Many reviewers complimented Carol on her services and attention, and they were totally right. Days before our trip, she contacted us and gave us all the necessary information. She ensured we were well-informed and ready. On the day of our travel, she kept in touch to confirm the place was open for us. As we settled in and enjoyed our vacation, she remained attentive and responsive. We needed her help a couple of times, and she was there promptly. Casa Alacran was what we were expecting; we were able to enjoy some precious family time. We found the kitchen upstairs to be well-suited for big group cooking and entertaining. The kids, of course, loved the pool above all. We were very pleased with our experience and would love to come back for sure.

We spent great days in the hidden house. Best impossible location, in front of the beach and the wave of backwash. spacious rooms and great beds. we will return
