Beautiful home in an excellent location.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The home was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures and completely exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotless, spacious, and gave the perfect luxury getaway vibe for our group of 7. We truly felt comfortable, relaxed, and at home the entire stay. The host and concierge team made the experience even better with how responsive, helpful, and accommodating they were throughout the trip. They assisted us with planning activities, transportation, private meals, and anything else we needed, which made everything feel seamless and stress-free. The villa is located in a more secluded area, but we felt very safe with the two gated entrances leading to the property. The road through Hacienda Pinilla is a little rough in some areas with bumps and potholes since it’s mostly dirt road. Tamarindo was only about a 20–30 minute drive away. Overall, we had an incredible stay and already can’t wait to come back!

An amazing experience. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. Everything was spotless, very clean and organized. The atmosphere is super peaceful, ideal for resting and disconnecting. You can see the care in every detail. It's definitely a place I'd go back to without a second thought. Totally recommended! ✨

Excellent experience! The communication with the hosts, the service, and the house are spectacular. It's well worth it and excellent value for money. We would definitely rent it again.

The pictures don't do this villa justice. The home is spacious and bright. The pool and shaded outdoor area was amazing and we spent our mornings and late evenings there. We took advantage of the beach club, as well as driving up and down the coast exploring many beaches and Sodas and Restaurants. I agree with others that there isn't a lot of nearby infrastructure so you need to pick up groceries at least 30 mins away (we came via south and stopped in Santa Cruz)

We had a lovely time in this beautiful home. The hosts were responsive and the setting was so peaceful. The home is exactly as advertised.

We had a terrific family vacation. The house comfortably fit all 9 of us! Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The pictures of the home are beautiful but seeing it in person was even better! The outdoor space is fantastic. The only downside is the location. The community itself is very nice and has wonderful amenities! However, getting in and out of the community is a bit challenging as the road leading to Hacienda Pinilla is unpaved, unlit, and very narrow.

I am having a hard time describing just how wonderful this stay is. Santiago's team were so helpful and made the process of travel so seamless. All the directions were easy to follow and the community the house is in is so beautiful. The design of the community around the environment so intentionally. From the second we arrived I was blown away by how gorgeous the house is. It had everything we needed, the stars were so lovely at night and in the morning we could hear howler monkeys at sunrise. The location is private and yet an easy drive around the countryside and coast. I have had the luck to stay in some incredible stays but this one takes the cake, highly recommend.

I can’t say anything but amazing things about the home in Pinilla. We came on a girls trip for a long weekend and had a boat excursion, private chef, adventure day and airport transport all coordinated through the concierge service. Host is very responsive and available to assist with everything we needed. The home itself was even more beautiful than pictured online. It was spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and the landscaping was gorgeous. Indoor and outdoor kitchens were well equipped. I highly recommend staying here for a family vacation or group celebration. We were able to get around fine with uber and prearranged transport but for I would suggest renting a car for smaller groups. I can’t wait to come back here in the near future!!

The house is simply stunning, extremely well equipped, close to all the beaches of Hacienda Pinilla. The house is almost new and beautifully designed. Comfortable accommodates up to 10 people. You will need a car. Our hosts Natalia and Dani were very responsive and resolved every question in no time.

This place is nearly perfect. We’ve stayed at 4 different homes in Pinilla and this may be my favorite.

Our family spent 5 fantastic nights at this beautiful Hacienda Pinilla home and absolutely loved every minute! The house is truly spectacular and perfectly set up for entertaining. The yard, pool, and pool house were phenomenal, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The entire property was clean and incredibly well-maintained. Access to the Beach Club was a huge bonus. We took full advantage of the amenities, spending a day surfing and boogie boarding at Playa Avellanas. The variety of activities in the area—from golf and surfing to mountain biking and pickleball—kept everyone happy. We highly recommend this home and hope to return soon!

The house is even more impressive in person. We went to celebrate a family birthday and Natalia and her team made us feel at home. The place was perfectly equipped for the occasion, we had no problems entering the property and the attention of the host team was incredible. Come back without a second thought.

We can only recommend staying at this tranquil place. Everything was as described and looked even more beautiful than in the pictures. Would definitely stay here again!
