The place is beautiful, just like the pictures. The pool and patio are quite large. The layout of the house is ideal for everyone to be together, but each with their own room and privacy. The house is located in a perfect and quiet area, close enough to the center of Tamarindo but still quiet and peaceful. It is ideal for relaxing and exploring the nearby beaches. The only drawback we had is that the two showers are damaged. One doesn't have enough water pressure and the other is broken, which means that all the water comes out of the same place, which was not pleasant. However, once these issues are fixed, we wouldn't think twice about staying here again.
I stayed with my family for a weekend and we had a great time. Kyle was super attentive and met all our expectations. This is our second time staying at the house. It's always clean, tidy, and in an excellent location. It has everything you need for a great vacation.

The house was in a very good location. It's not a gated community, but it's on a semi-private street with nice houses, and it felt very safe. The pool is beautiful and very clean. The house is very safe for dogs because they have nowhere to go. The kitchen is excellent; it has everything. The beds are very comfortable; I slept very well every night. In short, we spent a few very nice days with the family. The only observation is that the air conditioner in the living room and kitchen is very small for the space, so it didn't cool the room much. Everything else was great.
The place was great! We had a golf cart for our stay which made getting into Tamarindo easy. Everything about this place is great and we will definitely be back! Don’t hesitate when thinking of booking this gem!
Outstanding stay — thoughtful amenities, a stunning pool, and an incredible host This was truly an excellent stay from start to finish. I extended my reservation once because everything exceeded expectations — especially how well-equipped the home was and the care that went into every detail. Immediately upon walking into the house, it was the first place that truly felt like home. That feeling stayed with me throughout the entire stay. The house had everything you could possibly need: plenty of towels, extra bedding, pots, pans, and all the essentials — nothing felt lacking or overlooked. It’s one of those rare places where you can settle in instantly without having to ask for a single thing. The pool deserves special mention. It absolutely glistened — unlike any pool I’ve ever seen in Costa Rica. Crystal clear, beautifully maintained, and incredibly inviting, it added a sense of calm and luxury to the entire experience. from the very first day, this place stood out. The moment I walked in, it immediately felt like home — calm, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. The house had everything I could possibly need, and the pool was absolutely stunning, sparkling in a way I’ve never seen before in Costa Rica. Most of all, Kyle made the experience exceptional. He was kind, empathetic, and incredibly respectful of my space while still being easy to reach and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to feel this level of care and comfort on day one. An outstanding start to a stay, and a host I would choose again without hesitation.
I stayed with my whole family at Kyle’s place and we had a great time. It was lovely. The house was spacious and very clean. It had modern finishes and the pool was just perfect for the hot sunny days. We light up the grill, cooked some ribs and sat down at the table by the swimming pool to enjoy some family time. Mari (housekeeper) was super help and cordial she made sure that we had everything we needed. Thank you
The house is perfect, we loved it, has all the comforts and comes with everything you need for a pleasant vacation. Se location is great, close to downtown Tamarindo and many beaches in the area, plus supermarkets and restaurants.
Place is great, location is good. Restaurants, grocery store close by but ideally need a vehicle to go downtown/beach. we really enjoyed our time there!

Great place and layout - the backyard is awesome. Out of town a bit but didnt really bother me - Lots of construction going on but should be done soon. Wifi was touch and go.... Really nice house and layout.
Kyle’s home is bright, spacious and well equipped. It’s located a short drive or walk from Tamarindo’s dining and shopping district and is in close proximity to several beautiful beaches. The neighbourhood is up an coming and as such, there is construction taking place during the day so do expect a bit of noise. This is a perfect spot to call home during a trip to the Guanacaste region.
Great place! Had many essential household items that really helps. Would be happy to stay here again!
