Amazing host we got there a little early and they worked with us. Amazing place love staying there!! pool is amazing and now they added more activities for the kids. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to town and beaches, just love this place!!!

Our family had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The house was absolutely beautiful — spotless, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The pool and backyard were perfect for relaxing and spending quality family time. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure our stay was comfortable from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great location, very nice and clean house

The stay was excellent for spending the whole day in the pool. The accommodation was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient and quiet. The host was attentive and always available to answer any questions. I recommend this place and would return in the future.

It's a super place !! Spacious rooms, full and spacious bathrooms, the palapa covering the pool is a super plus because children can stay all day without the sun affecting them. Super recommended

This is a great location and beautiful home with plenty of space. We loved the pool area, plus the kitchen is large enough to have several people cooking and prepping at the same time which we loved as a group. House was clean, plenty of beds, and pool was clean and maintained well also. We will stay here again!

Still working remote and wanted to escape the cold of the Pacific Northwest. Decided to rent a house in Mexico and drive with my retired mother and senior dog. Country club caught my eye with the gorgeous patio, pool and hot tub. The gated community is very nice and they have security guards at entry. Check in was seamless. We were greeted by Zoey and Lucky the house dogs. Super friendly and cute. The neighborhood kids play with them. The living room & kitchen space is awesome and larger than I expected. And the large windows lookout at the gorgeous views of the mountains and golf course. The kitchen is well stocked. Really nice appliances. Lots of lighting options. The TV has Roku. The Alexa in the kitchen was used morning to night to blast our favorite tunes. The master bedroom is huge. I absolutely loved waking up to views. It made working remote so much more tolerable to have the large space and gorgeous views. When it wasn’t too windy, I worked under the Palapa. Speaking of palapa, the patio is wonderful. We spent our days under the palapa when we weren’t stomping around the town. I enjoyed going back and forth between laying in the sun and seeking shade throughout the days. This place is perfect for that. We capped off every night with a soak in the hot tub. The other bedrooms have multiple beds, so this place can sleep a large group comfortably. Being on the golf course was nice, as you can walk the paths and was nice for my dog to go for short walks. WiFi worked well for my remote phone call and zoom meetings (I did bring my own router to make sure I had a strong signal throughout the house). Guaymas and the Sea of Cortez are just a short drive. We were amazed at the beauty of the Sea of Cortez. Stunning to say the least. Bigger grocery stores in Guaymas (20ish min drive) if need more variety. We absolutely loved our stay. I would definitely return to Country Club.

Excelent place!!

The home sets on a golf course providing plenty of walking or running paths. It is a very quiet and safe setting that is close to restaurants and groceries. The home is very spacious and there is room out back to relax.

It's a very nice and spacious house. We ended up falling in love with the place. Impeccable and very comfortable.

Amazing property in a gated community near the beach. The pool has a great overview of the mountains and the golf course. The covered area provides shelter on sunny days so you can enjoy outdoors all day long. Lots of rooms and beds, huge dinning table with big kitchen island can easily sit 12 people. Beach about 10 minutes away is gorgeous. Definitely one of the best rentals in town!

Excellent house, well equipped, very clean, the service of the host is good, points to improve: 1.- one of the rooms has no privacy and only has bunk beds and desk would change the bunk beds for a queen size bed, to adapt it more as a room. 2.- You have to change the door locks, flip the plates due to the insurance you can't put it inside the room.

Darren's place is outstanding. The checkin process was fast and easy, and Darren was always very responsive to our queries. The kitchen is fully equipped and very functional, and the pool/jacuzzi/grill area cannot be beaten. We had minor issues with the jacuzzi heating and water temperature in the showers, that were promptly resolved. We really enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely stay at Darren's place again.

Darren was super responsive to all our questions, his assistant Maria de Jesus was prompt in messages as well, and sweet Tola, the lady that cares for the house, lives just next door and helps out with everything. They were so attentive and even went out and bought beach chairs and a canopy for us to use during our stay! What a simple but very helpful touch! They had shampoo in the showers and it was more than enough room for us, we had my four boys with us and we were all very comfortable. Just a heads up though, if you plan on swimming, the pool is a little cold and you can get it heated but you should ask for it to start getting heated before you arrive. This house is close to the supermarket, the curios shops, the main marina, and many beaches. Make sure you ask for Brian’s number to go fishing on the Margarita V. Also, if you are going to relax, ask about the local yoga class taught by the most wonderful Lisa! San Carlos is a great town to vacation in! If you need something from walmart it is only 25 min away in the next town, Guaymas. If you plan on washing clothes make sure you ask Tola to leave the laundry room door open for you! Any other questions? Darren is super helpful in everything!

Darren has created a wonderful space for travelers to get a stylish and relaxing, ambient San Carlos getaway at a ridiculously low cost, what a great deal. And allowing pets is so hard to find, especially in places like S.C. so that was a special treat! Tola is a wonderful person and makes the places sparkle! beautiful space - super clean and comfortable. Cute little trailer in front where you can have your morning coffee, or even make yourself a meal. However, I don't recommend cooking when there are so many fantastic eateries in San Carlos - of course the meal prep option remains available. Darren is super quick to respond and a considerate host. He's a fabulous inn keeper and I hope to stay there again when next in San Carlos....

For inexpensive San Carlos set-up, This place was great. Darren offered directions and when my map app got me off the beaten path- Daren got me there w phone assistance- so take him up when he offers to give you directions!

This was probably my seventh or eighth time staying at Darren's but the first time in six months or so. Beautiful place, sparkling clean, nice showers with good pressure and hot water, very quiet at night, and the beds are more comfortable than my bed. Always wish I could stay longer. I would highly recommend Darren's place.
