This was probably the best AirBnB we have stayed in. It was beautiful , it was steps to a lovely pool, children’s pool and hot tub. A few more steps to a perfect beach . The condo was beautifully decorated , bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Tina was helpful and responded to any question we had immediately. We loved the town. It really was perfect in every way

Fantastic place! Right on the beach, plenty of space, and great climate control. We loved that the condo was well decorated and appointed with everything we needed for our short stay. And the beds...everyone commented about how well they slept!

The place was truly wonderful, exceeded our expectations. It was wonderfully furnished and everything we needed was there. The pool was really great. And right outside that was a wonderful beach with great waves to swim in and body surf. Couldn’t have asked for a wonderful location And place to stay.

Loved it!

Had an awesome quick stay for 3 days of surfing at La Lancha, Burros, and Stinkys. When the waves were right we could surf a 1 min walk away. The place was very clean, with really nice mattresses and sheets, the deck right to the pool / beach and the views were fantastic. Having the garage available allowed us to leave surf boards on our vehicle. Check in was great with great responsiveness and support from the owner. Super quick drive to La Lancha and Burros.

We had a great stay at Tina's place - AGAIN! This was our second time staying here and loved it. we were worried about the summer heat but the ocean water was incredibly clear with a pool and ground floor place. It is hard to beat Tina's unit and has become our favorite place in Punta Mita. We have been coming to Punta Mita for years and really appreciate working with Tina. Not only is the place great she is a wonderful host. If this place matches your travel dates, don't miss the opportunity to stay there.

Wow. Wow. Wow! Our group of 3 couples absolutely loved staying at Tina's condo in Punta Mita! The condo is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and spacious. The view! Just, wow! The ground floor provides a beautiful view of the waves, the ocean and the coastline to the left. The grassy area, pool and beach are just steps away. The location is lots of fun of with great restaurants and cute shops just .25 to .5 mile walk away. There is even easy surfing and board rental just down the beach. No drive needed. Tina was an exceptional host. She provided great recommendations in advance for transport, private chef, etc. Her instructions pre-trip and during were detailed and helpful. She was responsive when there were minor issues. All quickly resolved. We couldn't have asked for more! Can't wait to plan our next trip to Tina's condo!

We had an amazing stay at Tina and Peter’s condo in Punta Mita! The location is absolutely perfect — very secure location, short walk to all shops and restaurants, right on the beach, with short walk to sand beaches for swimming and longboarding. We had great surf conditions all week and did several boat trips from the marina which is also a short walk from the condo. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with a pristine pool and lush grounds that are cleaned and cared for daily by a very attentive caretaker. Peter went above and beyond by helping us arrange a fantastic set of surfboards for the week at a very reasonable cost, which made our surf sessions even more enjoyable. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing, hassle-free vacation, and we felt truly at home. We’re already looking forward to returning and wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Tina and Peter again. Highly recommended!

I have stayed at many places in Punta Mita and Tina’s place was one of the best I have experienced. The place has three amazing bedrooms, a great kitchen with all the necessities, great patio and comfortable places to sit throughout the condo. The ocean front pool and ground floor is perfect for a family stay. Honestly, it was worth every peso we paid and couldn’t recommend this place more! If it is available book today, don’t delay!

A Perfect Getaway with Stunning Ocean and Pool Views Our stay at this Airbnb was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking ocean and pool views. The home's decoration was impeccable, blending style and comfort seamlessly. The beds were incredibly comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep after days filled with adventure. To top it all off, the near-by restaurant was fantastic, offering delicious meals with excellent service. We can't wait to return!

We can’t say enough great things about Tina’s place. The location was great, with the pool and ocean just a few steps away. Tina and Peter were very accomodating and responsive. We loved listening to the waves and watching whales and boats from deck. Very relaxing and peaceful, just what we needed! The condo itself was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The walk to town was only 5-10 minutes away. The town has some amazing restaurants.

Tina and her property are dreamy! We loved her space so much, that we booked it in '24 & '25. She has a beautiful and well stocked cook's kitchen for those who like to cook. The views, the sounds, the quiet nature of the property, the proximity to beach and town - it's all utterly perfect. And Tina is the best!

Usually we stay in great locations, with a decent dwelling. This time was pure luxury. I felt like we were living in a magazine photo shoot. The space is absolutely amazing. Each room was completely private, and the living room was a gem. The location was mind-blowing - the home, the pool, the hot tub, the ocean. We had to pinch ourselves when stepping out of the elevator - and this unit was the best in the 12 unit complex, by far.

This place was perfect! The ocean was just steps away and the sound of the waves was so soothing. Private pool and hot tub was very nice. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Very clean. Tina was very responsive and gave great recommendations. Spot on! Would book again in a heartbeat! We loved this property!

We enjoyed our first trip to Punta Mita and visited several other quaint towns/beaches within 20-25 minutes from Tina's home, which was great . We also ate at a few restaurants in walking distance. We enjoyed the pool and beach, massages right outside the back patio door . Overall very nice vacation and home, it was also a pleasure to meet Bill and his wife from upstairs. This place was so beautiful on the beach and with a pool. The decor was comfortable and had lots of amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with incidentals. So happy !

Tina’s place was wonderful! It was perfect for 3 generations of our family. My husband’s parents were comfortable, the location and views incredible wonderful and our kids loved the pool. Everything was clean and the space was amazing. Having access to A/C, laundry, water, the pool and ocean was perfect. Several great restaurants are within walking distance, and a sandy beach for swimming is very close by. Tina was an excellent host and we will definitely return.

Tina's place was spacious and bright! It has direct access to the beach and other amenities likes the pool and the jacuzzi. The location is super peaceful for a secluded getaway. Within medium walk distance is the town center where there is not much presence of franchises but local shops and vendors can be found. The interior of the property is artistically decorated that the thoughts and love that the owner had devoted is heart felt! There are a lot of art both on the wall and on the floor that look absolutely gorgeous(but be careful don't knock them off passing through). Last but not the least, the host and the property manager were very responsive and professional. We did have an unfortunate incident at the property where a swing chair got unstable and fell on a glass sliding door and broke it. The folks were super efficient and professional dealing with it so our vacation was not impacted a lot. We did end up paying the cost, but we are thankful the business was not interrupted!

We needed a relaxing vacation and this WAS IT! This place was spectacular and exceeded every expectation. We walked everywhere and loved being able to explore just right outside the front door! The pool was amazing! We met some of the neighbors and they were very friendly! Tina the host 5 stars!!! She was very friendly and helpful! We are coming back for sure! Amazing time!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay! The condo is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We loved that each room was spacious and had individual bathrooms. The view is stunning and so peaceful. We enjoyed private daily massages right on the beach in front of the condo! So many great restaurants just minutes away too. Overall wonderful stay and would definitely rebook in the future!

The only bad part was we had to finally leave. This home is extremely comfortable and accommodating. We loved it! If you have a rental car do not rent anything bigger than a small SUV as parking is tight, but it’s great to have the parking in the first place. Tina was very responsive and other home owners in the complex asked us if we needed anything to let them know. Hospitality all around. We hope to be back sooner than later.

I can’t say enough positive things about Tina’s place. It truly exceeded our expectations. The location couldn’t have been better. Just a couple steps to pool and ocean. We loved sleeping to the sound of the crashing waves and watching whales from deck all day long. Such a feeling of serenity. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable and very well equipped with anything needed to cook at home. The walk to town was only 5-10 minutes away. The town has good shopping and some amazing higher end restaurants. And for those who want a more authentic experience, that’s available too. We loved walking through the local neighborhoods and enjoyed the many different Mexican food stands, fresh fruit smoothies etc. The local people are warm and welcoming. The beach in front of condo is somewhat rocky, but sandier beaches are only about a 5 minute walk away. Ocean temperature was warm and made for great swimming and paddle boarding. Strongly recommend!

My girlfriends and I stayed at Tina's for our annual Girls Trip. As an architect I really appreciated how beautiful the decor was - a super clean beach vibe with really interesting art. The kitchen is extremely well appointed, and we had everything we needed. We ate out a few nights but since we have a few cooks in our group we cooked and dined on the patio a couple nights as well. The bedrooms all have comfortable king beds and private baths. The one thing to keep in mind is that the beach is rocky which is great for finding pretty rocks and shells, but water shoes are helpful when getting into and out of the ocean. There is a tent right on the beach where they give wonderful massages at a very affordable price. It was so peaceful and magical. We'll be back!!!

Just an outstanding view of pool and the sea of Banderas across the whole back glass wall. Loved the small community feel of the 12 condos, great nearby restaurants. Perfect for 3 couples. Good massages right outside pool gate on beach. Very authentic peaceful feel to the whole area. Tina responded to every query so quickly. Really a great stay, would love to own one here!

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this great condo. The space is furnished beautifully and it's so comfortable. Everything was as advertised and Tina was super responsive and hospitable! We enjoyed being on the ground floor which made access to the pool deck and beach very easy. highly recommended!

This is one of the best AirBnb experiences that we have ever had. Tina is an amazing host; excellent, timely communication every step of the way. Regarding the place... We want to buy it! The pics on the listing give you a decent idea of how great the spot is, but when you get there it exceeds expectations. Super spacious and comfortable, and the ground floor unit basically gives you your own private pool and beach. I would give this a 12 star review if I could. We're already planning our next trip back.

A spotless property, beautifully decorated and with all the amenities, very comfortable. If there's one thing we could recommend to improve the experience, it would be to have a designated space in the kitchen for storing the supplies you bring to prepare meals. The kitchen was so well-stocked that we had to figure out how to make room for our own items, but this is just a small area for improvement. A wonderful property that makes you want to come back.

Stunning beach views, sounds and access! The condo was wonderful too. It felt like the pool and hot tub were in our own backyard. We loved our stay.

Beautiful location in a quite community. The other tenants were very very friendly and welcoming. The condo made us feel right at home and was set up with all amenities required to make for a very enjoyable stay. Often times it seemed like the entire complex was our own. Pool and hot tub were maintained everyday and the condo staff kept the complex clean and safe.

This condo was absolutely stunning, beautifully decorated, and exactly as advertised. The beach views were unbelievable. There were restaurants close by, and it was about a ten minute walk to the center of town. Tina was perhaps the best Airbnb host I have ever had. My car broke down during my stay, and I couldn't get a mechanic during the holiday weekend, so I turned to Tina and she bent over backwards to help me and my family. It was worth every penny, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wow! Brought my sister to Punta Mita for the first time. We walked in and stood at the entry just speechless. This place is beautiful inside and out. Great location, great view…its a condo complex and even though there were quite a few families there we still had plenty of privacy. A quick walk got is to restaurants and to water activities at the “marina”.

We had such an amazing trip at Tina's place!! We are already planning our trip back. The condo had everything we needed AND MORE. And the beach + pool area was truly unforgettable. If you are thinking about going to St Regis or other resorts "behind the gates", you honestly don't need to. This place has everything you are wanting and more and has way more value than the luxury resorts can offer

It is a very nice place, the view is spectacular even from inside the apartment. The decoration is super cozy, we loved everything very practical and functional. Very comfortable beds and everything is very clean. The managers of the place are very friendly and helpful. A very peaceful place with no hustle and bustle to rest. The location is close to where you take the tour to the Marietas. The pool is heated, the kitchen is super practical. It has covered parking for 1 vehicle. We really had an amazing time with our kids. We hope to be back soon!

This is an exceptional Air B&B property -- a beautiful and elegant vacation apartment immediately adjacent to a great swimming pool and beach. Everything about our stay was absolutely top.

I would give 6 stars if I could! The place is amazing. It's fully furnished & cozy. Beds were great. Location is outstanding! You are right on the beach and it's so convenient walking out the door to the pool or to check out the surf. Tina was the best hostess! She is extremely responsive, gave great recommendations, and went above and beyond. Two days before our trip, my wife broke her ankle, and she offered to fully refund our stay, which she did not have to do. In addition, my ATM card was not working and Tina was gracious enough to exchange money for me using Venmo a couple of times so we had pesos. If you have any hesitation on reserving this place, don't. We had an amazing stay!

Beautiful house, spacious, comfortable, the wonderful view is all very friendly in the Tina building, very attentive at all times, we hope to return very soon!
