The house is lovely and situated in a wonderful location, though it does require some improvements. Ivan is truly a wonderful person; he always responds to our calls and offers his help with genuine kindness.

the house is very nice, spacious and comfortable, the host gave clear instructions on the house rules and the use of amenities, we liked that there was a cold water dispenser since not all airbnbs have one, and we liked the space, very comfortable for large families, there were 12 of us. We would have liked a couple of extra blankets since they were counted and we were missing a towel since there were only 11, and in one bathroom the shampoo bottle was almost empty, it was not completed for the entire stay. But everything else was great, we would stay again.

The house is in very good condition, it matches all the descriptions. It is in an easily accessible area and close to all the points of interest in San Carlos

Casa Medusa was so much fun for me and my immediate family from Sonora. I am from California, and it was my first time in San Carlos. Casa Medusa was the perfect place to stay with my partners kids and their respective boyfriends. We took advantage of the gameroom and the patio outside. Everyone had a great time. Though there were some minor issues checking in, Ivan was able to respond immediate. Problem, no problem. The house is huge, and I recommend this place for 6 or more family members.

Amazing stay for a family trip . You do have to keep in mind that it is a three story house so you will have to do some fair stair work but overall very comfortable home. Has lots of space and the family room on the third floor has an amazing view of the beach. Definitely recommend booking . Wish the beds were a bit bigger but overall comfortable !

Very nice house, you feel like you are at home, spacious, you do not struggle for bathrooms, armchairs or stay to be comfortable, the pool is very nice and the barbecue is very recommended. The house is very familiar and the paintings help you have photographic scenes, on the pool table and the ping pong works to hang out, you really don't need to leave the house to have a good time, the spacious super rooms. Ivan is always attentive to the needs, the neighborhood is quiet, it's really worth the price paid if you want something quality like the house. The backyard has space for everything, from sitting down chatting to being with the family, the kitchen super clean and spacious, the dining room is very spacious, I highly recommend it if you want something quality like the house!!

The station in Ivan's house was excellent, he has all the services they list, he is very attentive and the answer for any questions is very quick, he has an excellent organization and the place is the same as the photos, it is a quiet place, it is a quiet place, we would definitely visit again, excellent service and facilities.

Very comfortable house. Everything is as described. It's just that we went during very hot weather and the air in the living room/dining room/kitchen wasn't quite sufficient. Apart from that, everything was perfect.
