Juan Carlos was incredibly responsive from pre-travel questions, arrival assistance and check-ins throughout our stay. His place (Sayan Beach Condo 1D) was even better than advertised. The complex was extremely safe with welcoming staff throughout the stay. 100% would recommend this place again.

Great location and food was delicious. Beach was tiny and rocky but we got our fix and then straight to the pool.

A truly wonderful stay. All you need in one place And all the facilities were excellent. It's one of the best Airbnb properties you'll find in Puerto Vallarta.

We exclusively seek out units in this building because of the amenities and peacefulness of the location. This unit is an end unit with lush foliage right over the balcony. Combined with the waves, this creates a perfect relaxation point.

This was a perfect place to stay and we'll return if the hosts allow us. The location is just south of the very busy parts of Zona Romatica. There is 24 hour staff at the front entrance, who greeted us day and night. We felt very safe staying here. Lots of cameras. Plenty of staff. Two pools. One on the rooftop. Two restaurants. Room service available. The food is fantastic! I recommend the lasagna. Trust me. The place was much more spacious than it appeared online, and the view from the very spacious balcony was a jaw-dropper, especially at night. We could see the fireworks from one of the nearby resorts. There were two ways to get into town to do the touristy things. One is a 5-minute walk on the beach that is accessible from the property, but there is a pretty steep hike on a rock to climb. It worked for us unless we were dressed up and going out on the town. For that we used Uber, and that was a 4-minute drive that cost only a couple of dollars. Overall - a PERFECT place to stay.

Even better than the pictures! Beautiful building. The location is perfect- walkable to town but peaceful and quiet and absolutely gorgeous!!!! We stayed with our 2 college kids and it was ideal. We had our own space but plenty of room to hang out together. I highly recommend!!!

There is no better place to stay in Puerto Vallarta than the Sayan if you are willing to stay slightly outside of the Romantic Zone. The Sayan has a rooftop and a beachside pool, ocean access, a well-priced restaurant, a fitness center and stunning views. We enjoyed staying in 1D - the three of us had our own bedroom and bathroom which was such a luxury. The bedrooms had ample storage space. The living room might benefit from a refurbishment. We had a few issues but overall we loved staying at the Sayan. The security guards - Mel, Hector, Jose and others - were delightful and helpful as was the restaurant staff.

The place is amazing in every way. Spacious rooms, equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and a large terrace with living and dining room with a magnificent view. The condominium has excellent amenities and the service is very good. The rooftop pool is the best part!

Loved our stay. The location could not have been better. The views are incredible. The pool was pristine and the restaurant and bar were always delicious, and it was a plus that they had vegan options for my dad. The host was great and set up a pack and play for our baby, and communicated great. Having the beach right outside was easy for our large group and everything was either walkable or a quick taxi away. Can’t wait to come back. I won’t stay anywhere else in PV anymore, this is by far our favorite Airbnb that we’ve stayed at anywhere in Mexico.

I had a fantastic stay at this beachfront condo in Puerto Vallarta. The location couldn’t be better right on the beach with stunning views from sunrise to sunset. The infinity pools are gorgeous and perfect for relaxing, and the bars on-site made it easy to enjoy a cocktail without leaving the property. I especially loved that they even had a pickleball court, which was such a fun bonus. Overall, it’s a beautiful spot with everything you need for a great vacation. Highly recommend!

This condo in Vallarta was worth every penny—it felt like paradise from the moment I checked in. The staff at the lobby were very helpful, and so was the host. Honestly, it felt more like a 5-star hotel than a condo. It has its own private beach, a pool/bar/restaurant on the ground floor, and another pool and bar on the rooftop. You can walk to the Malecón in about 15–20 minutes along the beach, or it’s just a 5-minute taxi ride—everything is really close by. The condo was super clean and had everything I needed. The view from the balcony was perfect. You really couldn’t ask for more—it’s one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, and I would definitely stay here again.

Best air BNB I have taken my family to so far

What a beautiful property! Our family of four (with 2 kids age 6&3) had a lovely visit to Sayan beach apartments unit 1D. The location is amazing! We appreciated having beach access with a short walk to zona romantica, yet being away from the party scene. The building has 3 pools, 2 bars and a restaurant with actually pretty great food. With 2 hungry kids (especially first thing in the morning and after long swimming days), it is super convenient to have that option. Plus, piñadas by the pool are always nice :) The unit was clean and big and had a ridiculously beautiful view. We enjoyed watching the sunset and listening to the waves crash from the balcony. So much seating inside and out, no shortage of anything from towels to tp to nespresso pods. We appreciate that kind of thing! The hosts and all staff were so warm and hospitable. I also got a massage at the spa by Sara and it was top notch. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend

We loved our stay at the Sayan Besch condominium. From the first moment, they were very friendly, attentive and always willing to help. The accommodation was impeccable, exactly as in the photos or even better! With all the details thought out to make us feel at home. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and we especially appreciate the local recommendations he gave us. It was a real pleasure to stay here and we would definitely come back in the future. Booking here was a great choice for our group. The building has decent food and drinks with great service; on a couple of evenings we had the pool and bartender all to ourselves for the beautiful sunset. It’s a pleasant walk along the beach during the day to the romantic zone, although at night we often opted for a quick uber or taxi ride. I highly recommend the property and this host in particular, who was very friendly and accommodating.

I had the pleasure of staying at this condo, and words cannot adequately describe its beauty and impeccable design. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and issue-free. The views and location were perfectly suited for my family and me, offering proximity to town while being just outside the main tourist area. The rooftop views were truly breathtaking and among the most spectacular I have ever seen. The pool area was consistently quiet, which was ideal for our group of five. The private beach was merely steps away, making our overall experience a perfect 10/10. This place is great. My family and I had a great time. My nephew and niece loved the pool. The access to the beach was great. The restaurant and staff were always helpful. Mauricio gave us good advice as to what restaurants to go to.

If they offered 10 stars - that’s what I would rate this stay. Absolutely incredible place. It starts with meeting the concierge (magnificent) - he is your main contact once you are inside and he will take care of your every need or wish. Once you finish up with the concierge one of the owners shows you the place and gives you a rundown/suggestions, keys etc. The communication with the owner was very good too but the story here is the space itself…..amazing. This spot is incredible. Spotlessly clean, spacious, tremendous view, the in house amenities are fantastic, the beach is gorgeous and somewhat secluded. Words cannot explain how awesome this place is; if I could afford to buy it - I would immediately. We’ve been to a lot of places around the world and this is by far the very best that we have ever rented. Hope to find this available again someday.

The property is a 10/10. We have always loved this area and were happy to find the perfect condo. Beautiful complex, property had everything we needed, safe, close to the beach and walkable to town. If you’re looking to visit PV this is the spot.

Amazing modern architecture! Truly over the Top. Gorgeous rooftop infinity pool , restaurant and bar overlooking the city all the way to Los Arcos. Jaw dropping unit and views. I would highly recommend this. Walking distance to the Romantica district with wonderful dining and shops. everything you have ever dreamt of. Would definitely come back and recommend it to others.

Very safe, guarded and secured complex. Condo itself was very luxurious and spacious. Multiple infinity pools & hot tubs were really crystal clean. Food & beverage services were reasonably priced and high quality. Staff was very helpful and deserves all the credit. Oceanfront huge balcony was the center of the attraction. Private beach access, beach is small but was more than enough for us. Gym, Pickleball court, tennis court & much more for the guests to enjoy. We will definitely stay there again.

Sayan Beach is just stunningly beautiful. The photos show it very accurately. The condo is so clean, comfortable and well equipped, but the views and the pools are incredible. I fully expected the pools to be swarmed with other guests and that was never the case. From our deck we listened to the surf and occasionally even saw whales breach and stingrays jumping. Perfect weather from start to finish, we never closed the doors from the first day we checked in. The old town in Zona Romántica is beautiful to explore and most easily accessed by foot on the beach or by bus on the road. There you can find all the expected tourist traps, but also a very authentic feel of the city once you really start to walk around and explore. Even after several days out and about we barely scratched the surface on other adventures/explorations that interested us. But it was always a pleasure to return to the condo / pools / cocktail hour.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sayan Beach!! The facilities are amazing, with multiple pools, beach access, a restaurant and 2 bars. The staff was so attentive and helpful. Christian went above and beyond to help us stock the kitchen with groceries, and arrange for a 4-course meal with a private chef. We walked into town via the beach a couple of times, which was only about a 15-minute walk. The unit was spacious and we loved the balcony area. Highly recommend staying here!

Christian's place was a beautiful place to stay. The building has a beautiful of the ocean and PV. The staff at Sayan Beach are wonderful and were super nice and accommodating. Catching the sunset from the rooftop infinity pool was definitely a highlight. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a welcoming experience at Sayan Beach where we were greeted by their friendly staff which was available 24/7 and always helpful. Christian gave us a tour of the condo and all its amenities such as the rooftop pool, lower level pool, restaurant, and gym which were all really nice. The condo has a beautiful view of the pool and ocean from the balcony, and the rooftop an even better view of the beach. The rooms were all extremely spacious and clean. We ate a few times at the restaurant which was delicious and relatively inexpensive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommended to anyone who would like a place that is peaceful but still within a 5-10 minute ride to the center where all the activities and food are located.

Christians place was exactly as described. Everyone from Christian, security and the restaurant staff were very welcoming and made the stay wonderful.

There's not enough words to describe Christian's place. His condo is beautiful and immaculate, well taken care of. Everything you need is in one place you'll be close to everything and at the same time you'll have your privacy. Our check in started from the moment we landed on PV to the time our uber got to our Airbnb. Mauricio, our co-host was in communication w/us making sure of a smooth transition from airport to final location. When we got to our Airbnb concierge/security was already expecting us to help with our luggage and let me tell you, we received the most warmest and professional welcoming from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Mauricio our co-host gave us a tour of the property, explained the dynamic of the place as a whole, he gave us amazing recommendations and answered every question we had, best host we've ever had. Believe me if you want to feel like royalty with high-end amenities Christian's condo is the place for you. You will not be disappointed.

Oh my, this place is truly amazing! My friends and I (6 total) stayed here for 4 nights and didn’t want to leave. Great welcome by Mauricio, who showed us around and had a welcome bottle of wine. The pools, restaurant, gym, views, beaches were all incredible. It was easy to get into town and felt like a slice of paradise to come back to. Would highly recommend and we will be back!!

1000 characters aren’t enough to describe this wonderful experience. Plus the host was there when we checked in. Super friendly & gave us recommendations. It was beyond clean, quiet, peaceful. The view was truly beautiful. The security helped us take our luggage to the room, loved having them there 24/7. It was a girls trip, so we felt super safe and secured. They even counted how many of us would leave & how many of us stayed. The food at the restaurant was also delicious and very affordable.

Hands down an amazing experience! The location is very convenient and the view is absolutely amazing! I did not want to leave! We had an issue with the fridge but the hosts were very responsive and accommodating as soon as they were made aware of the issue they were out taking a look at what could be done to fix it. I cannot and I mean cannot even say how amazing this location was! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will definitely return

Photos don't do it justice! The views (sunset/sunrise) from the huge balcony is priceless and worth the price alone. Stayed here with the family for 5 nights (5 people in total) and there was more than enough room for all of us. The place is big and one of the most stocked AirBnB's we have ever stayed at. The place is like a hotel but without the chaos (i.e. gym, two pools, restaurant, room service, security). And the "private" beach is one of the best spots in PV in my opinion. Location wise you're relatively close to Zona Romantica (15 min walk) where you'll find plenty of bars and restaurants. Another 5 min walk will get you to Centro. Footpath down to the main area isn't that safe so I'd recommend taxi or one of the booking apps (InDrive or Uber). Very affordable! I'd recommend using InDrive for short distances (i.e. Zona Romantica) as can negotiate price with driver beforehand. Only difference between InDrive and Uber is InDrive is 100% Cash Payment.

You cannot go wrong with This condo. It was probably the cleanest airbnb I’ve ever rented. The views are breathtaking. The staff is extremely kind and helpful in all ways. 10/10 recommend and would return.

Beautiful condo with gorgeous views. The pool area is lovely and having the restaurant onsite was so convenient. Christian was incredibly responsive and super helpful. It’s a bit of a hike to town bc the direct road is still closed but still walkable..good exercise!

Very nice Condo the pool and restaurant on the lower level was awesome. Easy access to the beach in front of the condo as well as walking distance to Blue chairs and other beach restaurants. Christian was extremely nice and always messaged me prior and during our stay. The only disappointment was the rooftop pool and restaurant were closed due to remodeling construction. Overall me and my friends loved the Condo.

Great host great facility. People who work there are so friendly and kind. Especially Jose at the reception was 10/10. Only thing was that rooftop pool became unavailable due to maintenance after we reserved and close to our arrival date. The host communicated clearly before our arrival. It was not their control. Still, we enjoyed other amenities. Pool downstairs was fantastic and so was the restaurant by the pool. It is further if you walk along the road but you can cut through the beach. Much faster to get to the romantic zone. We want to go back when the rooftop construction is completed and happy to stay at the same unit. Oh! We also recommend getting massage at this building. They have spa but also accommodate getting one inside of the condo. We all got massages in the ocean view balcony. Thumbs up.

Beautiful apartment, amazing Roof top pool and views (and bar), along with a great pool area on the 1st floor when you want a bit more shade. I'd highlight the location by far. Very private and peaceful, yet a short walk to all the great restaurants and nightlife, while just steps down to the beach. Highly recommend over all!!

Wow! As others have mentioned in reviews, this place is stunning! Once you walk in the door the beautiful view is present. The layout of the place is also perfect. It has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, giving ample space and privacy to all that share the space together. I couldn’t recommend this place more. The host (Christian) is amazing and so are all the wonderful staff at the property. They take care of you from the moment you arrive. Wonderful stay! Don’t hesitate to book, you’ll be extremely happy with your choice.

This place is amazing! Looked even better in person then it did in photos. Great amenities, has a restaurant for pool drinks and meals. Has free parking and security. Great location as you have a little private beach, gorgeous ocean view, walking distance to romantica zone where there’s so many restaurants, and a few blocks away from an Oxxo. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay at this Airbnb was exceptional. The accommodations were wonderfully comfortable, creating a cozy haven for relaxation. The on-site restaurant impressed us with its superbly prepared food, each dish a delightful culinary journey. What truly stood out was the drink service by the pool — flawless and attentive, it added a touch of luxury to our days. In all, this Airbnb provided a perfect blend of comfort, gastronomy, and service, making it a highly recommendable destination.

Amazing condo, just south of Zona Romantica. Everything we needed was walkable (and along the beach), with stunning views from every part of the condo unit and the building itself. Hosts/ and condo staff were all very very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Recommendations were great, and the amenities in the condo/building were amazing! The only downside to our stay was that the checkout time on the listing was hours later than when we were told we needed to be out of the unit, putting us into a bit of a scramble. But, that didn't diminish our overall experience enough to warrant a negative review. Everything else was wonderful!

Wonderful accommodations!!! You can’t miss out on this condo when looking to stay in Vallarta. The staff on property are so kind and welcoming. The amenities make the value for the property something you can’t beat! Very friendly hosts who meet you upon arrival and provide anything you need. Would highly recommend. Restaurant staff are also great. The views from the condo are gorgeous as well as from the rooftop which we really enjoyed. Very comfortable bedding and spacious, perfect for families. The entire building is clean and has a resort feel. Walking distance to one of PV’s best beaches Conchas chinas and 5 min drive into the heart of the romantic zone. Our trip was even better because of this place!! Thank you!!

We had a fantastic time at Juan Carlos and Christian’s condo. The views from the condo and the building are beautiful. The furnishings were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The staff at the building are very friendly, especially the concierge who were extremely helpful during our stay and in particular, Hector and Jose! Juan Carlos was very responsive if we needed to get in touch. On a few occasions we seemed to run out of hot water but it typically replenished itself within an hour or two. Overall we had a great time and would certainly hope to come back on a future visit.

So peaceful and quiet on the property and everything is immaculately clean in the unit. Also great drinks and food at restaurant on site.

Christian and Juan Carlos were amazing hosts. The condo has breathtaking ocean front views as you walk into the door. It came equipped with everything you would need to be comfortable during your stay. The security and concierge staff at Sayan were also wonderful, especially Mel. The location was perfect as it is just a short 5 min drive or cab ride to zona romántica and los muertos but far enough to have some peace and quiet. The condo has amazing views Day and night of the city, malecón, and pier. It was tastefully and thoughtfully furnished to appeal to both families with small children or adults only. I will be returning!

Christian’s condo is located in a beautiful, secure part just south of playa de los muertos. In the daytime, we found it easy to walk over to several of the beach clubs, and at night we could use taxis or very inexpensive Ubers to get into the action. We loved the retractable wall between the living room and large patio overlooking the ocean, infinity pool, and a beautiful tree that brought peaceful birdsong to the unit. AC was great, laundry as well. The kitchen was well equipped, and shower pressure was incredible. When our kitchen sink had low pressure, the property manager was able to fix the issue right away. The condo also has unbelievably nice rooftop and beachside pools and hot tubs, with towel service and meals/drinks you can charge back to your room and pay at checkout- a resort like experience.

We had a great stay Christian's Sayan Beach Condo. Really nice staff on site (Mel), great and affordable restaurant/bar, and a really nice roof top pool/bar. Great beach access and it's actually the fastest way to get to and from PV. I'd definitely stay again and would recommend to everyone.

The Sayan condo is the best luxury condos that we have stayed at in PV. We loved the rooftop pool and bar, as well as the pool/hot tub/restaurant on the lower level. Food was good. Service was great. The condo was spotless, just as it was described, and had a great ocean view where we watched whales jumping from the balcony. We would highly recommend this property to everyone looking for luxury but close to the romantic zone.

I booked this for an aunt looking for a relaxing, beautiful place to spend the holidays. Christian and the staff in the building were so helpful, attentive, and made sure my aunt was superbly well taken care of. Everything exceeded expectations and I cannot thank Christian and Victor enough for everything they did to make her trip unforgettable.

The condo was gorgeous, clean, and very spacious. The pictures do not do it justice! The on-site bar and restaurant included room service and the staff was very friendly. The infinity pool on the roof and ground floor gym plus the pools was almost enough to make us not want to leave! We had a great time, easy check-in and check-out and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

It comes with everything you need, just stop at a market on the way in for drinks and food. 7 minute walk to the center of town, with great restaurant choices and bars. The Sayan is an amazing building with great amenities - 2 bars with food service, 2 pools, and a really nice gym... with a masseuse! All very reasonably priced. Chris and his team had great customer service and were very quick to respond. Highly recommend.
