Stay was fine. Location was convenient and close to beach, check-in and out was easy. Unfortunately after booking we discovered the place does NOT have hot water despite what the listing said, while the water wasn't freezing cold and we were fine using it, we were disappointed in the discrepancy. Also, not sure if all the pillow cases were the cleanest. While I was fine, my partner woke up with irritated skin on one side of her face and an eye stye. She has no allergies and we didn't have this issue anywhere else during our 2 week trip through Central America so we assume it was a dirty pillow.

It was a quiet place with a very good shared kitchen with all facilities. The water tap in the kitchen was also a nice addition. It is a bit of a walk to the beach of Uvita (20 minutes). The room smelled a bit like chlorine but it was well cleaned! We had a nice stay.

Great value. Private kitchen with everything you need and a clean pool. Beautiful common area. If you arrive, you have to go on a very bad road with many potholes. Smoking is not permitted on the premises, even if it rains outside you will be referred to an unprotected area.

rooms and macaws is a great option for singles ,couples or even families on a budget. the outdoor kitchen is clean well equipped and just fun. there are many good markets a short car ride away and a manageable walk....The macaws came every day to hang on trees on the property and we also had Toucans! Quiet clean and convenient.

We had such a great time in Uvita. The place was amazing and we really enjoyed Swimming in the pool. Victor and his family were very kind and made us some delicious pizza :) we would definitely come again

the description was very accurate. this is a budget room in an amazing location. the room was clean and the bed was the most comfortable in costa rica so far for me. check in was easy and communication was great, parking right outside my room inside of a gated parking lot. my only complaint is no hot water, but I was ok! Pura vida

really nice comfortable and quiet little cabins with an excellent shared outdoor kitchen. Also 2 macaws come almost everyday to eat from Victor and Gabriel's almond tree.

Good warm atmosphere...very nice garden with pool...the outdoor kitchen was super equipped...very relaxed friendly/ helpful host family, large and clean rooms...

Great place , loved staying there. A great family. They are attentive and respond quickly to your requests . They make sure you are comfortable and it is very appreciated . I would recommend to anyone .
