Kevin’s place was beautiful, we were blown away by the terrace and the in unit washer/drier was perfect for our trip! He was communicative and accommodating of our early check in as we were coming from another stay. Would live there if I could.

This apartment in Condesa was the perfect spot for our World Cup trip. It’s a comfortable apartment with a great outdoor terrace and excellent location. Rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

This oasis was SPECTACULAR!! We had a party of five adults, all with differing interests; this condo was the gem everyone needed for a weekend getaway to CDMX. Some chose to veg in the patio hammock with a book & some tea, while others explored the sites, shopped, and took part in the glamour of the Condesa nightlife. After some nights out on the town, the peacefulness of the birds chirping with some morning coffee on the deck, was truly one of my favorite parts of the whole experience. Thank you, Kevin, Laura & Alicia, for being such amazing hosts!!

Fantastic indoor and outdoor space. Great layout with a fabulous kitchen. The outdoor space was perfect to kickback on during our children’s nap time and before or after dinner. The location is also 10/10. Anything you need within steps. Coffee, pastries, restaurants, street food, bars. Close to two huge parks, Parque Espana and Parque Mexico. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this spot! Perfect location but also tucked away enough that it was nice and quiet when time to sleep. Beautiful apartment, lovely patio, very comfortable bed. Felt very safe with 24/7 security. Easy seamless check in and out. Walkable to many great restaurants and parks. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great time at Kevin's apartment in Condesa. The apartment is spacious and well-appointed, and the private deck is a wonderful gathering space. Kevin was super responsive, and all the logistics for our time there went on without a hitch.

This stay was perfect, right in the heart of Condesa and within walking distance of the best cafes and parks. One of the highlights was definitely the outdoor terrace, which provided a beautiful space to relax after exploring the city.

We had a wonderful stay at Kevin’s place. The check-in instructions were clear and made the process smooth and easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax. We especially enjoyed spending our mornings on the spacious patio with a cup of coffee, listening to the birds. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. Kevin also shared some great recommendations, and we had several excellent meals at local spots. He was very responsive throughout our stay and even helped arrange a mid-trip cleaning, as well as quickly replacing a few small items we needed (like soap in one shower and extra dish towels). Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Perfect! Stayed here with two friends of mine for just over a week - - the place faces interior and so while the daily sunlight is excellent it's also super quiet and private, the bedrooms were comfortable, main room is amazing, and terrace is of course fantastic. Location worked perfectly for us, and hosts were super responsive and proactive, everything went perfectly well. Thanks!

We loved our stay at this well appointed, clean, perfectly located apartment. Walking distance to everything in Condessa and Roma. The outside deck is peaceful, green, and spacious. The owner is responsive, and there is a nearby support person for any troubleshooting. Helpful security on site and a safe feeling overall. Easy check-in, easy everything.

It's a great house, loads of space and in a great neighbourhood with lots of local parks and restaurants. The rooms were big, and the beds were very comfortable. Proper coffee machine too! Would stay again.

Great location walking distance to parks and restaurants. Tons of natural light throughout and the guard was very nice. Neighbors were partying late every night but thankfully couldn’t hear them from bedroom. Highly recommend!

The apartment was just as described - beautiful, peaceful, and in a perfect location. With only a couple of exceptions, we were able to walk most places during our 6 day stay. The terrace is absolutely lovely and we really enjoyed starting and ending our days out there, we even took a few meetings for work outside. And very thankful for the filtered water inside the apartment, it saved us time and money. We would 100% stay here again!

Kevin is a great host. He was helpful and clear in commutation. The house was as described. Very close to many restaurants, cafes and bars. The patio terrace was the largest in the building. Definitely recommend.

Great location! Easy to walk to lots of rest and parks. Checkin was really easy, and unit had nice coffee maker and provide coffee, which made the stay nice. The patio was great for chilling, even between the rain storms.

We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment in Mexico City! The space was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described, if not better. The terrace is huge with beautiful plants. The neighborhood felt safe and lively, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance. This was the highlight of our stay. The apartment itself was comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to reliable Wi-Fi. What stood out the. most was the host’s hospitality. They were responsive, kind, and gave great local recommendations that made our trip even better. At the same time they were also extremely accommodating ensuring that we were well taken care of from the day we arrived to the day that we left. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect base in Mexico City!

We had a really nice stay at Kevin and Alicia’s place. We were in town with small children, and they left toys for the kids, and the outside area and dining table were perfect for entertaining the kids. Kevin and Alicia were also very responsive and easy to work with. And of course the location is excellent.

We loved our stay at Kevin’s place. We met our adult children for Christmas / NY in Mexico City. There was plenty of room for the five of us. The apartment is just as beautiful as it looks. The neighborhood is great. There are many coffee shops, restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk. We also felt safe. Contessa is a beautiful area and close to most of Mexico City’s attractions. We walked a lot but had easy access to Ubers which were cheap and arrived quickly. We enjoyed the apartment with comfortable seating. The deck is fabulous. We spent a couple of fun evenings on the deck playing games and sipping cocktails. The kitchen was fine - even for cooking a Christmas Eve dinner. It had the necessary pots and pans, but it would have been great to have a few other items - like measuring cups/spoons and food storage containers. When mapping the address (for uber!) always include the nieghborhood (hippodromo). Leaving the airport we ended up in the wrong place!

We stayed here for 6 nights and it was a perfect location for exploring the city. The apartment is large and airy, the showers were hot and the mattresses are extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if traveling to CDMX with a group.

What a wonderful blue oasis in the middle of the city. The outdoor space was fabulous. Relaxing in the grand living room was beautiful, and the beds were very comfortable.

This was a very convenient place to stay for us first timers in Mexico City since there are many bars, cafes and places to eat within little walking distance. The place was kept spotless and the best part was the huge windows that bring in lots of light and a great view of the outdoor patio. The outdoor patio area is a very cool space to hand out. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect space for our family of five. The apartment is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and bars with easy walks to groceries. The noise only bothered us on Saturday night (we stayed Monday through Sunday) when my kids could hear the bass from the music next door despite our white noise machines. Generally it was very peaceful. The patio was the star of the show. It was wonderful to enjoy a beverage under the covered portion of the patio and watch the rain come down. We would recommend.

The condo was a perfect place for our family to stay! Kevin, Alicia and Laura were super-helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to see. They even provided toys and a stroller for our grandchildren. We highly recommend this place!

The listing was just as described! Comfortable home and good location for a girls’ trip to celebrate my sister’s birthday. The outdoor terrace with string lights was a fun place to spend evenings, beds were comfortable, and the house/kitchen was well-stocked. As mentioned by others, the purified water was so, so nice to have! It was a bit warm, but the temps were hot when we visited - we asked for extra fans and the host responded immediately and brought an additional fan to the property. Great experience and highly recommend!

Great stay with friends for 10 days in May. Very well located, comfortable apartment to explore CMDX or to stay in and chill on the patio. Very helpful and responsive hosts. Filtered water and comfortable beds were a great plus. Would highly recommend.

This was definitely the nicest Airbnb I have stayed in CDMX and maybe ever. Also I know its in the notes, but I guess I overlooked that there is drinkable water from the tap. Personally I am a personal water bottle girl and not like using plastics so this was any amazing amenity for me. As far as the apartment itself it was exactly as described and looked just like the photos which was amazing, this includes the wonderful patio. Additional highlights include a great location bars, restaurants, a Walmart grocery all within 5 min walk. If there was one thing that was a minor disappointment was the water in the shower only got warm to hot, but really I think that is a CDMX thing not anything that can be controlled as I have experienced this in other Airbnb's in CDMX. Overall I would 100% recommend and would gladly stay at this Airbnb again.

We had a great few day’s at Kevin’s. The location is excellent and there is so much to see, and eat, and walk to right outside the door. I loved the space. Light and airy with an inside-out feel, but also very private thanks to shades. The bedrooms were comfortable with nice bedding and pillows. Everything in the apartment is modern and clean, and the new drinking water filtration system is very nice. This is a stellar AirBnB, so consider booking right away before someone gets it first!

Great location and very comfortable

We had a great stay in late March. The weather was perfect and occasional fan use was enough to stay comfortable. I also noticed they had space heaters for cold nights. The space was huge, open, and bright. Despite being in the heart of Condesa, it was pretty quiet at night. The hosts also provided ear plugs, though I brought my own. Wifi worked well and the host was super responsive on the app, including letting us check in early. I can’t wait to come back!

Such an amazing space! Located where there are many restaurants, bars and shops. Really loved to get to explore Mexico City then go back to such a stylish place. Loved the patio. Access in was easy and felt at home.

Beautiful apartment in La Condesa with an amazing patio. Close to many great restaurants and parks. Wifi was excellent. Our flights home got cancelled, and the hosts were extremely quick to help us out! They responded immediately, and we ended up staying another day. Truly a life saver! Beautiful place in La Condesa - plenty of great places within walking distance (Check out the La Condesa DF rooftop) and the place was extremely private. Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. Every one of us made that comment during our stay. Black out blinds in the bedroom were helpful as it gets decently bright in the AM. You can play music from your phone through the TV if you forget a Bluetooth speaker. Will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at Kevin's place. The apartment is a beautiful space, so peaceful tucked into the neighborhood. Plenty of room to spread out or to gather. The huge windows bring so much light in and the terrace is off the charts gorgeous. The apartment is close to everything - great restaurants, shopping, parks - very walkable and easy to get an Uber from. I truly hope to come back someday, highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Great place, location, and quick responses!

This is an exceptionally spacious and comfortable space in a perfect location. Location. This is in a very civilized, lushly green strolling neighborhood with coffee shops and a world class bakery (Ficelle) across the street and within minutes, respectively. The nearby park is lovely; we enjoyed watching people practice tango, stroll, play with their dogs, and gather. The Space. We enjoyed large and private outdoor space (much bigger than appears in the photos.) The living space also seemed larger. The kitchen island has seating on both sides and it’s a fun space to work together in. Bedrooms have plenty of storage and wall to wall, ceiling height windows. The building materials were nicer than anticipated. Contrary to another review the water was very hot. In April we were comfortable without air conditioning, only needing a fan at night. It was quiet. It was light and airy during the day but could use more lighting in the pm. The space was fresh and free of scents (yea!)

This Airbnb was spacious, equipped with great amenities, and perfectly located! We spent hours and hours on the patio and we loved how much there was to access right outside the front door.

Many airbnbs have nice pictures, but none of them are as comfortable as this one. Definitely recommend it - completely worth it, and one of the best airbnb’s i’ve stayed in

My two friends and I stayed at Kevin’s place for a little over 2 weeks, and I would absolutely recommend it. It’s even more gorgeous and cozy than the photos convey. Everything was spotless, the beds were super comfy and the kitchen was well-stocked. The 30-ft/9-meter ceilings made the place feel especially modern and fancy, but the sofas and living room set up made us feel right at home. The huge terrace was maybe the best part of the apartment, and the gorgeous plants and all the furniture out there made it an absolute dream. My only constructive comment would be that the shower pressure wasn’t the strongest, and the water didn’t get to the very, very hot temperatures we prefer, but I imagine this is common in Mexico City. Kevin, Alicia and Laura were amazing hosts - extremely helpful and friendly and responded almost instantly. Thank you all for helping make our time in Mexico City even more special!

Kevin’s place is even more stunning in person with a real wow factor. The outdoor terrace is incredible and a great space to work! The wifi here is flawless too. It’s beautifully decorated and everything is fresh and new, from the linens and towels to the quality pots! I really loved the beds and pillows - we all slept very well and the blackout blinds are a great bonus. The space is very well laid out and spacious plus it’s in the best area, full of great restaurants, bars and shops. We love that it’s super walkable as well. We wish we could move in - it’s a true dream apartment, perfect for families or couples. Would not hesitate to book it again!!
