We had a wonderful stay at Casa Promesa. The house was beautifully appointed and the views were amazing. Plenty of room for our two families. Communication began a week before arrival with many helpful tips and links. I would highly recommend Casa Promesa to anyone visiting Sayulita.

We had an amazing vacation, traveling with three teenagers isn't easy and this location was perfect! just steps away from the beach and an easy walk into town this location was perfect for our teens - lots to do in town, amazing restaurants, great food and tons a unique shops. northside cafe was just around the corner which was a perfect start to our days. the villa had plenty of space for the 5 of us. as mentioned in previous review, this villa is right next to the pool with is shared with other condos/villas so if you are looking for privacy this might not be the location for you. we enjoyed all the activity! the villa is an open concept but very secure and when you are in the rooms it is very quite! communication was outstanding I highly recommend booking Amy's place and a trip to Sayulita!

We stayed five nights with three kids in the best house in the complex, right next to the pool. It’s very family-friendly and kid-friendly, though the open stairs required supervision. The host is super responsive, and the cleaning person came on the days that they said they were gonna come, but it would’ve been more helpful Had they showed up earlier. Especially since they’re bringing breakfast.

The team that cares for the property was very responsive to all our questions and needs. The location is perfect for access to the pool and beach. Having all our adult children and their spouses/families in one home together, was great! We all had our space to spread out. The quick walk to great restaurants and central Sayulita is the bonus!

Wow! What a beautiful home!! Perfect ocean front views. Plenty of space for everyone! A/C was just what we needed after our days in the sun! Plenty of amazing restaurants just a few steps out of the gate!! The host and housekeepers were responsive and so helpful with all of our questions! We felt so grateful that we chose this home for our vacation!!

Better than the photos! Each room has super comfy beds, strong AC, and a full bathroom. 10/10 stay! If you are a super light sleeper: you may want earplugs as some other guests were a little noisy at the pool. All other nights, we got to fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean.

Rented for part of our wedding party & the stay was great. Prime location on the beautiful north side beach.

Great location. Perfect for teens. Steps from the beach and town. Loved that kitchen level is on the second floor as it felt more private. The management company on site in Sayulita was responsive and friendly. We even had a medical emergency (allergic reaction) and they went above and beyond to make sure needed treatment was received. They stayed with us to translate with paramedics and then rode their motorcycle alongside the ambulance and accompanied us into the ER to make sure everyone involved spoke English.

We were so excited to start our extended family vacation at Amy’s place. Communication was excellent, super attentive and helpful right up to check in. Unfortunately our trip was cancelled due to the unrest in Puerto Vallarta on the day of arrival. With no obligation to do so, Amy refunded our entire stay. We hope to book this beautiful spot next year when circumstances are different. Thank you for your compassion Amy:)

We had an amazing stay at Casa Promesa! We were greeted by the staff who walked us through the property, we had housekeeping every other day with fresh fruit, and breakfast dropped off, and they were super responsive with restaurant recommendations and vehicle transport back-and-forth to the airport. Additionally, we were stuck in Sayulita for a few days following some civil rest resulting in an airport closure that was completely unexpected. The team was very helpful with extending our stay and communicating with us constantly on the statuses of the airport as well as transportation and amenities within town. They even came out to troubleshoot a Wi-Fi issue. The home is beautiful with ocean views in a very quiet pool right out front and I highly recommend this property to anyone with kids. Not only is the property amazing but the management team is one of the best I’ve experienced and one that I would hire if I had my own property.

My friends and I had a great stay! The location is phenomenal - being so close to the beach - and the house itself is lovely! The beds were comfortable which can be hard to find, and the bathrooms and kitchen were great. We especially loved the showers. Do note that parts of the house are open air so it's not the most private spot, if that's what you're looking for. We would most definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to get away from it all. Plenty of room in the kitchen/dinning area. Quick and convenient access to the beach and town. Want to go back.

A super nice, spacious, clean villa very close to the beach, in the best area of Zayulita, and with the pool on one side, with all the necessary amenities and much more than you could ask for, chopped fruit, yogurt, granola, coffee, beers and other complimentary drinks from the host that made us feel very pampered and eager to return.

A perfect place to spend time in sayulita. The villa was clean, modern and has the best location. Walkable to town, beautiful pool and right on the ocean. The staff was great as well. Looking forward to coming back!

This Casa was ridiculously amazing. You can’t ask for a better location. Front row right at the pool and steps away from the beach. The top penthouse king bedroom and patio has an outdoor shower was so cool. I highly highly recommend this place! So close and walkable to town for restaurants and bars!

This was a beautiful spot just north of the city center—safe, walkable, and secure. The property had a gorgeous pool with direct beachfront access, and the space itself was very roomy, making it perfect for couples. The hosts were incredibly responsive; they even helped us during an allergy emergency by getting us to an excellent doctor. Their house guide was full of great recommendations for restaurants, drivers, and more, which made exploring so much easier. They also surprised us with a lovely breakfast spread on Saturday morning—a truly thoughtful touch. Overall, they went above and beyond to make our trip wonderful. I’d highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to return!

Loved the open air house and it’s right on the beach! Amazing house and we loved the outdoor shower!

The place was absolutely perfect with everything you could’ve asked for. Walking distance to town, restaurants, bars etc.. (we got a golf cart to explore). Rooms were spacious and best beach access in all of Sayulita. Master bedroom with the outdoor shower was absolutely killer. Came here with my family at five and would absolutely come back. One of the best hosts I’ve ever worked with. They had recommendations, friendly, and incredibly responsive. Cannot recommend this place high enough.

It’s the perfect house and location. Carina the house keeper was my absolute favorite person. Missing her already. The house comes with beach chairs plenty of beach towels and umbrellas. Amazing sunset views . Thanks again for the hospitality and attention. Definitely will be back.

Had the best stay at this amazing house. Spacious, clean, incredible views of the ocean and can hear the waves. The communal pool is very close but it didn’t bother us at all. Having beach chairs and umbrellas was awesome and bath/beach towels were available and replaced with fresh ones every few days. We could not have asked for anything better! Super close to great coffee shops and restaurants but quiet at night

Very lovely spot. As described in every way. Beautiful decor. Directly on the beach. Be prepared, the public pool description is very accurate and the pool can be a bit busy and feels like you're very much in the center of things/activity... but it was pleasant and lively.

Excellent location beach front with a great beach volleyball court right out front. Quiet location close by to good restaurants. Great communication with hosts who gave excellent recommendations. Air conditioning in each room worked well. We would happily stay here again!!

Great place to stay ... highly recommended. I've stayed here with my family (2 kids + 2 grandparents) and it was perfect for our family. Right in front of the swimming pool and the beach/ocean. Exactly as described and as in photos. The host is super responsive with kids-friendly recommendations Very close to the town, yet quiet and peaceful. Minor note for families with kids: it's 3 floors with a fairly open staircase. I'd suggest brining some sort of a gate to prevent kids from walking up/down the stairs. Also, bring a wifi access point for baby cameras/nanit etc.

We’re a family of six with two young kids and four adults. Everything about Casa Promesa was *exactly* what we were after for our vacation. The property management team didn’t just meet us at the house when we arrived. They gave us a comprehensive guide that covered nearly all the questions and potential recommendations we’d be after. What’s more, one member spent a significant portion of his weekend solving a time-sensitive problem that had to be fixed or it would’ve made the trip much harder The view was perfect. The location was just far enough from town where it was quiet, yet close enough where every dinner out was followed by a pleasant walk home. I was excited to rent a golf cart until we arrived and I realized it wasn’t necessary. Is the place perfect? No, nothing is. There are some tiles missing from the shared pool. There was a little construction nearby during our stay. But that’s the extent of any complaints. Book it!

Location. Location. Location. This property is as close to the beach as possible. Located in a gated community which provides with 24/7 security and help. The views from the second and third floors are incredible. The pool is located right in front of the house which is extremely convenient. It’s never busy. From the beginning the property managers were very communicative. They provided plenty of information in regards of transportation from the airport, golf cart rental, places to eat and activities. Do rent a golf cart to give you more flexibility of where to go. Karina (the housekeeper) comes every other day with fresh fruit and to tidy up the house. She was great. Always with a smile. We would totally stay again.

Loved our stay at the Casa. It is exactly as the pictures and the location is close to town but far enough down the beach so it’s not crowded. The management communicates immediately and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. Not that the pool is public to the other condos so you give up privacy but its location at the edge of the sand is worth it. There was some construction going on nearby but it was limited to a few hours a day, and that’s just everywhere in Mexico. Note there is no laundry and we had to buy a television. None of this would keep us from staying in the home again though, just something to consider.

Perfect location and setting

The location of the property was perfect and very walkable to most of the places around town. The house was in great shape and very clean. The house is set up perfect with everything you need for beach living. We probably had the best views in the community and one of the only houses with doors and locks so it felt very safe and secure. You are only steps away from the beach so you get an amazing breeze all day which kept the house very cool. They also have individual air conditioning in each room which was perfect for everyone going to bed. Overall, great experience and their team was very responsive and helpful the whole trip.

I can’t say enough about how incredible our stay was. The pictures don’t even do justice how stunning the home and property are. Perfect location, very safe and quiet, walkable to everything, pool and beach are steps from the door. The outdoor shower in the primary felt like such a luxury. The open air feel was exactly what we hoped to find in Sayulita. The hosts helped us coordinate travel to and from the airport and a private chef. Both were wonderful! I can’t wait to return and stay at this fantastic property. Amy, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with me.

Amy's place is beautiful! It is the nicest condo in the complex (by far) and she clearly cares a lot about design. Her house manager, Blyod, was super responsive and helpful with every question we asked. If you are going to Sayulita and want to stay on the outskirts of insanity this couldn't be a better place for you.

My only hesitation in writing this review is that if you book it, I may not be able to go back myself! This place was PERFECTION. The location was perfect: right in front of the pool (shared), and steps to the beach. The house itself is wonderful. It's modern, tastefully decorated, spacious, open and breezy, and posh. I would buy it if it was for sale, for real. Our family stayed in the 2 bedrooms downstairs, which gave us privacy with an additional living area and direct access to the pool. The kitchen being on the second floor is perfect because the view from the dining room and privacy it allows is wonderful. The primary suite upstairs is heaven and it alone is seriously worth the price for the whole house. The open air shower is spectacular and the views are phenomenal. We loved this place and very much enjoyed our week here--we just wanted to stay longer!!! The hosts are prompt at answering questions and being available should you need anything! They were awesome.

Beautiful 3 floor condo nearest to the beach off a gated street lined with similar style condominiums. The shared pool for the condominiums was a nice option for kiddos however we spent most our time on the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas came with the unit that we would setup on the beach. Loved the open air aspect of the main kitchen/dining area on the second floor. Each bedroom had doors with their own climate control. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed plus provided cooking spray, salt/pepper and coffee. Walkable to the main beach and main area of sayulita. We did rent a golf cart to explore further though. There are some great quant little restaurants right outside the condominium gates along with a golf cart rental place . Lots of restaurant options closer to the main part of sayulita. The condo came stocked with plenty of bathroom/beach towels as well as shower products. We would recommend!

We had an amazing stay in Sayulita. We wish we could have stayed longer. Everything is walkable. We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrellas the most and its super easy to walk them out to the beach 2 minutes out your front door.

Fantastic location with beautiful views of the beach. A 5 minute walk to town with lots of food options right out the door. The place had 4 spacious rooms, every one with its own bathroom and shower. The beach is 30 seconds from the door. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The nice cleaning lady came every day. A few things to note: - There's no TV (not that you'd want one anyway). - You'll have to watch very young kids closely as some features of the place aren't totally safe for them (such as the staircase). - The first floor is open to the elements with no windows on one side (seems pretty much every place in Sayulita was like that. Nice, just unexpected). - The internet was very slow and unreliable and didn't work at all for most of the time we were there. Hopefully just a one off. Overall, great though!

We loved our stay. They helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport and were quick to respond and help.

We had an incredible experience here. They were very accomodating and did a wonderful of job of ensuring everything was taken of. Not only that, but this Airbnb is incredible, with a pool in front, on the beach. You can walk down to surf and grab a massage right there. Just an overall great experience. We even had some mishaps of breakingvsone lamps, but they were very understanding and we worked everything out cordially in the end. Again, I would highly recommend this place if you're planning to visit Sayulita.
