We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean with comfortable beds! The outdoor space was stunning. The river and grounds were gorgeous.

We had a wonderful stay at Fabian’s place and would definitely recommend it. The location is perfect, just 5-10 minutes from downtown La Fortuna and equally close to the many nature activities and tours around Arenal. The apartment was clean, quiet, safe, and fully equipped, and we loved the river and short trail behind the property. It was perfect for our family with two young children.What truly makes this place special however is Fabian. He is one of the best hosts we have ever had. When one of the air conditioners stopped working on our first night, he had a brand-new unit installed the very next morning and arranged for the apartment to be cleaned. He was always available, incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond to help with everything from laundry and tour bookings to local recommendations. He genuinely cares about his guests and made us feel right at home. Thank you, Fabian, for making our family trip so memorable! This place will forever hold a special place in our 💖.

Absolutely beautiful location! The river area is so beautifully done and peaceful. If I could I would just move here! The house and grounds were both maintained equally well. If we were to return to the area we’d definitely return here!

Great location. Right in the river. 5 mins to town and La Fortuna Waterfall. 15 mins to hot springs and tour activies.

Lovely villa, massage along river was so peaceful! Walk along river trail was so much fun with lots to see! Fabian was a wonderful host. We highly recommend and would stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay at Fabian’s place in La Fortuna. The blue house was comfortable for our family of 4. We really enjoyed the common areas, especially by the river. Also, the location is great! Highly recommend for visitors to La Fortuna!

We had a great stay. Very quiet place, has everything what we needed. Discovered El Chante Verde, a restart near by with great food. From balcony on one of far away trees we saw monkeys and on another tucans, one time counted 9 of them.
