My family & I loved our stay at this home. We came down for Mother’s Day weekend & had a party of 16 deep! This home accommodated for everyone & was so spacious. Beautiful interior & lovely rooftop to enjoy watching the sunrise. The beach was only a block away; walking distance which was convenient for everyone. Definitely recommend for a family for a getaway trip! Thank you!

The host was very responsive anytime we needed assistance with something. The home itself was very comfortable our family felt right at home and had lots of space for everyone to fit comfortably. We would definitely return again on our next family trip if the house is available.

Victor is a great host and the property is fabulous. It was very clean and had lots of nice touches that made it feel like a home, including nice bath towels, soaps, and rugs. All of the rooms are on the same level with no stairs, so it is an ideal property for people with mobility issues. Honestly, the photos do not do the place justice. Highly recommend! We would like to return to this property the next time we stay in Las Conchas.

Was great space for 9 adults and 5 children! Close to the beach! Very responsive and communicative.

The size of the home was perfect for our 12 guests. The kitchen was nice and big and had all we needed to cook meals together. I also felt the number of bathrooms and showers accommodated the group well. We really enjoyed the upstairs balcony with the seaside view. The sea was a short walk from the home and the host included chairs, towels, and beach toys for our use. We felt the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The location was just far enough out of town but just close enough to access stores and restaurants. We would definitely book this home again.

This place is fantastic. This was our second time staying here and we look forward to returning. The house is beautiful with lots of space and a great layout. We enjoyed out stay and highly recommend this wonderful house for large groups looking for quick access to the beach and an amazing sunset-view balcony. Thank you!

The stay was honestly great. The only complaint is running out of water, but I know Rocky Point is currently in a shortage. We had to wait one night without water because it happened so late, but the owners were very responsive and the water truck arrived at 9:00am the next morning. Definitely recommend.

This house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. We had a big family trip of 16 people, and our 2 small dogs, and we all fit comfortably in the home. The Host offered early check-in which was a plus, since we had a newborn in our group. Directions to get to the house were easy to follow, location is perfect with just a short walk to the beach, the beach toys were great for the kids, and going into town was a fast drive! The beach itself was wonderful; not very crowded at all. Some parts were a little rocky, but that's Las Conchas for you. I'd definitely recommend water shoes, especially since there are crabs and stingrays. My brother and sister-in-law were stung by a stingray because they weren't shuffling their feet or wearing shoes (they are okay). Never had any issues besides the water running out on the last night of our trip, but that was because the kids didn't listen to take short showers lol (our fault). We will definitely be back if you'll have us! 5 Star Airbnb all the way!

This is my first time renting with Airbnb and the host of the house was very kind in answering all my questions and all the directions he sent were very clear! Everything was spotless and very comfortable to live in the house

All around amazing!! The hosts were great, responsive and proactive. The house was perfect for our group and beautiful. Water pressure was great and warm and the kitchen was beauty’s and had everything we needed. The patio overlooking the ocean was a major highlight with lots of space and beautiful views. Neighborhood was quiet and private with security rolling by often so it feel very safe. Everything was great and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

House was everything we were expecting! Had all the needed things for the kitchen soap in all the bathrooms and purified water for drinking!

We had an awesome vacation in an awesome place

Fabulous place! Lots of room, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The garage is huge we were able to park two very large trucks in there with room for another small car. The roof top patio is outstanding with great views. The power lines obstructed the view, but what can you do about that, I was thankful for the power. The communication was awesome, I could not have asked for a better place to stay and it so close to the beach.

This beautiful home was perfect for our group of 14. Check-in was easy & communication with Victor was great! The photos represent this home well - it's beautiful! The rooms are spacious and the amenities are fabulous! The private beach is just a short walk away. The beach supplies included with this home were a definite plus! The town is just a short 10 min drive away. This is a great location if you want beautiful views, a private beach and the true feeling of being on vacation. We would gladly return and experience this home again!

Great location close to beach house is conftrable with nice a/c 3 showers with great running water. Extra towels and bed covers if needed washer/dryer big car garage. If you like a nice quiet time at the beach were theirs not lots of party or crowds of people this is the place. Has chairs and kayak available to use if needed, beach car to carry stuff. This is my 4th time in peñasco and this is my favorit. 10 to 12 min to malecon. Not bad.

Absolutely Amazing place to stay! Beautiful home and beach access,across the street. Plenty of space for all 16 of our guest.. Very clean. Response time from Victor was amazing and his co-workers when needed something or a question. Will be looking up this location/house for our next trip as well. Security always driving by,every 30 minutes to an hour. Had a storm and some of out stuff blew away and the security in the morning brought it back to our house! They where looking out for our stuff and very friendly and polite. This place is a steel and can't wait to go back again. Was a very successful first time to Mexico trip!!! Thank you.

Beautiful house very spacious there was a few damages already when we arrived but communicated with the host about them!!!communication was great the host communicate and respond really fast!!!there was a issue with the shower water wouldn’t turn off but host send maintenance and everything was ok..

Beautiful spacious house, very close to the beach. Rooftop terrace is a great place for hanging out. We appreciated all the deck chairs in the garage and the little buggy to help bring them back and forth to the beach.

This house is beautiful! The view was awesome, house was super clean, sleeps large group comfortably, and the beach isn’t crowded with just enough vendors walking the shore. This house was also like 10 minutes from malecón, you could drive or find a taxi service. Check in/check out were super easy and the directions also were simple to follow. Only complaints were the wifi was on and off, and the kitchen didn’t have seasonings like pepper to cook with so we had to go buy those, but it wasn’t the end of the world. Not having wifi or service was slightly frustrating because we couldn’t look up places we wanted to visit or directions but it would work sometimes and then not other times. But a plus if you just want to get away and detach from socials for a while. No other complaints, house was beautiful! Positives definitely outweigh the minor dilemmas. Beds were super comfortable as well! My favorite parts were the outdoor shower and the rooftop lounge area. Would recommend this house to family or friends!!

This is a little piece of heaven! The pictures absolutely don’t do it justice. The rooftop patio is wonderful, the living area extremely spacious and the room are clean and well-decorated. There are plenty of pots and pans and dishware in the kitchen if you are cooking on your own, and the beach is only a two minute walk away. There’s a second row house from the beach, if you’re familiar with Las Conchas. Also, owners/property managers were very kind and responsive whenever we had a question. Would highly recommend!

Amazing place!

This is a perfect place if you don't want to be around anyone. Everywhere you go is about 20 minutes out. We did find a scorpion in the house. Other than that it is a nice place to stay.

Very spacious house, excellent for large groups. Roof top balcony hangout area is great. House exceeds expectations! I would recommend this house to all my friends in the future!
