this is a beautiful place. nature surrounds you and you feel private. the wildlife we saw and heard was amazing. from howler monkeys to white face monkeys and the green macaws, to many other birds. exceptionally clean and had everything we needed-even 2 large beach blankets. it is a quiet neighbourhood, and if you feel like going out, there is a brewery 20 seconds away you can walk to. excellent drinks and delicious food. we walked to the manzanillo beach a few times, a 5 minute walk, give or take, depending on the time of day. mornings, we found best, as we were not in direct sun. Diane was friendly and helpful. the host,Augustina was friendly and always ready to help. Darwin and Cris did an amazing job at keeping the place clean and were always full of smiles when greeted. we had a car, and appreciated the close proximity to Santa Teresa. We would definitely stay here again. The pool in the morning and evening were refreshing. love the outdoor space.loved the outdoor shower.

Beautiful house and great location. Right between two great beaches. Modern, clean, well equipped house. Perfectly maintained, peaceful spot. Manzanillo beach has perfect shade trees, good swimming and nice tide pools. Great restaurants in the area, including right down the street. Hope to return soon.

Agustina, merci pour votre aide précieuse sur place. La propriété est superbe. Le layout est parfait, et la petite maison adjacente est un bel avantage. La vue sur la jungle et partielle sur la mer est magnifique. Le soir, entendre les vagues est magique. La qualité des fournitures et équipements est excellente, et le personnel est présent et efficace. Nous avons manqué d’électricité près d’une journée, mais vos conseils nous ont beaucoup aidés. L’emplacement est idéal, près de Playa Santa Teresa. Il est préférable de prévoir un bon véhicule. San Teresa est un véritable coup de cœur. Après avoir visité plus de 20 pays, je peux dire que c’est devenu mon endroit préféré. Je recommande aussi le restaurant Manzú à l’hôtel Nantipa pour un service exceptionnel. We had a wonderful stay at Diane’s Villa. The house was beautifully decorated, comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces, especially the pool. We were entertained watching the local wildlife, monkeys, birds, and squirrels right from the comfort of our deck chairs. The house is well situated, close to the beautiful beaches a short drive away. The casita was perfect for our daughter, son in law and granddaughter, they loved having their own private space. I would highly recommend staying at Diane’s Villa.

The house was so clean upon arrival! Based on one review we read of the property, we were on alert for any jungle critters and we did not see one. The property manager had told us upon they just did a thorough fumigation etc. The house is fully equipped with towels for the pool...all the necessary kitchenware...an abundance of bath towels in each bathroom...and even playing cards and some board games...are all at your fingertips for a no-stress holiday. Both living spaces are beautifully appointed and very private, and the outdoor area is so spacious, including a fabulous barbecue and eating area and a wonderful space around the pool for relaxation. The quality of furniture and finishing materials is very apparent! The pool and gardens were well maintained and the property felt safe and secure with fencing surrounding the property and a locked gate at the entry point. Our family had a wonderful stay at Diane's place in Manzanillo. The space looks exactly like in the pictures and being a short drive away from the hustle and bustle of Santa Teresa made this a much more secluded and unique experience. Our co-host Agustina was also tremendously helpful in making our stay as seamless as possible. We would love to come back one day.

The place was beautiful and very peaceful. The write up on the place was spot on with minor short power outages, friendly and harmless tropical critters. A perfect set up for 2 small families and or two couples which is how we were travelling. The bed in the main house was so comfortable and the room has lots of storage for clothes. Bathroom is great with a large shower overlooking the jungle. The walk to Manzanillo beach was nice in the morning to go walk along the beach or go to the store and as mentioned a good cardio experience on the way back (pool was very refreshing after the walk). The Que Mae restaurant is just a 1 minute walk and was fantastic. We met the owners while we were there and they were very friendly and personable. Santa Teresa is a must see for the hustle and bustle and beach/surfing vibe with restaurants everywhere and a variety of shops. Tide pools are close by as well (Mal Pais) but go early before the tide comes in. Would definitely recommend.

Disfrutamos muchó la estadía en la zona, las playas aptas para niños son espectaculares y a escasos 5 y 10 minutos de la casa. Santa Teresa muy cerca también, en donde se encuantra de todo. La casa es ideal para familias con niños, amigos, etc. Está muy bien equipada y que la casa esté dividida en área principal y en la casita es geniál cuando son dos familias. Agustina siempre atenta a nosotros. Pasamos un fin de se semana muy hermoso.
