Such a beautiful place with gorgeous views! Right next to town. Only thing is you have to drive up a pretty steep dirt hill with construction which was unexpected but worth it for the views! Loved our stay!

We had a fantastic time at this apartment. The cleanliness was outstanding—it was literally sparkling clean. Our host was very supportive and always available to help with any questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Good to know. The beach in Tamarindo is well known for its surf community. Swimming in the ocean is still possible. Great water.

A place with a prime location, close to everything but ideally secluded; the facilities have everything you need. And Julliam was a superb host, available at all times, accommodating, and attentive to helping us or assisting us with whatever we needed... 🩵

Wonderful stay in Tamarindo. Beautiful view from our private balcony. Very short walk to the beach, did not mind the steep climb up the road. Wildlife was nice to see, iguanas, birds, even saw a howler monkey in the distance. Pool was quiet and relaxing after a long day at the beach. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Would absolutely stay here again.

Julliam’s place met our expectations. We easily walked down to the beach and restaurants. It was a great pleasure to spend time in the balcony upstairs at night and watch iguanas eating the flowers during the day.

We had a lovely stay at Julliam’s place. The house was super neat and clean. We were also able to use the laundry service for free, which was really great. Being able to use the swimming pool was also a real luxury.

Julliam was such a lovely host - extremely responsive and helpful, even when our flight was cancelled and we had to extend our trip. The stay and the complex were amazing and very clean. The pool was cleaned daily and the trash is picked up from the apartment every other day. As two women, we felt extremely safe and walked to downtown daily with no issues. Only note is the stay, although only a 10 minute walk to downtown, does include 3 hills and two of them are unpaved - just a note for accessibility. We had a few Ubers drive us up one hill and drop us off, as the remaining two were too steep for low profile cars. Just a note though, we had no problem on the journey down 🤗

The setting is beautifully wooded. Beautiful swimming pools at the foot of palm trees and coconut trees The house is very clean The kitchen is quite basic and very hot because it faces south. The terrace from the bedrooms is lovely.

Thanks to Julliam for always being attentive to our stay, we had a great time these days, it is the second time we have stayed, we looked for it for the security and tranquility that the place gives us.

Super well positioned a short walk from the beach. Safe place and close to clubs in the city. The pool and furniture were super friendly! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook!

Lovely 2 week stay. Everything we needed. Very clean. Pleasant staff. Really enjoyed coffee on balcony in the mornings.

Very nice quiet place! The pool is a plus because it allows you to rest. All within walking distance. Really perfect! Julliam is a very responsive host and advises us on what to see and do around.

It was a beautiful house that was a little up the hill, so we had a wonderful view from the balcony. Super close to the main street and the beach, so we didn't have to use the car at all while we were there. It was really nice with the pool when we needed to relax and wanted to get away from the beach. We had our own guard iguana😅. We can 100 percent recommend the place

The place is very nice and very conveniently located; everything in Tamarindo is nearby. The air conditioning works perfectly. Everything was very clean and with a pleasant aroma. In addition, the details in the sanitary services demonstrate the effort and good attention to the guest. Highly recommended.

Very nice spot

It had many of the amenities indicated and more that I did not expect it to have. The place is quiet and you can disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city. The road to get there is a bit difficult for low cars, but we went in the rainy season

The location of the house is excellent as it is far from the center itself but less than 5 minutes from the beach, the only thing is that the entrance street is a bit damaged and it is only safe to enter by car, as it has no lighting and is isolated. Julliam was super attentive to what we needed and the house was very clean and tidy with everything you need for your stay.

The place is beautiful. The pool is very clean. The people who work there are very friendly. A very quiet area. Easy to access supermarkets, beach and shops in general.

Pleasant, safe, quiet accommodation: away from traffic and crowds, 5-10 min walk to all activities and the beach (note, the access road is rather). 2 pleasant and discreet employees are present during the day on the site (except Sundays).

We stayed a couple of days in this house, the condominium is very nice, close to the tourist area, if you don't bring a car, you have to walk a good stretch uphill, in general everything was very good, we could stay here again.

An excellent experience Our stay was just perfect. From the moment we arrived, the place was spotlessly clean, well-equipped and as shown in the photos. The bed was very comfortable, the wifi worked perfectly, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host was very attentive and was always available for any questions. He gave us local recommendations that really made a difference on our trip. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Apartment is great! Easy to reach - you are down at the beach within a few minutes. But it is also a lot of fun to use the pool with great views. The apartment has everything you need and was super clean! The wildlife is particularly noteworthy: we saw monkeys, lizards, squirrels and many birds. We would definitely recommend Julliam and the apartment. Thanks again:)

I thought they were individual buildings based on the picture but it’s just like any apartments which are next to others. We also came back to our apartment super clean one day which was amazing but it would have been nice to have been notified about it since we had a lot of stuff out. Otherwise staff was great and place felt safe which was perfect.

We loved staying at Julliam’s place. It looked even better in person and we had plenty of spice for the 3 of us. The kitchen was well stocked and the place was very clean. Location was great. We never needed to drive during our time in Tamarindo and walked to the beach and restaurants. There is a bit of a short hill to get to the apartment, but easily doable for the average person. Julliam was quick to respond and provided great recommendations. We would stay here again if ever in Tamarindo.

The one bathroom could be very tight for tall guests. For us, everything went great! From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the sea. The pool always offered us a great way to cool off.

We liked our stay, really nice pool and atmosphere! Unfortunately we did not know that we can’t bring guests and we apologize for that but other than that everything you need was there!:) with a little own terrace and close to the beach ☺️

Nestled away in nature, gorgeous grounds and lovely pool. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Super clean, excellent WiFi, hot water, comfy bed, shared AC and functional kitchen. Julliam was responsive with a small plumbing issue that was resolved quickly and we truly appreciated her immediate attention. We will definitely return back and grateful for their hospitality once again. This will be our humble home away from home. Thank you for hosting our family!

During our aqu Costa Rica stay, we stayed two nights at Julliam's place. A real little paradise 3 minutes from the sea. The terrace of Julliam's apartments is also superb and was very popular with its beautiful pool.

We were just three nights but everything was perfect, exactly what is advertised, súper accesible to all of tamarindo has to offer

Great place with amazing views, great pool and well located. We were able to walk into town despite toddler and baby. The accommodation is a bit out of date but it did not bother us. Julliam had many good tips for the area and even the laundry was washed for free twice. We would definitely recommend the place!

Hosts and staff were supper friendly and very responsive. We looked for central accommodations to northern Costa Rica to call home base and this place in Tamarindo was a great home base. Able to walk to great restaurants and to the beach and drive to other attractions. Would stay at this location again. Nice place and walkable to the beach and restaurants

Peaceful, comfortable, and in a great spot! We walked to the beach in the mornings, relaxed in the awesome pool as we rested, and then walked back into Tamarindo for dinner. Julliam provides incredible recommendations for food and beaches that absolutely made our time more enjoyable. Everyone was very friendly and even in a safe area, we felt at peace staying in a gated complex.

Perfect place ! It has everything close, clean, attentive host and good atmosphere. 100% recommended. 👌🏻
