We had an excellent stay. The house is very nice. It is worth paying for the pool heater. If you are traveling with children, they really enjoy the water temperature, especially in the afternoon. Adrian was always available for any questions. We would certainly stay again.

Incredible stay in the house; the rooms are very bright and spacious; each with its own bathroom and showers in perfect condition; comfortable beds that allowed us a good rest. The location is excellent and very safe within the subdivision. Adrian is kind and attentive, always willing to help us with anything we need with a quick response. In addition, the amenities of the campfire, the soccer field and the volleyball net are a plus for fun. The pool is at the perfect temperature. The house is as shown in the photos and has everything you need to have a spectacular stay. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Cocoyoc. 100% recommended!

Everything was great, I would just suggest that there was an instructive to know for example that you have to turn on the hydropneumatic for the water, and turn it off at night (says it in the kitchen) but you don't always see the signs, we didn't know where the pool lights were (we found them) . In short, an instructive with all the details of arrival and departure.

Our family had an amazing time at this beautiful house in Lomas de Cocoyoc! The home had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The six spacious rooms, 13 beds, and six bathrooms comfortably accommodated our group of 14. We were never short of things to do with the plethora of amenities and entertainment options available. Each room had internet and Netflix on 55" screens, providing endless entertainment. We had a blast with the football table, XBOX 360, and various board games. The terrace was a perfect spot for relaxation with swings, a campfire, and a hybrid grill for our BBQ nights. The pool, equipped with a boiler and solar heating, was a major highlight. We spent countless hours enjoying the warm water, making unforgettable memories. This house truly exceeded our expectations. It's a haven for families looking to escape and unwind. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort and fun!

A house in perfect condition with all amenities.

Adrian was always aware of our needs during our stay at the house. The house was clean and although upon our arrival we found ash from the volcano (outside), they immediately sent a person who supported us to clean. The same thing happened with the pool, with the rain getting dirty, but there is a gentleman who comes to vacuum it. It's a very comfortable house with lots of kid-friendly amenities ¡ The volleyball network, the horn for the karaoke, the board games, the bonfire for the chocolates, the temperature of the amazing pool. I highly recommend it!!

Very good experience

The house is excellent for a weekend with family or friends. We enjoyed the pool and barbecue area, as well as having everything we needed to prepare food. The facilities are very comfortable, and the spaces allow the whole group to spend time together, including children and pets... Adrián and Ely were very attentive and understanding when our arrival was delayed due to the heavy traffic we encountered. We highly recommend the house for a relaxing stay!!!

It's really how to go to your weekend home the kids have an amazing time in the The pool is a very good size and depth, playing in the garden or on the street on the bike or scooter (as it is a closed street there is almost no traffic, only the neighbors) to have the pool at a nice temperature, if the boiler is needed - Just consider that the use of gas has an extra cost Adrian is an excellent host who is always waiting to answer questions or support whatever is needed there is a shop with home delivery service, super practical! by whats le mandas the order and you transfer it electronically at 10min driving there is a plaza with restaurants, cashier, mini super, snowcoats, massage - and a very fun sandbox/playground for the kids In short, Adrian's house is a great option to spend an incredible vacation!! the attentions from the beginning , during and at the end of our stay were excellent ! We left Water , coffee , soft drinks, marshmallows for the Fogata and charcoal for the barbecue . EXTRAORDINARY PLACE TO STAY! Our experience was better than we expected. It exceeded our expectations and we will look to stay there again very soon. Adrian and his team's attention was responsive, friendly, immediate and fluid at all times. Extremely professional service. The place was spotless and absolutely neat. There was not a single detail out of place. It was even completely fumigated and except for some fly or ants, we didn't run into insects even in the garden. The towels smelled delicious as did the bedding. They had any amount of items in the kitchen and in abundance. They had details of leaving us complimentary coffee, drinks and charcoal. There was a worker who came daily to turn on the boiler for the pool that we used especially for the nights when he refreshed a little because during the day with the solar cells and the heat is more than enough. We were greeted by a person on our arrival who showed us all the property and details. Everything is designed for guests, it is handy and well signposted, accessible. Super comfortable beds and pillows too. The fractionation is extremely safe and with surveillance and from Mexico City we arrived in less than an hour and a half. The house is extremely cared for and we were definitely given more than we expected. Our stay was simply impeccable and we highly recommend Adrian and his team for a service in excellence. We are very grateful and will look to return soon.
