We were delighted with the accommodation. It is very comfortable and nice, and it is excellent for a family weekend. It is very centrally located and is quite complete, both the kitchen area and the rooms. We hope to return soon.😁

Ara was a great host! My family had a blast in her house, my kids really enjoyed the peace and the pool with the water fall! Rooms were big, the double shower bathroom downstairs was big and awesome! The outside kitchen poolside & bbq grill was perfect to where i could bbq and keep an eye out on my kids while in pool

First, I want to start by saying that I really liked that Ara met us at the house to give us all the necessary information and not just be on the phone. Also when answering if we had questions or telling him what we wanted. Now, the house is BEAUTIFUL! Plenty of room for a large family or several families going together. We really loved the place. If we didn't want to go out, one could stay and relax in the pool and cook there, watch a movie while the kids were in the pool too. And it was also close to the pier and Playa 👌🏽 Bonita. Highly recommended and I would return to stay there again.

Great place to stay.

This place was amazing!! My family of 16 stayed for family vacation! It was perfect. My parents are older, so having a room on the first floor for them was excellent. Every room has its own bathroom(very clean) The Villa was stunning. The open family room downstairs with the pool was amazing. It has a big portable air conditioner and lots of fans. Cooking outside was so much fun and it has everything you need. I due recomend bringing paper plates and cups because there is no dishwasher. Also bring pool towels since it is not provided. My family and I had an amazing time and recommend this place. Our teenagers had the best time in the pool. The older people relaxed in air conditioned rooms and by the awesome patio. Its a 6 min drive to the beach and it was so relaxing and fun. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you Ara for hosting us😎

Great place to stay if you have multiple families going, everyone had their own space but we were able to share the common areas and have such a great time. Very kid friendly! They had a great selection of games for a game night. Pool was a bonus!

This was the best home we have stayed at in Rocky Point! The home is large enough for a family of 20 to stay in comfortably. This place is so unique and beautiful!

Ara’s home was amazing stay for my family of 14 +. We had babies with us there was enough room down by the beautiful pool for them to be in their walkers. My teen kids enjoyed the pool with pool toys Ara offered. The rooms had amazing air units, enough space for families of 4-5 per room. The pool temperature was great with the patio lights, tv, speakers fans and music. There was enough parking for 4 vehicles. All of the family enjoyed the spacious rooms with enough bathrooms for everyone. Thank you Ara! We will be back!

We were a family of 20 and Aras place was just perfect! Close to downtown and mini markets. The pool was amazing and the space by the pool was super cool. Only downside was the slippery floor. You have to be super cautios when you get out of the pool because you can slip and get hurt buy other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Great pool for 18 people! If more than 16, i would recommend to bring an inflatable bed. The outside was big and great for the kids and family. I 100% Recommend this house!

Ara was extremely communicative with us throughout our stay. We got lost on the way (use g00gle maps, not Apple Maps!) and she directed us to the house with ease. Once there, the house was beautiful and clean. It’s a short easy drive from all of the popular spots in puerto penasco (mannys, the malecon, Calle 13, etc). The house is definitely setup for outside hanging out so this would be the absolute perfect spot for an October-June trip. We went the weekend after 4th of July so we mostly hung out outside at night. The fans were amazing, the pool and lights set the mood and the tv and speaker made it extra special. The only real issue I had with Ara’s space was the water pressure which is an issue with many of the houses I’ve stayed at in Mexico, so we just staggered our showers. Otherwise our stay was AWESOME and we definitely plan to stay again sometime.

Wonderful home! Very spacious. Plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen supplies,etc. Home is very big and spacious .

We had a great stay here. It was comfortable and just what we were looking for. It is in a good location, close to everything. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor patio watching movies at night outside. We felt safe and owner was very quick to respond .

Excellent stay, it has all the amenities and the rooms are very good, some of us didn't even feel the need to go to the beach because we enjoyed the pool so much. They supported us with everything and were very quick with what we needed! We will definitely be back next year!

We had a amazing stay at Aras’s Airbnb. It was spacious and locally to everything! We all enjoyed it and a good communication with Ara. I like the gated parking within the house. Definitely will stay here again in the future.

Excellent place! Everything is very clean and comfortable. We went on a family basis and we were all able to have fun and relax. Even though we didn't go out much the beach we went to was relatively close and a few other places. The nearby OXXO made it very easy for us if any need arose. We loved it!

The house was awesome! The living spaces were indoors/outdoors. It has a pool and separate bedrooms. It was spacious enough for a big group. We were able to fit four cars behind their gates. We felt safe and the host were great people. They are very welcoming and accommodated our large group. Thank you!

This place was great! We felt very comfortable and safe. We loved having the pool to ourselves. We had a very large group with us and this place had plenty of space. There were plenty of fans outside by the pool that kept us cool, the water felt so nice, and we felt right at home. Host was very attentive to responding to messages. We were a 6 minute drive from the Melacon. Walking distance to an XO. We would stay here again!!

The place was beautiful! Would definitely book again in the future. Only down fall was that we didn’t know we had to turn on the boilers so we used cold water most of our stay until we figure it out and also no towels. Other than that I highly recommend!
