Wonderful stay, dream house. The place was clean, the view was amazing, we felt like we were alone in the world, and the sunrises were gorgeous. The host was great: clear and proactive communication, and he made sure everything was perfect for us. I couldn't recommend this place more.

The most beautiful Airbnb we have stayed in. Both the outdoor and indoor areas are beautiful. The view is breathtaking. The photos don't do justice to the place, its design, and its beautiful décor. It is a privilege to stay in such a beautiful place. The price is really worth it. Don't hesitate to book this home. We'll be back for sure!

Diego’s place is incredibly special. We appreciated the architecture of the home — how it was able to stay cool from its intentional design and the materials used. The outdoor kitchen, pool, and multiple bedrooms made it a great and comfortable place for groups. Communicating with Diego and his team was easy and so helpful!

We loved staying here so much! The house, property and views are stunning and it’s even more gorgeous in person. My husband and I stayed here for a week as our basecamp and we loved waking up to the sunrise, birdwatching and enjoying the view. While it’s suitable for large groups, it didn’t feel too big for us as a couple. It’s about 35 minutes to La Paz and 15-20 to La Ventana so we usually just left the house once a day and made a good amount of meals at the house. It’s off a dirt road and I was glad we had an SUV but it’s also manageable by car. Perfect hosts as well! Highly recommend — 10/10!

From sunrises to stargazing, our group had an unforgettable time in this immaculately designed home. Also, Diego & Lucia were so helpful with local recommendations and giving us the lay of the land. Stunning place in the desert - a total find! This is a proper home, with very kind and welcoming hosts. Takes a minute to get there and is totally worth the adventure. We all loved watching the sea and sky, birdwatching, walking in the nearby gully. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

This place delivers. Peaceful, quiet, and had everything we needed — and then some. Nothing was overlooked. Diego was an excellent host. Responsive, proactive, and genuinely helpful. Made the whole stay effortless. The standout for me was the gazebo overlooking the canyons. Great spot to unwind and take in the views. A real gem. We'll definitely be back.

This is the most amazing Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. It’s truly magical - the architecture suits and even elevates the gorgeous surroundings, and the design is inspirational with thoughtful touches everywhere. Diego and Lucia are incredibly kind and helpful hosts. The days brought a surprising amount of bird life, and the nights were filled with gentle cricket sounds. The view out to the sea is incredible - especially at sunrise. We just left yesterday and already I am dreaming of returning. I cannot recommend it highly enough!!

STUNNING home! As an interior designer by trade, I was in heaven!! And the peaceful and secluded surroundings was the cherry on top!! Would definitely return!

Great villa with a breathtaking view, the sunrises are beautiful from the terrace and master bedroom. We cross a farm to arrive and we were able to see the cows, horses, sheep, pigs and chickens. The house is decorated with great taste, there are lots of small hidden architectural details. The terrace is very nice and the whole thing is super functional. The pool is a little cold this season...

We were allowed to spend 6 wonderful days here. The location is simply indescribable (the view of the sea, the birds, the different viewpoints …) Despite the seclusion, we felt very comfortable and safe. Communication with Lucia and Diego was absolutely straightforward and accommodating. In the house there was everything you needed.

This is a truly truly magical place. I will be thinking about this stay for a long time! The outdoor space, the birds, the ocean view… It is quiet and secluded, the village is sweet and full of animals, yet it’s only a few minutes down the hill to La Ventana where you can find beaches, food, groceries, and all you need. You must eat at Polvora! One of the best meals we’ve ever had. Make a reservation if it’s a weekend.

I will leave comments from various people in our party, but to summarize, everyone was extremely happy with Diego's Airbnb. Guest I: The house is very well-equipped with everything you could need. The view is incredible, and the outdoor areas are extremely well-thought-out. Guest II: Beautiful space inside and out; it is very well set up for a group, with many thoughtful touches. Guest III: 10/10 spot. Super comfortable beds, every single appliance you could possibly think of to cook, extremely vibey! Guest IV: Absurdly beautiful view, an attention to detail likely to make an interior decorator swoon. I could not imagine a better home base to collapse back into after a day of adventuring in the Baja. Guest V: Each area of the residence has its unique ambiance, fostering meaningful conversations and enjoyment. Through thoughtful design, they have created an immersive and grounding guest experience. Thank you, Diego, we’ll be back

My family and I stayed at Diego’s place over the Christmas holidays. Beautiful location, peaceful and with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. It’s in the mountains between La Paz and La Ventana, and an easy drive to either. Some amazing beaches nearby and great local restaurants in both spots nearby. The house itself was extremely well-thought out and beautifully designed. The sunrises were a beautiful way to start your day. Thanks to Diego and his family for letting us stay in their amazing hideaway in the hills.

This property is stunning -- it is everything you see in the photos and more. Everything from the furniture, multiple lounge areas, wood fire oven, natural light etc. was incredible. The kitchen (also amazing) was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook. The house was also equipped with literally everything. Diego was incredibly communicative and even coordinated someone to meet us in the city to lead us to the house. The house is secluded (30min from town) which is exactly what we wanted. Be sure to do any grocery shopping beforehand. We rented a car and were able to go to nearby beaches and restaurants. La Paz is a chill beach town with incredible nature, landscapes, beaches etc. I would absolutely stay at this house again!

Great house is a somewhat remote, peaceful location. You're around 30 minutes from any town, beach, etc but that was fine for us (2 adults and 3 kids). We enjoyed the seclusion, the house is very spacious and there's a large outdoor area. Exactly what we were looking for.

So many beautiful spaces to relax. We used the wood burning stove for empanadas and pizza. We enjoyed the patio at night with stars. So many great birds spotted. Yoga mats a plus. Beds were comfy. The house was every bit as gorgeous as the photos. Beach options nearby were amazing. Diego was an easy host to communicate with and you can tell he enjoys renting the space because he loves the land and location. We had an all wheel rental car that worked well for the roads. Thanks! We will be back.

This place took our breath away- it was truly magical!! Pictures don’t even justify this beautiful home- magnificent view, and so many cute details inside and outside! We arrived after dark, so Diego met up with us and guided us all the way to the house, which we were very grateful for! We would probably recommend a four wheeler. (We would also recommend buying groceries before heading to the house) Diego was an amazing host and made sure we felt welcome as soon as we stepped in! When we woke up the next morning we were absolutely blown away by the stunning view! Every little detail in this house is very well thought out, it’s very authentic and has so much character! We were there in December and it does get chilly at night so make sure to bring some warmer clothes. Only regret- that we couldn’t stay longer, we were not ready to leave this paradise😃!!
