Our stay was wonderful! I had my bachlorette here and it was the perfect size and close to town! Hill is steep so rent golf carts if you can!

Our stay here with 9 gals was fantastic. The house is incredible, the views are amazing and the location near town was perfect. It wasn't so close to town that you heard the party all night but close enough to walk in each day and night. Each bedroom with ensuite provided everyone space and privacy. We had some scheduling and logistical issues on our end but the house managers and Airbnb were responsive and very helpful in solving our problems. The hill up to the house was the only thing that a few gals in our group didn't love but honestly, I enjoyed the workout to work off the margaritas. It is also what made the house feel extra private and safe. We would book here again for sure.

We loved this house and hope to return! The infinity pool and glass wall to views are standouts! Great house with lots of space. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location is close to everything, but the house is on a very steep hill so plan to rent a good golf cart to get up the hill. Property managers were responsive and helpful.

Overall, this was a great place and we would rent again. Very responsive and amazing views.

This is simply one of the best experiences I have ever had with Airbnb. The host, Oliver, was extremely accommodating and great at communication. From helping us set up golf cart rentals, to giving us fantastic recommendations, he made sure we had a fabulous time in Sayulita. Upon our arrival, he was at the house and gave us a full tour and run-down of everything we needed to know. Fresh water was provided for drinking, and the house also came with a daily cleaning service. The house is walkable to town, but we rented golf carts, which I'd highly recommend. The only thing to note about the house is that it is located ontop of a short, yet extremely steep hill. Some of our taxis had issues getting up there. Our golf carts made it up just fine, but I think it could be a little sketchy for someone elderly. That being said, our stay was incredible, and I would rent here again in a heartbeat!

This place was beautiful and our host, Oliver, was the best host I’ve ever had at an Airbnb! He was available for us the weeks leading up to the trip and 24/7 while there. He arranged for groceries to be delivered prior to our arrival, golf carts to be dropped off and picked up, R/T airport shuttles, connected us with a private driver & private chef, ensured we had daily housekeeping, and so much more. We were a group of girls celebrating a bachelorette trip for 4 days and he made the experience significantly easier to navigate. A note for future guests: be VERY CAREFUL on the hill. Do not drive up with more than 3 people per golf cart. You can & probably will flip over (speaking from experience). Be wary of large vans driving up and down But the house being on this hill is worth it for the views. The infinity pool and ocean views are unreal. We used up every space of this home including the treehouse area to do a tequila tasting Highly recommend this location! Thank you Oliver!!

The pictures don't do it justice! As soon as we walked in the door, we were all taken aback with the stunning view over the infinity pool. Rooms were clean and kitchen had plenty of items for us to cook and be comfortable in. Oliver was such a great host and beyond helpful and kind! Highly recommend, I'm already wanting to go back!

We booked this villa for my bachelorette party and it was absolutely perfect! Plenty of beds and bathrooms and the views are INCREDIBLE. The house was very clean and the kitchen and bar were well stocked with everything we needed for our trip. As many of the previous reviews mention, it is on top of a huge hill, but there are stairs on most of it so we were able to manage without the golf carts. The host, Oliver was also amazing and was very responsive from the time of booking and throughout the trip. He really went above and beyond making sure we had plenty of bottled water and ice in the villa so we never had to buy. He also arranged airport pickup and dropoffs for the group and provided activity suggestions. 1,000% recommend booking!

The house was beautiful! Location is perfect with a 10 min walk to town & amazing views from the house. The rooms and house were clean & spacious with on suite bathrooms in all! It has multiple coded gates/doors for security, if you are worried about that, but Sayulita is a safe place! We rented golf carts through the house's recommended company who delivered them to us & picked them up (highly recommend doing this!) Anything you can want or need is at the house or nearby. Overall amazing house with no complaints. I'd recommend staying here to all my friends & family!! Only thing to mention is the house is on a super steep hill! The host- Oliver was so responsive and helpful. There is no speaker for music in the house and he brought us one super quick. He helped us with heating the spa, taxi's/all transportation we needed, and any requests we had within minutes! He is super friendly and knowledgeable! He made the whole process with check-in/out seamless! This house is worth it!!

The location was incredible. By far the best part of this property was Oliver and the team who answered all of our questions quickly, helped us plan, and helped make our trip as smooth as possible. Absolutely would recommend this location!

We traveled with 8 for the stay in Sayu. Oliver and company were responsive, professional, kind and extremely helpful. The house and location are absolutely amazing. Watching whales breach all morning long while sipping coffee and occasionally dipping in heated pool were a great way to start off the day before activities around town and in the water. As many described, the listing is amazing but pictures Can’t describe what the actual home and view are. Book the hime and the experience will not disappoint

Amazing place for a group. The view is insane. Great space on the main level for a party. Only down side is the hill to the house is steep and you need an atv to get up and down. One day it rained and our golf cart was not able to make it up

We had a great experience with our stay. A maid came one day and did a fantastic job. They had a water dispenser that they refilled daily which was so nice. The home is great for entertaining a larger group while keeping the privacy of the bedrooms. Great for those who want to go to bed earlier while still having others up. Oliver did a great job communicating with us and was very responsive to anything we needed. We felt very safe even in a storm. I will say the hill leading up to the house is extremely steep so be prepared to hike but it wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. There were 12 of us and we were comfortable. I recommend staying here.

WOW!!!! Just stayed here for my 30th birthday with 12 people and it was AMAZING!!! Photos don't do it justice. And each morning Nessi would come to clean everything head to toe. It was INCREDIBLE service and always immediately responsive when we had a golf cart battery die and random mishaps. Oliver was a saint, period. And the airport transfers were SUCH a safe and luxurious plus! Would highly rec this airbnb to anyone!!!! 11/10 !!! :)

WOW! I have nothing but great things to say about our stay. The house is STUNNING, private and perfectly located. The pictures do not do it justice! We booked this rental for my sister's bachelorette weekend and it far surpassed all of our expectations. The kitchen/ living room areas were open to the front pool deck which made it really easy for all of us to hang out in a central area. The views from the pool were breathtaking and all of the decorations were so beautifully curated. Not to mention, Oliver and Kevin went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for the weekend. From booking our roundtrip airport taxi travel, to helping us find an in-home chef for brunch to arranging golf carts to sourcing taxis for us within 20 minutes for a short beach trip to San Poncho, they were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our entire say. Lastly, it was SO nice to have daily cleaning the entire weekend. I highly recommend recommend this house for anyone!

We had the most amazing stay! The property is beautiful and clean, and the service was impeccable.

We had the most amazing stay at the Painted Ponies property with Cinco Estrellas. The property is even better than the photos with amazing views over all of Sayulita and a gorgeous interior. Oliver was very responsive and so friendly. He met us for check in and immediately gave us his phone number to reach out to with any questions or concerns. Oliver responded very quickly to any messages and reached out to check in on us a few times throughout our stay. A housekeeper came daily and always left the property looking pristine. We were pleasantly surprised to be supplied with water jugs daily, which saved us from having to purchase drinking water. Our group felt very well taken care of during our stay. The property felt very safe with high walls with protective wiring above and security cameras. The only drawback is the steep hill, but the correct golf cart makes it up fairly easily. I cannot say enough great things about our stay and this property. Absolutely incredible! Thanks Oliver!

I couldn't have been happier with Oliver's Airbnb. We had 10 of us and this place was absolutely amazing, even better than the pictures (if you can believe that) and very spacious with a great living space to hang out. It's private and away from everything while also being walking/quick golf cart ride to everything you need. Oliver was there on arrival to help us check in, tour the place, have our golf carts waiting. We had a cleaner every single morning who came in and cleaned the ENTIRE place until it was spotless. Oliver helped us with anything we needed immediately (airport transport, popped tire on golf cart). I couldn't say anything better about him. He is the golden standard for a host. I will never be able to stay anywhere else in Sayulita.

A group of 8 of us stayed at this beautiful home for a friend’s wedding. Oliver and his team went above and beyond during our stay. Any request or question we had, they had a solution! Communication was top notch prior to our stay and while we were there. Even when we would see him on the streets of Sayulita, he would give us a friendly smile and wave. A large jug of water was provided and refreshed daily. The home would be cleaned every morning and she always did an impeccable job! The home itself was spacious with each room having its own bathroom. The views were incredible! As many mentioned, the hill to get to the home is VERY steep..so definitely get a golf cart. Our group loved staying here!

We were a group of 8 traveling with small children and this home was perfect for our group. The house is probably one of the best places we’ve stayed in. The view is gorgeous, the pool is perfect and the surroundings are beautiful. We loved and so appreciated Nezi for taking care of us and cleaning each day. It was unexpected and made such a difference! As others have mentioned it is on a hill with a sloped road to access but we had no issues. The kids thought it was fun going up and down, and we got some good exercise! I would highly recommend staying here. It exceeded our expectations!

We came here for my bachelorette weekend with ten girls, and it was absolutely perfect! The pool and views are amazing. We ended up walking everywhere, but it is up a huge hill. Some people recommended we get a golf cart, but we were fine without one. Our host helped us find a chef for the last night, helped us book a boat for one day, and transported us to and from the airport. All in all 10/10 experience!! I hope to stay here again in the future!!

This place was overall amazing! We had 9 people for my 30th birthday. Gorgeous views, a big open kitchen and bar, and comfy beds. You should note that it is up a very steep road and we had to rent golf carts to go to and from the main town. A little scary at first but the golf carts can transport you up and down the steep hill and are fun to drive. Jonathan was very responsive and helped us with lots of recommendations. Highly recommend taking a cooking class at the house! The only con of the house was that the hot tub wasn’t working :( would have liked it to work but still had a blast.

The house was great! Pictures were exact and what was explain to us. The house was clean and beds we’re comfortable. We had everything we needed. The host was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs. Only call out is that The road to get to the house is a steep hill. It maybe Challenging for some taxis to get up but manageable.

Villa Painted Ponies was honestly better than the photos. All of the rooms were incredibly clean and well decorated, the view from the pool was amazing and the complex itself was very private and secure. Jonathan was a great host and we’d 100% want to stay here again when in Sayulita.

Carlos was very responsive and very helpful with transportation to and from the airport!! We didn’t have enough towels when we arrived and Carlos made sure to elegy us more but the end of the night. The view was absolutely beautiful, highly recommend staying here!

Excellent stay! House was spotless, had an amazing view, and accommodated a large group well with en-suite bedrooms and the huge kitchen. The house manager was extremely responsive and the cleaning service was very thorough. Would definitely stay here again.

Painted Ponies was truly the most incredible Airbnb at which I've EVER stayed. The space is STUNNING and the amenities are unbeatable. Carlos, the house manager, was kind, responsive, helpful, and so on top of everything. It was the best service I've ever received at an Airbnb. The house was absolutely gorgeous. The views were spectacular. The staff was wonderful to work with. The only negative was that there were a few maintenance issues but, for the most part, they were resolved within a decent time frame.

What a view! A great place that I could not recommend more. very clean and a lot of space. Communication was great and easy. Only a short walk down the hill to the beach and a couple minutes more to center Sayulita. Definitely recommend staying here!

Ally & Manuel's home blew my expectations out of the water. The pictures simply do not do it justice, and with the large folding doors it really opened up the house and made for an incredible space to enjoy the pool and patio area. Carlos who helps with the property management was equally amazing. Not only was he able to help answer questions about the city, he was able to provide some amazing recommendations for food and entertainment which really made the trip special. If you plan to travel to Sayulita, I highly recommend considering their beautiful home.

Our family of 8 booked Ally and Manuel’s Airbnb last minute so we can check out Sayulita and it was amazing. The views were spectacular. The children that came with us (3 and 11) enjoyed the pool very much. They also had a few numbers we could call in case we needed anything brought to us and we definitely took advantage of that feature. We even got carnitas and handmade tortillas brought to us the next morning and they were delicious. The only thing I wish I knew before we arrived was the steep rocky road we needed to go up to get to our destination. The van that brought us to the location was too scared to take the road and we had to get out and haul our own luggage. He claimed that the road was wet and he was afraid that we would have an accident. If you’re traveling with elders or anyone that is handicap, we would not recommend this place for you to stay. Besides that, it was well worth it.

The stay was fantastic. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. It is wonderfully maintained, very clean, and the service from Carlos and Nezi is excellent. The beds are very comfortable, and the decor is very well thought out. The outdoor area is very nice, and the pool and jacuzzi are beautiful and have wonderful views. If there is an opportunity, we will definitely come back.
