place was everything I could’ve hoped for. Especially loved having to distinct units and the kids love the bunkbeds. Also the outdoor shower is a great touch.

We enjoyed our stay at Diane's from start to finish; we felt right at home at Casa del Árbol from the very first moment. Manzanillo is much quieter than Santa Teresa with all its hustle and bustle, but the many restaurants are within driving distance. The house with a pool is beautiful, superbly furnished (the kitchen has EVERYTHING you need), and invites you to relax and enjoy. The fantastic beaches are minutes away. And Agustina, Cris, and Darwin take care of everything when you need help.

The house was perfect, beyond our expectations. We chose to hire a private chef (Chef Nicoa), and the food was delicious! Definitely the best food in Costa Rica. My friend has lived here for a few years and has never eaten so well. The beach is within walking distance, and you can see the ocean from the terrace. I definitely recommend it—it's the best Airbnb in the area and perfect for a family, with the casita providing privacy when we want it.

Beautiful home in Costa Rica

Our family of four cannot recommend Diane’s beautiful home enough. It truly felt like a luxury resort with the beautiful pool and indoor/outdoor living space. The home was well stocked and had comfortable and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We were especially appreciative of Augustina and team who were readily available to provide recommendations or meet any needs we had during our stay. The location of the home is perfect, close to activities and restaurants, but still secluded from others, except for the monkeys which we enjoyed watching every day. We did not use the casita during our stay, but it was just as well appointed as the house and gives promise to returning with friends or family. During our time we visited Montezuma, Hermosa and Manzanillo beaches, as well as did a canopy zip line tour. We ate at the nearby soda, Atardecer Dorado, and the brewery just steps away from the house multiple times. Thank you all for making our Costa Rican experience so special!

this is a beautiful place. nature surrounds you and you feel private. the wildlife we saw and heard was amazing. from howler monkeys to white face monkeys and the green macaws, to many other birds. exceptionally clean and had everything we needed-even 2 large beach blankets. it is a quiet neighbourhood, and if you feel like going out, there is a brewery 20 seconds away you can walk to. excellent drinks and delicious food. we walked to the manzanillo beach a few times, a 5 minute walk, give or take, depending on the time of day. mornings, we found best, as we were not in direct sun. Diane was friendly and helpful. the host,Augustina was friendly and always ready to help. Darwin and Cris did an amazing job at keeping the place clean and were always full of smiles when greeted. we had a car, and appreciated the close proximity to Santa Teresa. We would definitely stay here again. The pool in the morning and evening were refreshing. love the outdoor space.loved the outdoor shower.

Beautiful house and great location. Right between two great beaches. Modern, clean, well equipped house. Perfectly maintained, peaceful spot. Manzanillo beach has perfect shade trees, good swimming and nice tide pools. Great restaurants in the area, including right down the street. Hope to return soon.

Agustina, thanks for your valuable help on site. The property is beautiful. The layout is perfect, and the small adjacent house is a nice bonus. The jungle view and partial sea view is beautiful. In the evening, hearing the waves is magical. The quality of supplies and equipment is excellent, and the staff are present and efficient. We ran out of electricity for almost a day, but your advice helped us a lot. The location is ideal, close to Playa Santa Teresa. It is best to provide a good vehicle. San Teresa is a real favorite. After visiting more than 20 countries, I can say that it has become my favorite place. I also recommend the Manzú restaurant at the Nantipa hotel for exceptional service. I'll be back soon. Thanks
