The Space

The house is newly constructed in a developing neighborhood, boasting a modern and bright interior with all necessary amenities for a comfortable visit.
Guests can enjoy self check-in via a lockbox at the main entrance, allowing flexible arrival times. Inside, the open living area is immediately to the left, while the three bedrooms are located down the right hallway.
The master bedroom is situated at the far end and includes a king-sized bed, a 65-inch large-screen smart TV, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a walk-in closet. Patio doors provide direct access to the patio and pool area. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, a 55-inch smart TV, and a closet. The third bedroom also has a queen bed, a closet, and a 55-inch smart TV. All televisions support streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, and YouTube.
The open-concept living and kitchen area promotes indoor-outdoor living. The living room is furnished with oversized couches and a 65-inch flat-screen smart TV, perfect for group gatherings. The modern kitchen includes a center island that offers additional seating. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors fill the space with natural light and open onto the patio, which features extra seating and dining areas alongside the refreshing L-shaped swimming pool with poolside loungers.
When you book, you reserve the entire three-bedroom home, private backyard access, and exclusive use of the pool, making this property an ideal choice for your next vacation.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire house and backyard. Although there is a guest house on the property, it will remain locked and unoccupied during your stay.
We can assist with arranging tours, shuttle services, taxis, golf cart rentals, private chefs, food deliveries, and much more to enhance your experience.
Other Things to Note
Please be aware that the house is located in a new development area where construction is ongoing. While indoor noise is minimal with windows and doors closed, some outdoor noise may be noticeable during working hours.
Occasionally, during drought periods, the area enforces scheduled water conservation measures that might cause temporary water shortages. This property is equipped with a water reservoir tank and pump, which should prevent any impact on your stay. However, in rare cases, some disruption might occur. If you notice anything unusual, please inform us so we can address the situation promptly.

El lugar es precioso, igual que en las fotos. La piscina y el patio son bastante grandes, la distribución de la casa es ideal para estar todos juntos pero cada uno con su cuarto y privacidad. La casa está ubicada en una zona perfecta y tranquila, lo suficientemente cerca del centro de Tamarindo pero manteniendo la tranquilidad y silencio, es ideal para ir a descansar y conocer las playas cercanas. El único inconveniente que tuvimos es que las dos duchas están dañadas, una no tiene suficiente presión en el agua y la otra está reventada, lo cual hace que todo el agua salga por un mismo lugar lo cual no fue agradable, sin embargo, arreglados estos puntos, no lo pensaríamos dos veces para volver a quedarnos acá.

Me hospedé con mi familia un fin de semana y la pasamos Super bien ,Kyle súper atento,cumplió con todas las expectativas,es nuestra segunda vez hospedándonos en la casa, siempre limpio ,ordenado ,excelente ubicación,tiene todo lo que se necesita para unas excelentes vacaciones.

La casa estaba en una muy buena ubicación, no es una comunidad cerrada pero está en una calle medio privada, bonitas casas y se sentía muy segura. La piscina lindísima, muy limpia. La casa es muy segura para los perritos porque no tienen por donde salirse, la cocina super bien, tiene de todo, camas super confortables, dormí muy bien todos los días. En resumen pasamos unos días en familia muy bonitos. La única observación es que el aire de la sala y cocina es muy pequeño para el área entonces no enfriaba mucho. Todo lo demás estuvo super bien.

Outstanding stay — thoughtful amenities, a stunning pool, and an incredible host This was truly an excellent stay from start to finish. I extended my reservation once because everything exceeded expectations — especially how well-equipped the home was and the care that went into every detail. Immediately upon walking into the house, it was the first place that truly felt like home. That feeling stayed with me throughout the entire stay. The house had everything you could possibly need: plenty of towels, extra bedding, pots, pans, and all the essentials — nothing felt lacking or overlooked. It’s one of those rare places where you can settle in instantly without having to ask for a single thing. The pool deserves special mention. from the very first day, this place stood out. The moment I walked in, it immediately felt like home — calm, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. The house had everything I could possibly need, and the pool was absolutely stunning, sparkling in a way I’ve never seen before in Costa Rica. Most of all, Kyle made the experience exceptional. He was kind, empathetic, and incredibly respectful of my space while still being easy to reach and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to feel this level of care and comfort on day one. An outstanding start to a stay, and a host I would choose again without hesitation.

I stayed with my whole family at Kyle’s place and we had a great time. It was lovely. The house was spacious and very clean. It had modern finishes and the pool was just perfect for the hot sunny days. We light up the grill, cooked some ribs and sat down at the table by the swimming pool to enjoy some family time. Mari (housekeeper) was super help and cordial she made sure that we had everything we needed. Thank you

La casa es perfecta, nos encantó, tiene todas las comodidades y cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unas agradables vacaciones. Se ubicación es genial, cerca del centro de Tamarindo y de muchas playas de la zona, además de supermercados y restaurantes.
