A very peaceful place. With privacy. Very clean. The gardener and the person who takes care of it are very attentive and helpful. A place that feels safe. Excellent location half a block from the entrance avenue and one block from Avenida Costera. The locals are very friendly.

Our stay at Casa Chilli was fantastic. The house is exactly as described and even better than the pictures. It has everything for a short or long stay. We were welcomed by Lupita, who does the cleaning and management and she was very nice and helpful. The pool is great and in good conditions. The garden is lovely. Beds were comfortable. We were very happy to be able to take our dogs and have a nice private place for the whole family. Annie was super helpful before and during our stay. We had a little “Fonda” across the street to have delicious Mexican breakfast or lunch (that’s a plus). We are looking forward to coming back to this place soon.

Excellent; it has already become a family tradition to spend a few days at Casa Chilli; an excellent place to rest.

Casa Chilli is an excellent place if you want a house with a pool in Troncones, great location and very quiet place.

The house is in an excellent location, one block from the beach and close to restaurants, cafes, shops and other businesses. The garden is beautiful, the pool is private when renting both units and the house is very clean. We were able to check in early, which we really appreciated when traveling with children. And they accept pets! As the ad says, there is an additional cost for using the air conditioning.

We enjoyed a wonderful time at the cozy house and the beautiful garden with the pool.

Casa Chilli is nicely located one block from the beach, very easy to access and comfortable, the pool is the best part of the place. We would love a little more lighting in the pool but in general everything was great and Annie and Lupita's service was always attentive to everything.

Casa Chilli is a beautiful place to vacation, the house is beautiful, clean and quiet, there are shops very close shops where you can buy everything you need a few steps away, Annie is always attentive, as well as Lupita, she was always attentive, I recommend you do your shopping early, the nearby shops close at 9:30 pm, I don't know if it's because of the season, in the same way the restaurants, dinner restaurants close early, Troncones is a quiet place where you can relax and rest very comfortably and more in this accommodation.

Super chula the house, as the photographs do not do it justice, the garden is beautiful, the pool is the ideal size and depth. My friends and I loved it, we will definitely be back!

Several years ago we visited Annie's house, because she loved it, it's a very nice, quiet and very cozy place. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to rest and disconnect from everything.

Annie's house is lovely. It's a block from the beach set back in a huge yard surrounded by beautiful plants and trees. The location is super close to the little town of Troncones. I liked feeling like I was in the neighborhood rather than just in the tourist strip. The house is super clean and functional, very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, a great front porch for hanging out and a sweet little pool.. Annie is super nice, very responsive and on top of things.. Her helpers are great too.. We had a wonderful stay and hope to visit again soon.

We stayed here with our five month old daughter and two of her grandparents. It was a perfect setup and the pool was lovely and very clean! We really enjoyed sitting in the hammocks and watching the wildlife and admiring the garden.

We felt right at home, we really enjoyed the whole place, it was very comfortable, everything was very close. It is a safe and quiet place to enjoy when returning from the beach. There's just a little light at night on the street, but it's a quiet place. The pool is clean, delightful. We really enjoyed the house. Thank you for everything.

We had a great time. The house is beautiful and eco friendly. We enjoyed every day. We only had some complaints about the roof leaking in the middle of a storm, but it only happened one day. Luckily the manager knew and was very attentive at all times. Highly recommended for families and friends reunions!

We were there during the dry season and Annie’s place was an oasis! So peaceful to sit on the porch with our coffee watching all the birds and iguanas in all the beautiful trees, including a producing mango tree. The pool was so refreshing. Short, easy walk to the beach. Our favorite restaurant was right across the street. We had a hiccup and Annie was very helpful. Was a very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. All around I’d highly recommend and stay again if in the area.

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at Chilli's house. We love the place. This time we traveled with our dogs, and they really enjoyed the garden. Every day we were able to enjoy delicious mangoes from the trees! We were glad that the street was already paved. It made it much easier to take things to the beach. The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We didn't lack anything, and Annie, Sergio and Lupita are always available.

My husband, 2 kids (6 &4 years old), and mother in-law stayed for a week at Casa Chilli. The layout of the place was great for us. Our family had the two bedroom unit and my mother in-law had the attached one bedroom unit. The shared patio table was perfect for dining and playing games. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of bathroom/pool towels and the kitchen was perfect for making simple meals. We loved walking to the beach and restaurants and hanging out by the pool and beautiful garden at Casa Chilli when the afternoons were hot. Aside from the normal noise of the neighborhood (roosters and occasional traffic), the place was quiet. There are neighbors but we couldn't even tell because of the great landscaping and fence. We really enjoyed our time in Troncones and look forward to returning to Casa Chilli!

If you are not used to heat and/or humidity, even in December it exists in Troncones. Annie's pool was such a great relief morning, noon and night. Anytime, all the time. Everything there was as described. Sergio, the house manager, was great about helping us gain entry when the street was closed for paving. Thanks for a much-needed respite.

I love staying at Casa Chili, there were some details that the manager missed, but they were resolved immediately since Annie is always attentive and responds very quickly, I will definitely return.

Great spacious house, well furnished kitchens, drinking water available, garden and pool well maintained, the only thing you could improve would be a shelter for the car. We would recommend Casa Chilli.

Very good place and good communication with Annie. Everything was great and Sergio angel and Lupe did very good job!

Everything was easy, clean, wonderfully private and still accesssible. The house had everything we needed, including lots of big bowls, pots and pans; hooks to hang things, full mirrors. We stay in a lot of places and they never have a mirror that you can see how your outfit looks, or enough hooks to hang backpacks and clothes and towels. Annie furnished this house so that you can actually live there. My daughter and her kids, 6 and 9 travelled with us, and we all had a great time.

Chilli House is an excellent option for spending relaxing days in Troncones, its location is excellent, close to the main avenue and the entrance to the beach. One of the best options to stay in Troncones!! The entire house is very well maintained and just a short walk to the beach. The service from Sergio, who manages the house, was excellent; he was always responsive to any messages or calls. Definitely a place full of tranquility and comfort

Casa Chilli is awesome. Very comfortable, clean, nicely appointed, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Its very close to walk to the beach, stores, restaurants. The rooms are fabulous, beds are very nice. The pool was clean and a great way to beat the heat. Worth every penny.

This place is so wonderful as the pics, highly recommend, the beach is a walk distance, the place is clean, the internet is good (but really this site is for been disconnected of the rutine) the whole Annie's staff is kindly the Manager, the house keeper she vesited once a week or two if is needed, the maintenance for pool and garden appears twice a week earlier in the morning, my daughther loves the pool as I said highly recommend, I don't have hesitations I'll back again. The house is very nice with a flower garden, mango trees, plum trees, and cacti, among others. The pool is delicious. The people in charge of the house are attentive, and the cleaning service is very good. The place where the property is located is quiet. It is surrounded by greenery and houses of local families. It feels like a safe and neighborly environment. It is recommended to be mindful with the use of water and electricity services because they are not supplied with the regularity of cities. The beach is very close. There are about 3 ways to get there, and you can easily walk for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on which part of the beach you want to reach. The garden is not fully fenced. If you bring dogs, please keep this in mind. There are other outside dogs that are friendly and come and go freely.

This is the second time we stay at Annie’s property! First time we rented only the small villa but this time we rented the whole property because we went with other friends. We love the garden and the pool is super nice. The location is great for the money value. We definitely recommend it!

Chili House is a lovely place to get away from it all. It is comfortable, tidy, private and very homey. The gardens are beautiful and the pool is an ideal size. it is a 3 minute walk to the main street and the beach is another 3 miute walk. a great time!

The house is very nice, the pool is very comfortable, the cleanliness is a 10. It has all that you need in the kitchen. It has a beautiful and very well kept garden. The beach is a 5-minute walk or less, you can come and go to the beach whenever you want. The shops, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants are close at hand, all within walking distance. The kindness of Lupe who does the cleaning and the gardener is excellent. You don't even notice him when he comes, but he keeps everything clean and the pool perfect. Annie answers all your questions and requests right away. Be careful, the air conditioning is paid separately, if you are going to need it to be more comfortable.

A wonderful home. It's really worth it if you want to completely forget about civilization while still having the daily comforts for a great vacation.

The Chilli house is very cozy, you feel at home, very in touch with nature, it has a good location a few meters from the beach and local shops, it is spacious enough, the cleanliness is very good. It's great for forgetting about the noise of the city.
