We spent a few incredible days at Casa Lole. The accommodation is simply spectacular: it combines absolute peace and tranquility with the perfect space to have the most fun as a family. The facilities were impeccable, with attention to detail and everything you need to enjoy Bacalar without worries. We took home beautiful memories of this stay. Totally recommended. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home with a well equipped kitchen and spacious areas. It is about 30 minutes from Bacalar in a very private area. The water by the home was a bit rough to swim the days we stayed due to the strong winds but it was beautiful. The hot tub at night was wonderful. Esteban was very helpful and kind.

Easily the nicest house I’ve stayed at on the lagoon and I’ve stayed at most in this area. Very clean, feels new, lots of natural light and incredible family room with floor to ceiling bay windows. If you’re debating between this and another, this is the one. Kitchen is a bit tight on space but other than that 10/10. For first timers: If you’ve never stayed in this area of Bacalar know that some planning is necessary as you will be somewhat deep inside of the natural reserve. Getting food or supplies of any kind requires a 25+ min drive south into Bacalar proper so pack a cooler with everything you will need for your stay.

Excellent accommodation, the place was identical to the photos, very clean and very good service from Samuel; always very proactive. We loved the lagoon and the kayak service. We recommend it 100% and we will definitely be back.

We loved staying at this home. It's a little far from downtown Bacalar, but it's perfect for disconnecting, it's a very quiet area. The house's own dock makes it an amazing experience. The host is always attentive, very kind. The house is very clean and cute. I would return 100%! ❣️

This is a great place to stay with the whole family to make memories!

The house is fantastic, with plenty of areas to relax and spend time. It is located within a secluded gated community which is filled with nature. The lagoon is only a staircase down from the house and has plenty of space for water activities. The house is a bit far from the main attractions in Bacalar, but it makes up for it in peacefulness. We visited in August, and there was a fair amount of mosquitos, so we spent more time inside that we had anticipated, but the house is wonderful. Internet is fast, water pressure and temperature is great and air conditioning works perfectly. The host is super attentive and is always available to cater to all needs. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay for families/friends. Absolutely gorgeous 😍 ! The house is located in a natural reserve so you're surrounded by nature. If you're looking for peace and calm this is the perfect place. The lagoon is beautiful. The house and kitchen are well equipped, beds are very comfortable. The staff is friendly and always responsive or here when we asked for something. I would definitely go back if I have the occasion.

The Jero house is wonderful, as shown in the photos. We arrived fleeing a bad experience and found just what we needed. The hosts and employees are super friendly. It will be our place in Bacalar, no doubt.

They helped us accommodate the flood that washed out main road. Multiple pontoon rides to town and complimentary sailboat tour. Found my lost glasses and made early pickup for pre-dawn flights.

Everything was impeccable, everyone was very friendly and very clear about everything. A little far from downtown Bacalar but it was worth it.

Overall, the place is in a cool location and it’s peaceful and quiet. The private dock and kayaks are good too. Ton of space. The beds are super comfy and the bottom bedrooms open right up to the dock. It’s about 30 min from bacalar so renting a car is a must. Good communication during the stay The only cons really are the ants, if you leave food out for a second they will swarm. Would recommend if you have the funds

The entire Mi Querido Bacalar team was excellent in their care and service. Great place, very private, with ample spaces and many areas. They offered us food service and it was very good, and the sailboat ride they offered us was also very cool. The best thing is that all these services are provided by them, so everything is easy. For group vacations and looking to rest and be in a private place, I definitely recommend it.

The house is very nice, it has everything you need. The lagoon is spectacular, there are kayaks and lots of peace. The staff attention is excellent. I highly recommend hiring the food service as the house is 30 minutes from downtown Bacalar and there are no restaurants nearby. It's also important to bring bug repellent.

It's comfortable, practical, has many nice spots to relax and have fun, the kitchen is very well equipped, and has everything you need if you go in a group The only bad thing is that it is very far from the town of Bacalar, buying something that is needed is complicated because it is far from everything

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. For a group of 8 we had more than enough restrooms and bathrooms. It’s a very private location and have to remember your in the jungle so there will be critters which is normal. Host had great communication.

A place to relax and disconnect!!!! A paradise in the middle of nowhere, the private dock on the lagoon was the best part of the trip to spend time together and relax. We'd love to return soon! They were very attentive to everything and very accessible! Thank you!

We also loved the patio area right outside the kitchen—it was ideal for cooking breakfast and enjoying meals surrounded by nature. On top of that, the host was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend CASA TATI for anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful getaway!

The house is located in a beautiful and incredible private natural reserve. The lagoon and the surrounding jungle are breathtaking. The house itself has all the amenities and commodities that one needs to have to enjoy a vacation with the whole family or group of friends. The house is not really close to Bacalar, but around 35km away without any grocery stores close by. So be sure to bring all the groceries with you before heading out of Bacalar or Chetumal. Given the chance i would definitely return to this beautiful house!

The house was spectacular - being able to kayak or SUP straight off our private dock was amazing. All the rooms were like luxury hotel rooms, each with their own en suite. The food cooked for us in the house was delicious! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area.

Ideal for large families, a little expensive. During our stay Itzel and Miguel helped us to chop fruit, wash dishes and take things to the dock, thank you for that.

The house is a new and very spacious house. The rooms are great, each with its own bathroom. It is almost half an hour from Bacalar, in an area of the lagoon that is very quiet, little developed. It is convenient to take this into account if they come from Mérida or Cancun, it is before arriving the town of Bacalar. The bad thing was that there we could not see the colors that the lagoon is famous for, they told us it was because there had been some storms the days before. The kitchen is small, but it's beautifully appointed. It would be better if they had a washer and dryer, there was so much humidity that the bathing suits didn't dry. Very attentive to the staff to attend to our questions and requests.

Excellent accommodation to spend a few days quietly and away from the noise with the family. Clean house, attentive staff, privacy, amenities; only take into account those who do not know how to arrive with food, drinks, etc since the supermarket is retired in Bacalar centro. An ideal place to go in Grupo, the staff of the house José, Clarisa and Alberto, facilitate the stay to the maximum, they pay attention to you all the time. Bacalar we know is beautiful! We loved our stay. There is a staff on site- Oswaldo and Alejandra that are there to help out with whatever you need. And they are amazing to have around and definitely spoil you. The place is about 30 minutes north of Bacalar, so it is very secluded but is on the lagoon. Definitely a place just to relax and enjoy the tranquility before heading into town for food or activities. You can purchase meals from them to eat at the house. They prepare it for you. We had breakfast almost everyday and had dinner once. The food is delicious. We saw lots of wild life- monkeys, tapir, coati, and foxes. We used the paddleboards and watched the sunrise every day. It was a magical trip. Will definitely return if we make it back to Bacalar some day.

Super attentive Jose and Esther on the property as well as Gaby. The house is very spacious with many spaces to enjoy and live with our group. The rooftop is very nice with the jacuzzi overlooking the lagoon, barbecue, outdoor room.

The house is beautiful even more than in the photos, we had an amazing Christmas with the family, the decorations of the house and all the amenities it offers are the best, we really liked the Butler Oswaldo and the toilet girl Alejandra being always attentive to our needs and respecting our privacy, the breakfast was excellent and all the needs were covered at all, definitely a place to come back to

the house was spotless in clean and amenities, the house looked very nice in the photos , but it turned out to be better. It was a stay for 13 people and everything was perfect. The service of the house was always attentive to what we needed, a house to enjoy privacy. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The place was beautiful and private, the staff was responsive and extremely helpful!! The lagoon, dock, hot tub and the rooms were everything you could ever hope for! We ordered breakfast and dinner numerous nights and every time we were blown away. Would definitely recommend!!!

Everything was very good, just like the description. The house has staff, who are very friendly and are always ready to make sure there is nothing missing. The private dock with the kayaks always at your disposal, amazing. Jacuzzi with adjustable temperature. Highly recommended.

Beautiful lake front home. My family enjoyed the spacious home, private dock with kayaks and paddle boards included. Something for everyone to do. Staff was also extremely helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and will return!

Very attentive

We really enjoyed our stay in the Casa Jero. Everything was beautiful and really clean. Edwin the house caretaker was very attentive. We opted for the food package and were pleased with the food choices. All of our meals were delicious. They would clean the rooms and the house everyday, this is something we did not expect but were pleasantly surprised. We reserved the pontoon boat tour to explore the Bacalar Lagoon and highly recommend it. Eric the captain was really informative and we learned a lot about the region. We definitely recommend staying here and will return.

This place is breathtaking and the staff is amazing. Went in May 2021, the weather was not too hot, few rain showers, but that made it exciting

Nicolas' house is very beautiful and secluded in the jungle with it's own private pier and swings on the lake. it is not actually in bacalar but 25min drive north near the town of buenavista the rooftop jacuzzi has a beautiful view of the sunset over the lake
