Very pleasant place to stay beautiful and peaceful love it.

Our hosts were charming and very. proactive to help us in any way possible. The seaview is beautiful.. We would have stayed longer but there is so much to see in Costa Rica. I would return anytime. Xavier

Nice rustic place Overall well kept/ clean with all the amenities, nice size sun deck & cozy yard, very secure Great value for being on the Carribean Waves practically crashing 50 ft from your back door If I had to fault it for something I recommend upgrading the older cable TV to a larger smart TV otherwise all good 👍🏻 Thanks Francisco!

We truly enjoyed our time that weekend. The view from the balcony is top tier. The place is comfortable. Definitely recommend for any stay in Limon.

The ocean is outside the balcony! So lovely to have breakfast there each morning, or to sit and watch the surfers and boogie boarders in the afternoon. The house and kitchen were fully equipped with everything we needed - big refrigerator, full oven, all the cooking pots, pans, dishes you need, even a blender. The bedrooms are air conditioned and get very cool. And Francisco was a wonderful host, full of great local recommendations, and really taking care of us. Playa Bonita is a very small beach, and the town of Limon is not very touristy, but there are a number of things to do in the area, including an awesome nature park right next door we walked to where we spotted many cool birds and the green and black poison dart frogs. (An hour away are a couple of really nice very big national nature parks and more touristy areas, and we did a couple of day trips.) We spent a comfortable lovely week here and would recommend.

Frances and Anne are amazing hosts. Frances for onsite recommendation and local attractions. Anne with amazing fresh fruit and bakes treats. Could not ask for better hosts.

Very sweet, attentive and beautiful place!

We loved our stay. Francisco was a very gracious host who have us excellent ideas of where to go in the area. He and his wife treated us like friends, and even baked fresh bread for us one morning. We sat on the balcony for hours and gazed at the ocean and spectacular surf. Would highly recommend!

We had the very best time at Francisco's place. Fruit and water were ready for us and he brought local specialties as a welcome upon arrival. In addition, we not only received great tips for the area from him, he was also happy to take us to the different places at any time. Communication was great, the view from the property to the sea, was beautiful. There is direct beach access from the accommodation. We would come back any time and thank you very much for the great time!

Wonderful host, fantastic location. We loved swimming everyday at the beautiful beach right outside the back gate. Safe parking behind locked gate. AC in both rooms worked perfect. Awesome stocked kitchen and he even presented us with a bunch of fruit /water during our stay. Highly recommend!

The location of the apartment is soo beautiful, the view from the balcony to the beach and the sea is great. Franzisco was very friendly and took care of problems quickly.

It's even more beautiful than it appears in the pictures. We felt very comfortable and were sad that we couldn't spend the entire planned time with Francisco due to a flight cancellation. It was great being right on the water and being able to jump in the water with direct beach access. The contact with Francisco was super pleasant and there were many recommendations that we could use. We'd love to come back!

Excellent place to rest. The incredible view to the sea, the beach that is on the patio is very quiet and ideal to spend the day. There are two very rich restaurants within walking distance. Francisco was super attentive, he showed us many places we could go. 🤍☀️

Our time at Francisco's place could not have been better!! By far, the most gracious host we ever had!! He took us around town and showed us local attractions and told us of other places to go also. His place is right on the ocean and on Saturday, we woke up to watch a bodyboarding competition right off of our balcony. Francisco has an awesome little place here and to be honest, im surprised he doesnt charge more. Our stay was worth way more than what we paid!! Thanks again Francisco!

10/10 recommend! It was even better than the pictures, beach right out the back door, super clean and groovy place. We loved the area as well. 9 AM check out is a bit early but they gave us until 10.

Francisco was amazing and extremely helpful. He helped us with finding last minute tours and things to do. He even reserved a tour for us and drove in front of us to one of the places. It was so nice and relaxing, especially with a baby. The place was very humid and made the drying of clothes difficult and most of the clothes we washed (not all) ended up smelling very mildew-y and moldy. So we had to re wash them at our next place. There’s only on AC in one bedroom and only one fan in the upper living space. I feel the kitchen and dining space and the second bedroom could use a fan, but it was okay overall. The ocean sounds never stop or quiet much, so that’s something to be aware of. It was a great stay overall.

Don Francisco and Doña Annelie are excellent people, the apartment is spectacular, very cozy, it is literally like being at home, all the amenities and a spectacular view of the sea. A central and safe place with easy access to different points of beaches and activities in Limon.

Fransisco and Anely are one of a kind host!!! We had such an amazing stay! The view is a 20/10, location is exactly what we were looking for everything you need but far enough to really feel like you are living the full Cost rica experience! We highly recommend Limon and this beautiful place. We don’t think the picture make justice of how beautiful the view is! We felt very secure and can’t wait to come back!!!

Francisco is an outstandingly open and heartwarming host! His place is directly at the beach with a stunning view over playa bonita.

Absolutely perfect, beach just a few steps away, amazing hosts who know true definition of hospitality. They each took us around to town and to see parts slightly out of town we wouldn’t have known existed without them. The apartment was clean, comfortable, convenient and even had A.C. We can’t wait to return soon. Thank you for a lovely time and the great memories.

Francisco and Ann are terrific hosts who go above and beyond. The view is amazing and there is a very relaxing vibe. If you swim, surf, or just like looking at the ocean this is the place for you!

Good beach front property where you can park your car behind a security gate. Our hosts (Francisco/Anne) were very welcoming, generous and helpful. The view from the balcony is lovely, and each bedroom had its own Aircon. The kitchen is moderately stocked, but should be enough to get by.

Excellent service - view , cleanliness and kindness .Very convenient that the hosthas a taxi - beautiful view - and access to beach and two Resturants .Ill be back

Francisco is always helpful, you can reach him at any time and he will take you anywhere with his taxi at any time. The apartments are very clean, well furnished and always entertained. We have no complaints and will be visiting Francisco again. There are few tourists at Playa Bonita and the beach is practically only frequented by locals. There are also buses to the city of Puerto Limon every hour. We recommend Francisco to everyone at any time.
